Dear sir/madam,
On 16th feb 2018, i tried to book rail ticket from tata nagar to tirupathi (13april2018) through irctc mobile app. After filling all the details for ticket, it redirected for the payment gateway in zaakpay. I took option of netbanking axis bank. I filled all the necessary details for the payment and submitted. Soon rs1285 is deducted from my account, but ticket is not booked. Its been 30days now i have not got any refund or any ticket. Please resolve the issue on priority. Following are the details.
