I am john i booked a train ticket in irctc and payment done by zaakpay in my sbi net banking the transaction was failed and amount taken in my account and failed transaction id : [protected] booking date 27/03/2018 amount 525.00 and i complaint on 28/03/2018 to zaakpay.com there was no reply to me and no response and please reply fast when the amount was return to my account and in irctc status was the amount was settle to zaakpay bank but the amount not credit to my account please credit to my account as soon as possible and reply me soon what are the status about my money

    Sir,
    I have tried to book my train ticket on irctc website and make payment through zaakpay, but unfortunately some error occurred and ticket is not booked but payment deducted from my account. I wait for 2-3 days for refund but the refund is not given by zaakpay at the same time irctct is saying that your payment is settled.
    Kindly resolve the issue.
    The transaction details are as follows -
    Date of booking - 25.03.2018
    Transaction id - [[protected]]
    Amount - rs. 1505
    Bank : zaakpay pg

      I have not received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Cancelled my ticket on 15.03.2018 through irctc portal. Transaction Id is [protected] and [protected] cancellation id is [protected] and [protected].
      Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is rs 3405 & rs 3405 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay instead of my bank account.

        Dear sir i have use on irctc payment on your merchant side in my net banking i have ticket cancel but not credit my account balance i have send txn number

        This amount is refund in irctc but not credidt my account

        I am john livingston i booked train ticket in irctc on 27/03/2018 the transaction failed and amount debited in my account its not refunded to my account in my irctc id i check the status was amount refunded to zaakpay pg so when the amount was credited to my account the transaction id : [protected] and refund id [protected] amount 525.0 my email id : [protected]@gmail.com cell.           I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 10th march. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 3350 rupees. The transaction id was transaction id was [protected] and cancellation id was [protected]. I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.
          Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I cancelled the ticket with pnr no.[protected] on 18 march, 2018. The refund status on irctc website is being shown "refunded" on 20 march, 2018. But the amount has not been credited back to my bank account as it is somewhere stuck with zaakpay.com which is a payment gateway for online payments done through mobikwik. It has been 10 days since the amount have been refunded by irctc. But it has not been refunded to my account due to the in capabilities and unprofessionalism shown by zaakpay. So, please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
            Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Not getting refund, although it's showing its refunded on 20th March. Pls help me out... See the attachment for details..

                I did not get my refund against cancelled ticket on irtctc. Though irctc app show payment has been made to zaakpay pg.
                Transaction i'd is [protected].
                The ticket booked on 22 mar 2018.

                I booked ticket using zaakpay gateway on irctc and making payment through citi netbanking. But ticket got cancelled and payment was made to zaakpay on same day. But i am yet to get my money in my bank account.

                Kindly refund my amount asap.

                    I cancelled a railway ticket on irctc on 23 march 2018 and irctc shows to have refunded the amount on 26th march 2018 but the money seems to have gone to your bank and has not yet been refunded to my account. Please help me, transferring money should not take more than a day but it has taken about five days. Your customer care numbers too are not working. Can you provide a better service than this?

                      Hi,

                      I tried to book a ticket on 28-03-18 from nizamuddin to calicut but unfortunately my transaction was not completed and got declined due to no response from zaakpay. An amount of 2330 is debited from my account and not yet credited. Please do something about this immediately. I have never expected this to happen especially at this point of time when there is higher need for money.

                                Actually sir, i booked ticket in waiting list on 28th feb. 2018 but this ticket was cancelled on journey date and my money refunded from irctc on 16th march but not credit in my sbi account still, only showing zaakpay pg bank in irctc and also i was booking train on 22nd march but ticket failed and transaction made successful but refund money showing in zaakpay pg bank but not credit in sbi bank account because i had made all transactions through sbi net banking... so please help me

                                  I cancel ticket on[protected] and i think got my money back in four days after 8 days i check my bank balance but i cannot got the money than afterwards i check my irctc id i saw they give statement of refund money[protected]. Today is[protected] but i cannot received my money till now. So i request to help to get my money back to my bank account. plzzz help me.
