Sir, i have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 15th march 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 16 march 2018.
When i contacted to irctc representative, they said they had already refunded my amount to my bank account.in my bank account statement refund is not credited yet.
So please check the matter as soon as possible.

    Dear team,

    I have done an irctc ticket cancellation on 12th april 2018 and the irctc website states that the amount is refunded to zkpy on 14th april 2018.

    It is yet to be credited in my bank account. Request your help to get the amount credited. The zaakay payment gateway customer care is also not answering any calls with a mobile number listed in public website.

    The amount got credited in the bank account on 20th... I assume that it would take 6-7 days for money to get credited into the bank once it is refunded to ZAKY PG. I tried raising tickets in the mobikwit site too, but no response. I feel, ZAKY PG/MobiKwik must provide a customer care number for smoother experience

    My irctc failed transaction no is. [protected] dt.11.04.2018. Rs.2355.00. The refund amount not yet credit in my account.

      Irctc transactions show that ₹2025 has been refunded but my account has not been credited with the refunded money yet.

        I have booked railways ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc app. I have paid through sbi debit card. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 02/04/18 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

            I had booked irctc tatkal ticket on 24 march 2018, after that ticket had booked tatkal waiting list so on that day i had been cancelled ticket, ticket cancellation charges had been applicable 60 rupees cancellation charges remaining amount had not be taken but your website had shown the amount could be credited on 26 march 2018. But there is no amount will not be credited in my account, so please consider my request

              I had booked a ticket through irctc on 15.02.2018 from kgp to ypr with transaction id [protected] and made the payment through zaakpay payment gateway. I had cancelled the ticket on 03.04.2018 with cancellation id [protected]. Irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded on 05.04.2018. However, i have not received the refund in my bank account till date. Kindly process the refund.

                I book two ticket which pnr no are [protected] and[protected].1 cancelled both ticket on[protected] at 18.04.54. But refund money not return in my bank account till today. Plese refund it in my bank account immediately. Total amount is rs.1000 (500+500). I booked my ticket through state bank of india lalganj branch (Branch code-01483) by my sb account. Please take care about my complaint.

                      I booked my ticket on 31 march 2018 of worth rs 1950 but as irctc policy i will get 1820. But i haven't got any single penny from irctc still waiting for their response. Can you please look in this issue on high priority and let me know your concerns.

                                I had attempted booking a ticket on IRCTC portal using zaakpay get way on 27/03/18 amounting to Rs.795..The transaction was listed as ticket cancel and the amount has been refunded to zaakpay by irctc...but still it hasn't been credited to my SBI account the Internet banking of which had been using to make the payment. .I request you to please look into the matter at earliest it has been almost 2 week as of now..

                                      I cancelled my ticket on 27 march 2018 and irctc has refunded my ticket throgh zaakpay and i haven't yet recieved the refund of 2340 RS in my bank account please kindly help in the refund pls!
                                      I have book for tatkal ticket but ticket is waiting list as soon as I am a cancel my ticket but my refund is not credit in my account so please give me my refund in my account

                                      I have try to book tatkal ticket in irctc but due to some error ticket has not been book but amount of 415rs has been deducted from my indian bank account.In irctc it was saying that amount has been refunded to zaakpay bank.kindly refund my amount quickly it was already 20day till now and i am complaining this 2time but it was still not resolved...Resolve it quickly

                                        I had booked a ticket through irctc with transaction id [protected] and made the payment through zaakpay payment gateway. I had cancelled the ticket on 19.3.2018 with cancellation id [protected]. Irctc website shows that the amount has been refunded on 22.3.2018. However, i have not received the refund in my bank account till date. Kindly process the refund.
