I have booked rly. Ticket on 15.09.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through indian debit card. Due to some reason my ticket cancelled. Irctc portal says payment is refunded to zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I was booking a ticket through irctc on dated 27/9/2018 around 10:30 am.. A ticket for Shalimar to Nagpur and my payment was made from zaakpay.. Anyhow my amount got deducted and I am unable to book ticket. Amount deducted from bank account still it's not refunded.

      I cancelled a irctc booked ticket on 10th september 2018 and the refund status is showing that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg on 11th september 2018. But the payment has not been refunded yet to my bank account.

            I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 27th September. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 420 rupees. The transaction id was [protected]. I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

              I tried booking a tatkal ticket on IRCTC through zaakpay.ticket was not booked.i send mail to bank regarding failed transaction but they are saying that money has been sent from there side.

Though mobikwik aap money deducted from my bank account but not the bill paid nor the amount shown in app walet even mobikwik aap doesnt show this transaction... It is wrost app please either pay my bill with fine as its 120 rs... Otherwise refund it in my account....                                 Cancelled 2 rail tickets. Status is showing cancelled with bank name zaakpay.com. however amount is not credited in my account. Complained to irctc. They are showing refund details.

                                I have paid payment 3564.98 in time but in application is not showing my payment. How should i confirm my payment. I am sending the payment receipt by phonepe.

                                  I have cancelled my railway ticket from Canara bank debit card and my pnr no. Is ( [protected]). Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my account. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is 4745/-. My cancellation date is 10 september 2018.
