I have booked a ticket for sukdeb sen pnr [protected] in waiting list for hwh mail 12809 dated 3rd may 18. As ticket has not been confirmed, you have refunded money by id [protected] on 4th may18. You have mentioned bank name zaakpay pg. But, my icici bank account has not been credited by refund amt rs 1605 as recorded by you. Kindly arrange for crediting my icici bank a/c. I am not having any zaakpay pg a/c.
Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Refund from irctc app shows credit to zaakpay .. How to get this refund in my bank account..

      I had a railway booking on irctc app on 28 january, 2018. Total amount being 1610. I had cancelled the tickets on 22nd march, 2018 and it stated for a refund of rs 1230 through zaakpay pg which hasn't been refunded into my bank a/c yet. And their consumer care unit is always busy. There's been no response from them even after many emails and calls.

          I had booked a tatkal ticket on 27th april 2018, as it was in waiting it got cancelled. I received a mail that i will be refunded 1425 rs on 30th april 2018 but till now i had not received any amount in my account.
          Please find below the details for the same

              I was booking a train ticket on irctc portal on dated 12.05.2018 and i had done a transaction though your gateway. Amount of rs. 400 debited my account but ticket was not booked.
              Details are as follows:-

                I had booked a ticket from the irctc mobile app. But the ticket was a waiting ticket in tatkal so when the charting was done my ticket get cancelled and the amount was proceeded for refund. For the payment i used my punjab national bank debit card. Now the app is showing that the refund was credited to zaakpay pg but till now i have not get my refund.
                Kindly solve the issue and provide me my refund amount.

                  I was book my irctc ticket with mobikwik through zaakpay payment gateway and after some reason i cancelled my irctc train ticket on[protected] and now i can see status is refunded in zaakpay pg. But i didn't received my refund amount in my bank account.

                    This is to inform you that i was trying to book train ticket on 06.05.18 from bhubaneswar to tata by train no 12801 in 3ac but transaction failed and amount has been debited from my icici bank account. My refund money has been not credited in my account till date. I was using zaakpay option through net banking (Icici bank). Irctc transaction id is [protected]. Pnr was not generated. Please arrange to credit the amount rs 1130/- at the earliest.

                      I have booked the ticket on 28th apr in tatkal and made the payment from zaakpay gateway via netbanking. My tickets are cancelled on 29th april and i still did not received the refund amount in my netbanking account, whereas irctc shows the status as refunded.

                        I was booking a bdts to jsm on 12.04.2018 but the ticket was not booked and my bank account was debit by rs. 715. For the same time, if i complained to the web site of the zaakpay, then i dated 11.05.2018. A call was received from [protected] on this mobile number and i was asked how much of your ticket was deducted.
                        Please tell me your atm card number and is rs 4.999 from my account
                        Even though i was cut off, i request that i get my money back

                          I had booked ticket on irctc connect app but got waitlisted tatkal hence cancelled it. Irctc has refunded the amount as per details below

                          Refund date: 28-april-2018
                          Refund status: amount credited to bank with reference number zp56acd00c1e37e.

                          The above refund amount has not yet been credited to my account as bank is telling they have not got any such amount.
                          Request to please refund my money

                            As i got waitlisted tatkal ticket so i had cancelled it that moment only. Irctc has also given me reference number of refund amount i. E. 3340. The payment is through zaakpay but it has been now almkst 15 days after cancellation but i have not received the amount in my bank. My bank is telling that they have not received any payment hence my payment is pending with zaakpay. Request you to please release my payment.

                              I had booked my tickets for native but due to change in plans i had canceled my tickets but haven't received any refunds yet.

                              Even have received a mail via irctc wrt zaakpay that the amount has been processed but it's not showing in my bank account.

                              Kindly refund the amount asap as it's been more than 10 days since i cancelled the ticket.

                                My waitlisted ticket booked on 27-april-2018 at irctc connect app through zaakpay portal was cancelled by me on same day i. E. 27-apr-2018. As per irctc connect app amount of rs 3340 has been refunded on 28-apr-2018 by reference no. Zp[ hidden] but till date it has not been credited to my account. Neither bank nor irctc are giving any reply as the amount is with zaakpay. Please help me in getting my money back.

                                  I booked a ticket at irctc connect app but got Waitlisted ticket and cancelled it on 27-Apr-2018 and as per irctc money has been refunded on 28-Apr-2018 but the money is till now not been credited in my account. The payment mode was by zaakpay. Irctc is also providing a refund reference number. Now neither irctc nor bank are entertaining my concern as the payment is pending from zaakpay.

                                        I had booked tatkal ticket through irctc connect app on 27-April-2018 but got Waitlisted ticket. The payment mode was by SBI netbanking through zaakpay channel. The ticket was cancelled at the same time. I waited for irctc normal wait time 3-4 day but amount was not received. Checked at irctc app the amount was refunded on 28-April-2018 but till date amount has not been credited in my bank. irctc app is now displaying the reference number of refund i.e. ZP[hidden for security]. Please help in geting return of my hard earned money.
