irctc tdr refund not credited to bank account

Dear sir/madam,

I have filled tdr for my ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 11th may 2018. And refund amount of 740.0 initiated. I haven't received the amount in bank account till date. The refund status shows 'amount credited to bank (Zaakpay) with reference number zp56be7eadcc34d'. The refund id is [[protected]].

Please investigate.

my money not refunded

With the reference of above subject i want to say that i have booked a e-ticket on 10 th may 2018 of pnr [protected] and due to some reason ticket not generated. But money deducted from bank. With transaction id [protected]. Amount of rs.830/- but my refunded amount is not credited in my bank account till date.

my loan amount not credited in bajaj finserv loan account

Hi,
On 11th may 2018, i made a transaction of 3609 rupees from my iob bank account number[protected], as part of payment to my bajaj finserv loan account number 4460cd39428337. But that amount is not reflected in my bajaj finserv account.
I thought that transaction has been failed and will be reflected in my account in 7 working days, whereas that amount is not credited back in my account or not reflected in my bajaj finserv...

irctc refund not done

Through irctc app, i have booked train waiting list tickets by tatkal and same has been cancelled dated on 09.05.2018.

Now, the refund status is "amount credited to bank with reference no. Zp56bab2c6951cd", but still not credited into my icici bank account.

refund did not receive of ticket cancelled

Sir, I booked a railway ticket which was cancelled.They generated the refund of that ticket on 16 may 2018. I got a message from irctc.co.in that the refund has been generated but I did not get it in my account. As I pay the ticket amount from my mastero card of sbi bank.the payment gateway is your bank "zaakpay pg", where is my amount and when should I get it in my account....

my ticket canceled amount refund

I paid on irctc using zaakpay gateway my ticket pnr no [protected] .I cancelled that ticket and the irctc has refund that amount on 25 April 2018 but it has not been transferred to my account .the refund amount was 725 rupees .The transactions Id was [protected].I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible. I booked railway tickets of RJBP RAJDHANI with PNR no [protected] on IRCTC App on 9th may. But on 10th may I cancelled the tickets. It is showing that money had been refunded to Zaakpay pg but it is not recieved by my bank the transaction ID is [protected].And the refund ID is [protected].The total refundable amount is ₹14260.00.Please do something regarding this....

not refund irctc

I have booked my tickets on 16 December 2017 but i have cancel my ticket on 15 April 2018 and payment was completed through SBI and payment gateway was mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 16 April in zaakpay but not yet received in my bank til 2.6.2018.sir kindly please take note or it and give respond as soon as possible

refund not credited to my bank account

I booked my train ticket on irctc through sbi net banking on 15 may 2018 but the ticket was not booked. An amount rs. 1535.90 was deducted from my sbi account but ticket wasn't booked. Irctc refund status shows amt has been refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back. Please return the full amount to my sbi bank account
