            Hi,
            On 11th may 2018, i made a transaction of 3609 rupees from my iob bank account number[protected], as part of payment to my bajaj finserv loan account number 4460cd39428337. But that amount is not reflected in my bajaj finserv account.
            I thought that transaction has been failed and will be reflected in my account in 7 working days, whereas that amount is not credited back in my account or not reflected in my bajaj finserv account.

            Please take proper action on this.

                On 28th april i have booked a train ticket on irctc app from Virudhunagar to bangalore on tatkal the amount Rs 430.90 got deducted in my account . but i did not get my ticket so please refund my amount here i am giving reference number of transaction.                     Through irctc app, i have booked train waiting list tickets by tatkal and same has been cancelled dated on 09.05.2018.

                      Sir, I booked a railway ticket which was cancelled.They generated the refund of that ticket on 16 may 2018. I got a message from irctc.co.in that the refund has been generated but I did not get it in my account. As I pay the ticket amount from my mastero card of sbi bank.the payment gateway is your bank "zaakpay pg", where is my amount and when should I get it in my account.

                        I paid on irctc using zaakpay gateway my ticket pnr no [protected] .I cancelled that ticket and the irctc has refund that amount on 25 April 2018 but it has not been transferred to my account .the refund amount was 725 rupees .The transactions Id was [protected].I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.                         I ordered a motherboard and case fans from mdcomputers. When I completed my order zaakpay showed payment as failed and the order wasn't initiated and my money was taken. I have complaint to my bank yesterday. The payment was completed at 10:20 pm 37 seconds.
                        I have booked my railway ticket on 9th May 2018 but ticket was not booked with ref id[protected] and amount Rs 1170/- was deducted I used my SBI debit card IRCTC portal says amount refunded with bank name ZAAKPAY with bank ref id ZP8ac63d57fd16 but amount not refunded in my account please refund my amount asap

                          I booked railway tickets of RJBP RAJDHANI with PNR no [protected] on IRCTC App on 9th may. But on 10th may I cancelled the tickets. It is showing that money had been refunded to Zaakpay pg but it is not recieved by my bank the transaction ID is [protected].And the refund ID is [protected].The total refundable amount is ₹14260.00.Please do something regarding this.

                            My transcation id [protected] has been failed and my amount has been deducted while booking train ticket.so kindly refund my amount as soon as possible to my bank account through which I have done transaction.
                            I am receiving daily messages of money being debited from my credit card account and the payment is towards Zaak e payment .. although I have not authorised any payment. Icontacted my bank and they are not able to provide any further information. neither hv i got any otp for the same.

                                    I booked my train ticket on irctc through sbi net banking on 15 may 2018 but the ticket was not booked. An amount rs. 1535.90 was deducted from my sbi account but ticket wasn't booked. Irctc refund status shows amt has been refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back. Please return the full amount to my sbi bank account

                                        I have not yet received refunds of cancelled tickets from irctc for payments made using sbi debit card using mobikwik payment gateway. According to irctc, the refund has bee completed. The following are the transaction details.
