I went for an online booking in irctc on 12/06/2018 but the transaction failed though the amount of rs.130 was deducted from my bank a/c. Now the refund status is being showed as credited to my a/c as per irctc but it is not visible in my a/c statement. The refund details are given below.

I want to tell you that i had book 4 ticket from anand vihar to gorakpur
but the ticket didnt book and payment was deducted from my account
and the irctc told the i gave to zaakpay pg and i have urgent and i didnt money to book it again
the transaction id is [protected]
and bank reference id is [protected]
[protected] - Shows the txn failed in my IRCTC application that pending the payment from bank. However my ICICI account has been already debited with this amount and shows the transaction failed.

Kindly refund the amount

    I booked the ticket through irctc which was not booked but my account was cut balnce and showing the bank name zaakpay pg I had used the debit card of sbi

    have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 580rs deducted from my account. And i stil get no refund.                             I have booked a ticked in irctc app using the zakpay of payment gateway under the transaction id no:[protected]. However the amount is deducted from my icici bank account but the ticket not generated. But the money was not yet refunded to my account still. So could please check the issue and refund the amount deducted incorrectly for a failed transaction and there is no response from zakpay regarding the failed transaction.

                                  I have booked a ticked in IRCTC app using the Zakpay of payment gateway under the transaction ID No: [protected]. However the amount is deducted from HDFC credit card but the transaction was failed as no payment response from bank. But the money was not yet refunded to my credit card still. So could please check the issue and refund the amount deducted incorrectly for a failed transaction and there is no response from Zakpay regarding the failed transaction.

                                    मैंने IRCTC से टिकट बुक किया था जिसका ट्रांजैक्शन Id[protected] है और PNR [protected] है जो कि कैंसिल हो जाने के कारण IRCTC ने रुपए 3325 zaakpay pg को रिफंड कर दिया है जिसका रिफंड ID[protected] है जो अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ है
                                    जबकि IRCTC ने दिनांक 17 मई 2018 को ही zaakpay pg को पैसा रिफंड कर दिया है

                                    अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि उपरोक्त धनराशि मेरे अकाउंट में भेजने का कष्ट करें

                                    महोदय IRCTC ने दिनांक 19 मई 2018 को पैसा रिफंड कर दिया है किंतु आपने अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नहीं किया है कृपया करके मेरे पैसे मेरे खाते में भेजने का कष्ट करें अन्यथा की स्थिति में बाध्य होकर आपके विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही करने के लिए मुझे विवश होना पड़ेगा जिसके जिम्मेदार आप स्वयम होंगे

                                      I cancelled a ticket at irctc.co.in, and was scheduled to get a refund of rs 1915, but havent got it yet.
