I haven't received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Booked my cancelled ticket on 23/03/2018 & 24/03/2018 through irctc app. Transaction id [[protected] & [protected]] and cancellation id [[protected] & [protected]. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is 580 & 400 rupees and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay pg instead of my bank account.

      Sir i cancel my train ticket on 15/03/2018 pnr no is [protected] when i complain to irctc they say we refund back but i not get in my account they say contact to your bank.         I wanted to add money to utc app (R wallet) using zaakpay payment gateway.
        I made a upi transaction from utc app using the zaakpay payment gateway with the transaction reference number upi/[protected]/[protected]@
        Icici using it. The amount was debited by zaakpay from my bank account. But the same did not reflect in rwallet. It said unsuccessful transaction. The amount remains debited to my account but no money added to rwallet.

          Dear concern,

          I did not get my refund against cancelled ticket on irtctc. Though irctc app show payment has been made to zaakpay pg.
          Transaction i'd is [protected] where as refund id is [protected].

          I booked ticket using zaakpay gateway on irctc and making payment through sbi netbanking. But ticket cancelled on 23 and payment was made to zaakpay on same day. But i am yet to get my money in my bank account.

          Kindly refund my my amount asap.

              I have booked a ticket on irctc pnr no [protected] gatiman express by debit card using zaapkay payment. It was not confirmed so cancel it later. Refund amount 2685 rs was refunded towards zaakpay but still not reached to my account till today. Date of ticket cancellation is 10/03/2018.
              Why this thing is happening. I have beared three times not refund of amount. I will mention all these type of ticket pnr later.

                On 16/03/18, i made a payment to one assist (An insurance company) through the service of zaakpay.com/instamojo as a third party vendor. I got a receipt for the successful transaction. But instamojo/zaakpay.com is denying the payment.
                I am attaching the screenshot of my account statement from which i made the payment. It is clear that i made a successful payment on 16/03/18. After that, as of now, i haven't received any refund (Cause the third-party vendor is saying that payment was a failure) and it is clearly visible in my account statement that it was a successful transaction and there are no refunds as such
                I have also attached the receipt that was generated when i made the payment.
                In spite of providing all the necessary proof, one assist and zaakpay.com/instamojo is still accusing me of failed payment. Due to this glitch, one assist is not returning my smartphone (Which i had given to them for repair as it was insured by them).

                I have waited and stressed myself a lot in this claim procedure. Kindly end this dispute. As i am presenting my balance sheet, kindly ask the same from zaakpay.com/instamojo.
                I have already paid the amount of 345.
                There is nothing to gain from this meager amount when compared to my rs 14999 mobile phone. Kindly ask for documents from
                Zaakpay.com/instamojo, it will save all the time for us

                    An ammount summing to 1050 has not been credited to my account where in irctc shows that cancellation refund has been done to zaakpay pg bank. And i dont think it is your first complaint and so stop making such frauds. Please contact and credit the amount into my account. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com.                       I was booking my ticket through IRCTC on 16.03.2018. I selected payment mode via Mobikwik via SBI internet Banking. The payment was successful on SBI portal and debited from my account but unsuccessful on IRCTC app. IRCTC has refunded the amount, but the amount has not been credited to my account till date.                         I have booked an return ticket for howrah to puri & puri to sealdah from irctc mobile apps by using sbi debit card on 14 march'2018. While booking i have choosen pay by debit card option but at the end when i got the e ticket it shows that the payments made by zaakpay pg. I can't understand how it's possible. And due to non getting of any lower birth i have to cancel it too.
                        My pnr no.'s are [protected] & [protected] respectively. I came to know from irctc portal that they have sent the refund amount towards zaakpay pg bank on 17/03/2018 but till now the refund money is not credited into my bank account.
                        Please credit the money into my account as priority basis.

                        Thanks to the zaakpay team & consumer complaints forum for the initiative taken to get back my irctc cancellation amount with in a very short period.Today(22/03/2018) evening i have got my refund amount into my bank account.It's seem to be an good interaction regarding refund.Once again a big thanks to zaakpay & consumer complaints forum.

                                The refund date mentioned in irctc is 19 february 2018 but zaakpay not refund it.
                                The partial cancellations amount of rs. 1005 received...
                                And the next refund amount is rs.880 still not received...
