seeking refund of amount on account of transaction not completed

I booked a railway ticket from IRCTC website on 20/07/2018 and made the payment vide BIL/ONL/[protected]/ZAKPAY. But the transaction failed as the ticket was not issued and my account was debited with the fare amount of Rs.711.80 (incl. of chgs.).
Therefore, it's requested to refund the said amount on account of failed transaction.

refund of money after cancelled tickets

First i would let you know that i am using IRCTC since 10 years and i am fully satisfied with the kind of service you provide me as a customer. I cancelled a ticket on 17 of july with transaction ID [protected] shows that amount sent to bank through which i paid in my case Paytm but i didn't received the said amount in my wallet.

mgvcl bill amount wrongly deducted

I had paid bill the name of MGVCL(Madhya Gujrat Vij Compmay Ltd, ) amount of Rs.2500, but i saw the transaction failed but my amount is deducted in my union bank account, then after i will transact again this time transaction is succeed, but my first transaction is cancelled n amount is also deducted so,
i request u to plz find the same, resolve my issued as early as possible.

Bank has also confirmed today, that the amount is with the payment gateway company...
Kindly arrange to refund the amount at the earliest...

amount not refunded on failed transaction on irctc rail connect app

I tried to book ticket on IRCTC Rail Connect App on 02.07.2018 but the transaction got failed and an amount of Rs. 4286.80/- debited. The platform for booking of ticket payment was done by Zaak e-Payment Serices Pvt. Ltd. The debited amount has not been refunded till date. I sent an email to Irctc at [protected]@irctc.co.in for the said transaction. They looked into the matter and sent me a reply - "Dear Customer, Please note that TXN [protected]...

ticket not booked but money debited

I had booked IRCTC ticket online from my Id RAGU0884 on 25.6.2018 and made payment from zaakpay.com but my ticket was not booked and money was debited from my account. I register my complaints both in axis bank and IRCTC . IRCTC replied that they not received any payment and bank replied that transactions was successful and money was received by ZAAKPAY. refund didn't received

I didn't received refund. I cancelled tickets in irctc but still i didn't received refund and cancellation id is : [protected] and reference id is : ZP56ff1be6299cc and refund amount is 200 so please refund it as early as possible .

I have booked via irctc application and after due to some problem i cancelled my ticket and status of my transaction is refund but i didn't received amount ....

irctc refund not received, zaakpay not refunding

I had tried to book tickets on 15, 16, 24 june.
But money got deducted from my account but ticket/PNR not generated. IRCTC Refunded my money to ZAAKPAY But ZAAKPAY is holding my money, and not refunding to my bank. It is more than one month, this fraud payment gateway is trying to steal my money. They are behaving like fraudsters.

Please refund my money otherwise you will end up loosing your Licence of payment gateway...

irctc ticket payment confirmation and refund

This is to inform you that i had made a payment of ₹ 716.80 through irctc app via zaakpay gateway using net banking of axis bank on 23rd june 2018. Irctc transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been debited from account but the transaction was unsuccessful. Irctc says amount not received from bank. IRCTC confirmed that they did not receive any payment from bank. Please look into the matter to refund me......

irctc ticket refund not credited to my bank

I have booked railway ticket on through irctc app, and I paid through HDC debit card. Due to unavailability, my ticket gets canceled. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on through Zaakpay PG. But amount has not been credited to my HDFC bank a/ c. May I know how many days will take for the refund.

Please resolve this as soon as possible...
