On 4th mar 2018, had used uts mobile to recharge its wallet via mobiquik upi payment option for rs.1000. The payment was deducted from my saving account via upi, but wallet was not recharged. The amount is lying with icici bank account of zaakpay. Following upi payment reference details ;

      Please reference transaction ids no [protected] and [protected] of 01 march 2018. Irctc application used for tatkal booking for one passenger named sangmesh h sex male in train no 17017 rajkot secundrabad express from ahmedabad to gulbarga. Two amounts debited from axis bank account i. E. Rupees 2375.00 and 1645.00 for 2ac and 3ac where no ticket was genrated. As amount was debited and not refunded till date hence it ia requested to kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

      Please refer complaint id No 1885108 on dated 04 Mar 2018 from Bharat6113. On my previous complaint i was mentioned date of transaction 01 Mar 2018 which is not correct its 28 Mar 2018. As date of travel was 01 Mar 2018 and as i am booking tatkal ticket for 01 Mar 2018.

      Till date complaint not resolved and non of the executive or representative from zaakpay or irctc call or replied.
      I booked a ticket whose transaction id is [protected].
      I cancel it on 26 of feb 2018 but i do not received my refund money of rupees 285.
      In irctc site it show that it is refund on 28 of feb whaose transaction no is [protected].
      Please provide some solution for it.
      Hi i have booked train tickets on 28 Feb 18. Then i have cancelled it. The money is not credited back to my account but it's showing in the irctc website as refunded to zaakpay pg... I don't know where is my money and please help me regarding this..

        Thank you for using debit card ending 0715 for rs.210.00 in new delhi at indian railways cateri on[protected]:11:07:57 avl bal: rs.30449.93.

        I was trying to book tickets and the payment went through and my account was debited too, but i didn't get the tickets and the transaction failed, i haven't got the money refunded yet.

                Sir,
                Please refer to transaction id no. [protected], vide which attempt was made to book train tkt from ndls to bksc for 01 jun 2018. However, the tkt could not be booked due to non availability of one lower berth, although the amount of rs.4325.90 (Including pg charges as applicable) was deducted from my account.

                Subsequently, the amount deducted from my account is reflected on irctc site as 'refunded', but the same is not credited to my account till date.

                It is requested that the amount of refund be credited to my account at the earliest.

                    This above transaction failed but amount refunded by irctc to zaakpay on 19th feb 18.

                    I didn't receive it from zaakpay yet and its not credited to my account.

                        I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 21 feb 2018. Vide pnr no. [protected] on train no. 17487 but ticket booking massage was not received, nor showing in irctc website. When we checked at our irctc website after one hour found tatkal w/l tickets was booked.after that 22-feb-2018 at 5.37 pm, automatically cancel the w/l/ tatkal ticket by irctc. Received massage in my registered mobile no. That rs. 650/- will be refunded. Till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through syndicate bank. Rs. 770/- on 22-feb-2018 to irctc.
                        Today on 28-feb-2018, when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs. 3080/- was refunded on 24-feb-2018 through zkpy bank.

                                      I was using a debit mastercard of our joint account where my wife is the first holder. We were fine using the mastercard secure code on uber when recently you updated it to only otp and this goes to my wife's phone. Everytime i have to call her and disturb her for it. It is so annoying. Please give both the options and let the users select what they want to use.

                                        Hi I am punneth[protected] i had tried book the tickets through irctc via net banking due some reason i wasn't able to book the tickets but my amount was deducted from my net banking account and also the transaction is cancelled please refund my deducted money back ASAP and also FA for screenshot for the proof of deduction
