didn't received my irctc refund amount

After cancelling my train ticket in irctc, the refund amount was refunded to the bank zaakpay.
In the status, it shows the amount was already refunded but i didn't get any amount in my bank account.

irctc refund

I have booked tickets on 4 apr 2018. I have paid through sbi net banking and payment gateway is mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 5 apr 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank, please resolve this as soon as possible.

railway tickets refund

I had tried to book ticket on 24th march using my id selvadason from chennai to bangalore and the transaction number s [protected] and the payment has failed and also ticket not booked. While checking in irctc the refund of rs.720 has been refunded on 26.03.18 itself and i used zakpay gateway only. But my account not yet credited. So check and refund the funds...

The refund amount of Rs.4970/- against cancelled IRCTC train ticket on 25th March'2018 was credited in ZaakpayPG vide Refund ID- [protected] instead of my SBI A/c no- [protected] from where it had been debited at the time of booking.

Requesting you to credit the amount in above mentioned SBI A/c immediately.

irctc rail ticket cancelled but money credited to zaakpay pg

I cancelled tickets 4 times from irctc and every time the refund amount was credited to zaakpay pg but not my bank account from where i paid the booking amounts.

Kindly make arrangements to refund back the amounts into my bank account. I'm sharing the cancellation details of the 4 transactions:

I tried to book tickets from Chennai to Vijayawada using my Hdfc credit card. I have given all the details and even entered the OTP. But the tickets were not booked and an amount of Rs.1177.25/- has been debited from my credit card. irctc amount not refunded - shalini

I was trying to book a irctc ticket from bangalore to madurai. The ticket was not booked due to the error stating that "passenger not in same coach" but amount got deducted from my account. The refund has sent to zaakpay pg bank instead of my account. The transaction has failed for thrice.
