Dear sir i am book a 5a mobile phone on 25 jan 2018
Order date: 25 jan 2018 from mi store when i make the payment through debit card bank reject my payment method and put it in proxy i don’t know about it and i make payment again through net banking again at that time and complete my order but bank have make my proxy payment clear again on 15/02/2018 through zaak epayment service and amount have been deducted twice from my account for my order

    I have booked ticket on irctc using zaakpay payment gateway of rs 800 on 20 feb 2018 having pnr [protected] and cancelled it on 6 march
    It has been 10 days of cancellation, irctc is showing the status refunded but the amount is not credited back to my account

      I have booked an return ticket for howrah to puri & puri to sealdah from irctc mobile apps by using sbi debit card on 14 march'2018. While booking i have choosen pay by debit card option but at the end when i got the e ticket it shows that the payments made by zaakpay pg. I can't understand how it's possible. And due to non getting of any lower birth i have to cancel it too.
      My pnr no.'s are [protected] & [protected] respectively. I came to know from irctc portal that they have sent the refund amount towards zaakpay pg bank on 15/03/2018.in bank account itself it is not credited. I hope you resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you...

          I paid on iirctc for two tickets using zaakpay. I cancelled both tickets and irctc has refuned that amount on 12th march. But it has not been transferred to my account.               I booked a ticket for train in IRCTC on 24 Feb .

              The website shows the amount is refunded through zaakpay.I waiting about more than two weeks, still there is no response.In bank account itself it is not credited.I hope you Resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you...

                I was paying to irctc through mobikwik on 12 mar. Tkt not booked however money 3795 rs has been deducted. I raised the issue in mobikwik for the refund but they haven't replied neither irctc costumer portal has replied . In my bank statement it shows paid to mobikwik and in the irctc account in the failed transaction it shows bank name ZAAKPAY.PG. The screenshot as shown in irctc site is attached below.

                    I had booked on 1st march 2018 through irctc app from axis bank account and cancelled it on 6th march 2018 today its been 7days i havent received refund money in my bank account and pnr no is [protected] and cancellation id is [protected] it was mentioned i will get my refund by 3 days its been 7 days now. When i checked with irctc they mentioned amount is been refunded amount is 2005. Kindly check for the same.

                      On 16th feb 2018, i tried to book rail ticket from tata nagar to tirupathi (13april2018) through irctc mobile app. After filling all the details for ticket, it redirected for the payment gateway in zaakpay. I took option of netbanking axis bank. I filled all the necessary details for the payment and submitted. Soon rs1285 is deducted from my account, but ticket is not booked. Its been 30days now i have not got any refund or any ticket. Please resolve the issue on priority. Following are the details.

                        Hi i have cancelled tickets pnr no: [protected] with cancellation id:[protected] in irctc app on 04-mar-2018 11:23:50 hrs and i have not received my refund amount in my bank account in irctc app i can see refund status as refunded on 06-mar-2018 but i have not received any money so please check this issue in priority. And get the money refunded asap.

                          Sir, my irctc used Id deepakrb7.I canceled ticket through irctc on the date of 5th march transaction id [protected] still i didn't get my money 860/-. When it will refund. In irctc it shows the refund was done in 8th mar. Even though i mailed complaint about the refund money, there is no response from you.so please consider my request and refund my money as soon as possible. Thankyou.

                              I booked a ticket and cancelled there after through zaakpay but amount not credited in my account.i booked 2 tickets for two differen dates those two are cancelled but refund not happened. Here are my transaction numbers #[protected], #[protected]. In status money refunded but not in my account still today.I need my cash return.This is not fare taking the users money.

                                    I had booked two tickets for journey date 24/02/18 on 23 feb 2018 through by rupay debit card mobowiki payment gateway.but due to my name came into waiting list.I had cancelled My ticket. And in irctc refund status they have refunded my money on 26 feb 2018 to Zkpy bank.but money wasnt credited on my main bank account yet.please take neccessary action against this company.I have submitted the photograph details which shows transaction id and other neccessary details.thank you

                                        On 3march2018 i got a message from zakepayme that money has been deducted from my account. I want to know about this transaction where did my money go. If it is a mistake i want my money back. I am attaching a screenshot of the message. According to my knowledge i have not done any kind of transaction to which i got this message. I surely think that this is a mistake. I am hoping for a quick response from you guys.

                                        Refund regarding cancellation of tickets has been initiated by IRCTC but didn't receive it in my SBI account. The IRCTC website shows that it is already refunded.
