refund not getting from last 15 days

Booked tatkal railway ticket from nizamudin delhi to margao goa on 17.05.18 due not confirmation same ticket was cancelled said that ammount is credited within 7 working days but till date not deposited

By checking cancellation history showing pending from bank, i also called my bank telling the same reason as third party bank is not credited..

Plz help in this matter also written mail to irctc happening the...

non booking of railway ticket despite payment

I have completed all formalities but ticket has not been booked despite having deduction of rs. 1079 from my sbi saving account. The remark show that no response from bank end. money not transferred into my account

I did transaction through irctc app using zaakpay options. They tickets were not booked but the money was deducted from my account twice. Later on it shows money has been refunded into zaakpay pg given

refund of amount debited in failed ticket transaction

I akhilesh kumar had tried to book a ticket through irctc app on[protected] but due to payment failure my ticket was not booked.
But the amount was debited from my account.

I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 20 may 2018 but transaction was failed due to non availability of seat and payment was completed through sbi debit card and payment gateway was mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 20 may 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank till 25.05.2018. Sir, kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible

I did not got my refundable amount

I booked a ticket in tatkal qota online and my ticket was not confirmed,
So, it got cencelled after chart prepared, but i did not get my money beck to me.

irctc refund 23/05/2018

I have booked tickets by sbi atm card. But at the time of final payment server error occurred and tickets was not booked but 220rs deducted from my account. irctc refund not back to my bank account

not received the amount for my cancelled train ticket

i have not refunded amount after cancelling the waiting ticket from irctc

I had booked waiting list ticket with zaakpay gateway through my bank debit card when i cancelled it i did not get my refunded amount.

I saw "ticket refund history" displayed amount refunded and bank name zaakpay but i have booked ticket with my bank debit card.

I tried call irctc customer care given in irctc site but it is continuously playing engaged audio then sent en email also yesterday but till today not...

irctc refund not successful

I have cancelled my tickets (Pnr [protected] and [protected]) on 16th may 2018. Cancellation id generated as [protected] and [protected] and refund amount of rs 4220/- initiated. I haven't received the amount in bank account till date. The refund status shows 'amount credited to bank (Zaakpay pg) with reference number zp5676dd5fa9f90 and zp8a56c711bd28'. So please take this seriously.

irctc refund into saving account

I had book my tatkal ticket on 12th may 2018 and because o[censored]navailibity of tickets I was unable to book the tickets but Rs 1365 is deducted from my SBI account. And I haven't got the refund into my SBI saving account. On IRCTC website it shows that they have refunded into the zaakpay. Kindly refund my Rs 1365 into my SBI saving account.

zaakpay money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 4200 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic.
Kindly confirm.
