    A irctc ticket has been cancelled by them on '02 may 2018' due to seat unavailability, and the irctc has also refunded back the refund amount through `zaakpay pg`. The payment was made by me to book the tickets was through hdfc debit card which means i will be getting refunded on the same. But it has been a while i didn't receive back by money.

      That i have cancelled 2 train tickets on 1 may the amount 1245 and 455 was debited from my bank amount at the time if ticket booking. After cancellation they have given refund amount of 1180 with id[protected] and 395 with id[protected] to zaakpay pg instead of giving credit to my bank from which was debited. All these transactions are done through logging through mobile. Please do the needful

      I cancelled my train ticket on 27.04.2018 but still refund amount not credited to my SBI account.
      In irctc website it's showing that refunded but in account it's not credited.
      Kindly do credit in account as early as possible.

        I was booked a train ticked on irctc site on 4th may 2018, ticket didn't got booked due to failed transaction. However money got deducted form my hdfc bank account. Amount was deducted by payment gateway "zaakpay pg"

        I canceled my tatkal waiting ticket PNR [protected] on irctc rail connect app.. Its showing refund against id-[protected] to zaakpay PG dated 22 apr 18. It has not been credited to my bank yet.. KINDLY do some needful to credit this sum..

          A irctc ticket has been cancelled by them on '27 apr 2018' due to seat unavailability, and the irctc has also refunded back the refund amount through `zaakpay pg`. The payment was made by me to book the tickets was through sbi mobbile banking, which means i will be getting refunded on the same. But it has been a while i didn't receive back by money.
          I am attaching the screenshot of the ticket, and would expect you to consider this as urgent and take actions asap.

                              Noticed from irctc website they have refunded the money 25th april itself but till date i did not get the money back into my account.

                                  I have not received refund for ticket i booked in irctc through zaakpay payment gateway on 24.04.2018. Refund amount has been send by irctc to zaakpay but I am yet to receive it. So please send the refund to my bank account as soon as possible. I have also attached the screenshot of my ticket details.

                                    I have book ticket on irctc on 11 march 2018, and than i cancelled it on 29 april 2018 becoz the plan is shifted. And on next day i, e mean on 30 april 2018 the refund is intiated by irctc to the account zaakpay but not received to my account please check and resolve these as soon as possible.

                                        Refund money against cancelled ticket
                                        I had book a train ticket on dated[protected] via zaakpay gateway with my sbi debit card. On dated[protected] amount 1135.00 is refunded due automatic cancel of my ticket. But till date the amount is not credited in my account. Please refund my amount.

                                        I have paid an irtc journey transaction worth 405 through zaakpay Pg with PNR number [protected] on may 10 .since the ticket was cancelled and irtc notified me it's been credited to zaakpay Pg account but till now it's not yet credited back to my account .kindly address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
