non refund of my money

I have tried to renew my season ticket through UTS app on 26/03/2018 using my UPI virtual id [protected]@upi for Rs.500/- (transaction id[protected] and on 02/04/2018 using phone-pe virtual id [protected]@ybl for Rs.185/-( transaction id[protected]. refund of train ticket failed

Hi,
I book an tatkal ticket, but due to seat not avaliable it get failed and amount is deducted from my bank account.
By mail communication from irctc. My amount will be refundable, now in current status on website it shows refunded to zaakpay pg
But amount is not refended to my bank account.

Please help me out and refund my amount....

refunded amount not credited in to my account

Irctc showing money refunded rs:2420/-, but money not credited to my account till now.

ticket booking failed but money not refunded

zaakpay irctc refund

My refund regarding irctc transaction id [protected] was processed for refund on april 12th, 2018. It was notified to me that the refund would be credited to my bank account within 3-4 business days but i still haven't received my refund. payment deducted on irctc app but ticket not booked

I had tried to book a train ticket on 16.4.18 through irctc app and zaakpay gateway.
The payment was deducted from my card account, but the same was not credited to irctc and ticket was not booked.

Requesting zaakpay to credit the amount to my account immediately and oblige.

Railway refund not received my bank a/ c

I have done the ticket booking yesterday via irctc app. The payment was successfully done but the tickets are not released/created.

Request you to please refund the amount the sum of rs. 480.

money deducted incorrectly

I am being charged incorrectly from past 2 months (March 2018 and april 2018) for rs 39.42 for a payment towards zaakpay which i have never made.
This payment is done using my debit card.

refund not processed even after 1 week

From the number of complaints i have come across regarding the company "Zaakpay", I think it is safe to assume that this company is not the best payment gateway as they have been advertising themselves to be. Get your act together, Zaakpay....
