I have tried to renew my season ticket through UTS app on 26/03/2018 using my UPI virtual id [protected]@upi for Rs.500/- (transaction id[protected] and on 02/04/2018 using phone-pe virtual id [protected]@ybl for Rs.185/-( transaction id[protected]. Both the transactions are successful and the money was debited from my bank account. But the ticket was not renewed. Both the time the UTS app shows a message like ticket not booked, the amount will be refunded to your account with in 5-6 days. When I Contact the UTS Customer Care on 05/04/2018 they send me the following replay

"Dear Customer,

On verifying your UTS mobile account, it is showing nil transaction in your recent ticket details option. That means the two transactions which you have done are failed transactions. In that case, the transacted amount if debited from your account through netbanking/UPI will reflect back within 15 days by automatic reconciliation process. "

But till now no refund was made to my account. Please make necessary arrangement to refund my money

But Rs.185/-( transaction id[protected] has not yet received.

    Hi,
    I book an tatkal ticket, but due to seat not avaliable it get failed and amount is deducted from my bank account.
    By mail communication from irctc. My amount will be refundable, now in current status on website it shows refunded to zaakpay pg
    But amount is not refended to my bank account.

    Please help me out and refund my amount.

        I was booking ticket on 11/04/2018 but booking failed and ticket not booked and money deducted from my account.

        Dont worry it happens with irctc website and i felt the same scenario. Your money will be refunded to the used payment method within 14 days.

        No message or no confirmation is given or shown on irctc but money gets refunded. So, not to worry.

            My refund regarding irctc transaction id [protected] was processed for refund on april 12th, 2018. It was notified to me that the refund would be credited to my bank account within 3-4 business days but i still haven't received my refund. The zaakpay reference number regarding the refund is zp[protected]a3.

                          I have done the ticket booking yesterday via irctc app. The payment was successfully done but the tickets are not released/created.

                                    My IRCTC booking failed but the money was deducted from my account.The reference no. regarding my refund is ZP[protected]a3. From the number of complaints i have come across regarding the company "Zaakpay", I think it is safe to assume that this company is not the best payment gateway as they have been advertising themselves to be. Get your act together, Zaakpay.

                                    Apparently, Zaakpay is one of the worst payment gateways in India as of now but why are you commenting here? I suggest that you create a ticket on Mobikwik's customer care but don't expect much from them.
