I booked a ticket through irctc under tatkal on 24/04/2018 in train number 12634 from nagercoil to chennai. Due to non availability of the requested seats, booking was not made. When contacted the irctc, i was informed that the payment of rupees 2790/- has been already settled vide transaction id [protected]. (Bank zaakpay pg) but till date the amounts is not credited in my sbi account. Please do the needful. Dr srikumar.

    I had book a train ticket on dated 24 apr 2018 via zaakpay gateway with my icici debit card. On dated 27 april, amount 1155.00 is refunded due to auto cancel of my ticket. But till date the amount is not credited in my account. Please find below details :

          Sir, i have booked 1 tatkal ticket on 27 april 2018 by the irctc app. An amount of rs 505 was deducted when i entered the otp but my ticket was not generated. Plz check this transcation history and refund my deducted amount. When i checked the failure reason option on the app it the bank are show on statement the payement transferinto zaakpayment bank "zaakpay pg". I am also sending the screenshot that i have captured regarding this transcation. Sort it out this problem and give me feedback in my email

            Good day
            My account was debited with inr 2685 on 25/04/2018 which was made towards my rail ticket booking on above date. My booking was cancelled and amout of 2685 was refunded by railway on 26/04/2018.
            But i still havent received my refunded amout

              The refund amount which was ineciated by IRCTC has not yet reached to my account. Refund id: [protected] . Please do it as soon as possible. It has been a 4 days and I couldn't find any movement from your side. It was the 1st time i do payment through it . Pls make it easy for customers so we can try again. Hope u will refund it soon. Expecting to be resolved soon.

                I have been deducted rs. 380.50 from zaak epayment for recharge my mobile through mobikweek account. The transaction id is - 56b0ac11eced2 on 30/04/2018 at 11.44 am.                     Hii...this is amit, i have book ticket on 19-Apr-18 from irctc rail connect and now i have cancel the ticket on 19-Apr-18, so the ticket get cancelled but till date the amount not credited in my HDFC account and IRCTC shows that amount refunded.

                      I had book a train ticket on dated 22 apr 2018 via zaakpay gateway with my hdfc net banking. On dated 24 april, amount 4220 is refunded due to auto cancel of my ticket. But till date the amount is not credited in my account. Please find below details :

                      I had send a mail regarding this to my hdfc bank but they saying that this amount is successfully processed from bank end and its was pending from your end.

                        L have tried to book a ticket from irctc app on 21/4/2018 my amount of rs.430 was debited from my sbi account tran id is by debit card othpg[protected] indian railways cateri new delhi. Amount rs.430.

                        I have not received any refund till 28/4/2018 also not received any message or mail from zaakpay as well as irctc.

                          I have biiked tickets on irctc connect app, date of ticket purchased 04/03/18 mode of payment was airtel payment bank.
                          Tickets were cancelled on 13/04/18 & refund was rs 3680.
                          On 15th april, i have received mail that money was refunded to me with following details.
                          Date of cancellation of e-tickets-13/04/18
                          Refund processed date-14/04/18
                          Refund amount-3680/-
                          Refund reference no-zp56692e047f899
                          Payment gateway used - zaakpay pg.
                          For net banking it takes 3-4 working days & for card it takes 3-4 working days.
                          Previous to this cancellation, i have got refund in 3-4 days, only meaning i am getting that for large amount time for refund is more, it clearly shows company is holding my money to earn interest.
                          Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.

                              Sir with due respect i would like to inform you that i had booked a tatkal rail ticket bearing pnr no [protected] and the ticket was cancelled by me on 20 apr 2018 and a refundable amount was refunded by irctc on 21 apr 2018 but the amount is not credited till now in my account. So kindly check the transaction and refund my amount as soon as possible.
