After cancelling my train ticket in irctc, the refund amount was refunded to the bank zaakpay.
In the status, it shows the amount was already refunded but i didn't get any amount in my bank account.

    I have booked tickets on 4 apr 2018. I have paid through sbi net banking and payment gateway is mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 5 apr 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank, please resolve this as soon as possible.

        I had tried to book ticket on 24th march using my id selvadason from chennai to bangalore and the transaction number s [protected] and the payment has failed and also ticket not booked. While checking in irctc the refund of rs.720 has been refunded on 26.03.18 itself and i used zakpay gateway only. But my account not yet credited. So check and refund the funds

But the tickets were not booked and an amount of Rs.1177.25/- has been debited from my credit card.                                       I booked a railway ticket online for 6 passengers from irctc (Pnr : [protected]) on 20th feb using hdfc netbanking on zaakpay gateway.

                                      The reference on my bank statement is zp5659ebfea409c/zaakindiarailwaysca debited on 20th feb, amount is inr 6455.90

                                      I cancelled 3 passengers on 23rd feb (Cancellation id : [protected]) and the remaining 3 passengers on 26th feb (Cancellation id : [protected])

                                      I was to receive 2 refunds of inr 2655 each.

                                      However, i received just one refund on 28th feb. The reference on my bank statement is ref-zaakindi-ebfea409c, credited on 28th feb, amount is inr 2655

                                      Please can you check with the gateway provider and help me get the remaining refund of inr 2655

                                        On 27/03/2018 i booked ticket in irctc with my sbi net banking and payment on zaakpay the transaction was failed and i check the status in irctc the amount was send to zaakpay bank account but not credited to my sbi account and i inform on 28/03/18 to zaakpay complaint registration there was no reply to me what about my money its credit or not to my account please reply me fast and the details are transaction id no : [protected] date 27-march-2018 refund id [protected] cancelled amount 525.0 and reply me how i get my money the customer care number also not working with in 24 hours i want the reply or reason about my money

                                        I use your platform for booking ticket from IRCTC on 27-FEB-2018 Transaction Id : [protected] and cancel this ticket in 25-Mar-2018 11:54:06 HRS, cancellation id : [protected]. IRCTC says amount refunded to ZKPY bank 28-MAR-2018 but the amount not come to my account. Please do something
