refund not credited

Sir, i have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 15th march 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 16 march 2018.
When i contacted to irctc representative, they said they had already refunded my amount to my bank account.in my bank account statement refund is not credited yet.
So please check the matter as soon as possible.

irctc ticket cancellation refund not yet credited

Dear team,

I have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 12th april 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 14th april 2018.

It is yet to be credited in my bank account. Request your help to get the amount credited. The zaakay payment gateway customer care is also not answering any calls with a mobile number listed in public website.

irctc refund in sagepay but not credit in my hdfc bank account

I booked e-train ticket via irctc using zaakpay of on 9th april 2018. Due to waiting list ticket will be automatically cancel amount refund.
Irctc transactions show that ₹2025 has been refunded but my account has not been credited with the refunded money yet.
Please look into it.

refund has not been initiated

I have booked railways ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc app. I have paid through sbi debit card. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 02/04/18 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

refund of 590 not credited back to bank account

I booked e-train ticket via irctc using zaakpay of on 9th april 2018.
I had to cancel it and applied for refund.
Irctc transactions show that ₹590 has been refunded but my account has not been credited with the refunded money yet.
Please look into it.

refunded amount

I had booked irctc tatkal ticket on 24 march 2018, after that ticket had booked tatkal waiting list so on that day i had been cancelled ticket, ticket cancellation charges had been applicable 60 rupees cancellation charges remaining amount had not be taken but your website had shown the amount could be credited on 26 march 2018. But there is no amount will not be credited in my account, so please consider my request...

refund in bank not received yet

I had booked a ticket through irctc on 15.02.2018 from kgp to ypr with transaction id [protected] and made the payment through zaakpay payment gateway. I had cancelled the ticket on 03.04.2018 with cancellation id [protected]. Irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded on 05.04.2018. However, i have not received the refund in my bank account till date. Kindly process the refund....

railway ticket cancellation refund

I book two ticket which pnr no are [protected] and[protected].1 cancelled both ticket on[protected] at 18.04.54. But refund money not return in my bank account till today. Plese refund it in my bank account immediately. Total amount is rs.1000 (500+500). I booked my ticket through state bank of india lalganj branch (Branch code-01483) by my sb account. I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 25 mar 2018 but transaction is failed due to not seat avilable and payment completed i have paid through cub net banking and payment gateway is irctc app says payment refunded on 26 mar 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

booked my ticket through zaakpayp.com but did not receive refund yet

Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund is rs845 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay instead of my bank account......

regarding irctc refund

I booked my ticket on 31 march 2018 of worth rs 1950 but as irctc policy i will get 1820. But i haven't got any single penny from irctc still waiting for their response. Can you please look in this issue on high priority and let me know your concerns.

Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Please don't do it we worth our time and money. And provide hustle free transactions....

I was trying to book tickets through IRCTC and made the payment via Zaakpay.. later transaction failed and money gor detected from account still not refunded.

irctc ticket cancellation, refund amount not received

I had booked a ticket on irctc through zaakpay pg which was cancelled by me on 03/04/18. But the refund amount of 1510/- has not been received by now. The irctc reflects status as refunded but the amount has not been credited in my bank account. The pnr no. Of the said transaction is [protected]. Kindly refund my amount in my bank as soon as possible.

non refund amount of cancelled train ticket vide ticket pnr-2241596161

I cancelled train ticket with pnr-[protected] on 07-02-18. Irctc informed be that they have refunded the amount rs.750/- on 21-02-18 vide bank rfdn txn id : zp5634132ef34af through payment gateway zaakpay. But refunded amount is not credited in my bank account till present date by zaakpay. Kindly give instruction to zaakpay for refund of amount in my bank account....

but status showing defended amount had been credited but still my sbi account not required this amount so please kindly advised and credit amount to my account .i am waiting for minimum 2 weeks and...

I had attempted booking a ticket on IRCTC portal using zaakpay get way on 27/03/18 amounting to Rs.795..The transaction was listed as ticket cancel and the amount has been refunded to zaakpay by irctc...but still it hasn't been credited to my SBI account the Internet banking of which had been using to make the payment. .I request you to please look into the matter at earliest it has been almost 2 week as of now.....
