This is to inform you that i had made a payment of ₹ 1016 through irctc app via zaakpay gateway using net banking of hdfc bank on 25th june 2018. Irct transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been debited from account but the transaction was unsuccessful. Irctc says amount not received from bank. Please look into the matter to refund me.

    Dear sir,

    This is to inform you that i had made a payment of ₹ 1660 through irctc app via zaakpay gateway using net banking of sbi bank on 29th june 2018. Irct transaction id is [protected]. The amount has been debited from account but the transaction was unsuccessful. Irctc says amount not received from bank. Please look into the matter to refund me.

        I have booked two ticket from irctc app, but unfortunately at the last stage of payment transaction become fail, i will contact to axis bank they says that amount will already transferred to zaak payment, having transaction id :zc8b2bf6c17276, zaak payment services not inform me till this time about the refund process, so kindly check my transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible.

          Hello,

          I have canceled my train ticket but i didn't get any refund amount to my bank account. Railway website refund status. Refunded to zaakpay.

                I have booked tickets by sbi debit card through zaak pay pg gateway (14/06/18). But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but rs.2530 deducted from my account. And stil get no refund. I attached the screenshot of transaction details. So please solve this issue and refund my money. Please do see the screenshot for ful information about transactions.

                  I had booked a ticket for ranikhet on dated 20 June, 2018. Due some problem in IRCTC app tickets were not made and payment of Rs 1055/- deducted from my account. It happened two times. And till now refund is not done by zaakPay pg.
                  In reference status payment shown is refund but not received in my account.

                  Please refund my payment.

                      Dear Sir, On 23rd June I booked ticket for 11 july from New Delhi to Kanpur by POORVA Exp.on IRCTC website . The Amount Rs. 756.80/- is already deducted from my ICICI bank A/c. But Ticket not issued . My Booking ID is [protected]. My contact no. is [protected], & mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com. Pl. reply me asap.

                      Transaction ID are [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] as per IRCTC all failed transaction. but Amount is already deducted from my account.                             I booked ticket using zaakpag amount debited from my account but i didn't receive ticket and verify that in irctc it is showing failed transaction in that they gave the reason showing no response from bank and i attached the details of mine tickets please find that and check refund for further process.

                              I was trying to make a train ticket booking on 6th june using zaakpay gateway. I was using my axis bank debit card/ netbanking for the same. An amount of 236.8 got debited but irctc showed as a failed transaction. While contacting the bank they are saying the payment was done successfully. Please do the need ful to refung my amount.                                 I made a payment on irctc for tickets booking on 12.06.2018 from my airtel payment bank. Balance deducted rs. 271.80
                                But tickets was not booked due to transaction unsuccessful. My irctc transaction no. [protected]
                                I contacted to airtel payment bank with transaction i'd[protected]. They told that balance was deducted successfully. Kindly check it and please refund my money.

                                I booked a IRCTC ticket on 11 June 18 by paying through payumoney. Then I cancelled the ticket. I received a mail from IRCTC that they've processed the refund but I'm unable to see it either in my bank account or in payumoney wallet.

                                I had book tickit on dated 23-06-18. But it's showing payment declined (image attached). But same amount is dedected from bank account (statement copy attached).

                                Refunded amount has not been credited in my account, but on IRCTC site current status justifies that amount has been credited in bank.But it has not been credited yet . As 21 days are finished, but amouny has not veen credited

                                    I tried to book train ticket through your gateway in irctc app. My money is debited from my bank (state bank of India bank)a/c rs.1125(4 times)/-.but the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
