Booked tatkal railway ticket from nizamudin delhi to margao goa on 17.05.18 due not confirmation same ticket was cancelled said that ammount is credited within 7 working days but till date not deposited

By checking cancellation history showing pending from bank, i also called my bank telling the same reason as third party bank is not credited..

Plz help in this matter also written mail to irctc happening the same no response.

    I have booked one ticket on irctc app. Through your company online yesterday. I have completed all formalities but ticket has not been booked despite having deduction of rs. 1079 from my sbi saving account. The remark show that no response from bank end. Transaction id is [protected]. Pl. Look into the matter as i am paralysis patient. Thank you

    I booked 2 tickets from IRCTC app but the tickets were cancelled and the amount of ₹3900 was refunded to zaakpay but it hasn't been transferred into my account. please refund it into my account.please refund it as soon as possible.i have attached the screenshot of both the tickets below kindly refund it as soon as possible.

    मैंने IRCTC से टिकट बुक किया था जिसका ट्रांजैक्शन Id[protected] है कैंसिल हो जाने के कारण IRCTC ने रुपए 3325 zaakpay pg को रिफंड कर दिया है जिसका रिफंड ID[protected] है जो अभी तक मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ है

      What a mockery are you making out of people by building a complain forum asking people to show up their problems and you are making fun of their problems. First of all you people are not returning me my own money. You guys are are fraud. If my money will not be returned back into my account I will go to the consumer forum and your fraud company has to pay for all the harassment and stress I have to go through.

                  I have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 220rs deducted from my account.                               I had booked waiting list ticket with zaakpay gateway through my bank debit card when i cancelled it i did not get my refunded amount.

                              I saw "ticket refund history" displayed amount refunded and bank name zaakpay but i have booked ticket with my bank debit card.

                              I tried call irctc customer care given in irctc site but it is continuously playing engaged audio then sent en email also yesterday but till today not response.

                              It is almost 8-9 days when amount debited from my account.

                              Can you help me to sort out the problem.

                                  I had book my tatkal ticket on 12th may 2018 and because o[censored]navailibity of tickets I was unable to book the tickets but Rs 1365 is deducted from my SBI account.                                         Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 4200 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic.
                                        Kindly confirm.
                                        The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                                        Account * has been debited with 185.90 rs

                                        Zaakpay pay amount debited INR 185.90 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic.

                                        Account **** has been debited with 185.90 Rs

                                        Booked train ticket txn I'd [protected] Dt.27.4.18 of Rs.805.00.Ticket cancelled and IRCT refunded amt.of Rs.745.00 vide txn ref.[protected] but till date amount not credited to my bank account.
                                        Please verify and credit the amount.
