      I have booked irctc ticket on 31 - jan - 2018. My amount rs. 215.90 was deducted from my hdfc account but ticket wasn't booked.
      Irctc has refunded to zaakpay but zaakpay hasn't refunded to my account back. Please cehck the below details and do the needful.

        I have booked ticket in general quota on 05 feb 2018. Vide pnr no. [protected] on train no. 04116 for the date 22 april 2018. But i got wailting ticket. I cancel the w/l/ ticket. Received massage in my registered mobile no. That rs. 3400/- will be refunded. Till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through bank of india master atm card. Rs. 3400/- on 05 feb 2018 to irctc.
        Today on 12-feb-2018, when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs. 3400/- was refunded on 07-ofeb-2018 through zkpy bank.

              I have booked train ticket on irctc website. Amount was debited from my account. Booking was not successful. It appeared as amount refunded but the amount was not credited back to my account. Pleasd help me with this regard. I have attached screenshot for your reference.

                  My booking for irctc ticket failed due choice of confirm berths not met (Transaction id - [protected]) dated - 05/02/2018, amount of 8595/- and payment settled at irctc and same is refunded on 06/02/2018 according to irctc website by zaakpay but i didn't not get in my account. Please process the refund at the earliest. Same thing happening with zaakpay gateway again and again.

                  I pay my torrent power electricity bill through zaak epayment system from my rupay debit card. The amount was debited in favor of ZAAK EPAYMENT but payment of electricity bill was not done.

                    On 1st february 2018, i made a transaction of 23000 rupees from icici bank account number[protected], as part of payment to my bajaj finserv loan account number 406saf60980218. But that amount is not reflected in my bajaj finserv account.
                    I thought that transaction has been failed and will be reflected in my account in 7 working days, whereas that amount is not credited back in my account or not reflected in my bajaj finserv account.

                    Please take proper action on this.

                              My booking for irctc ticket failed due txn time limit reached (Transaction id - [protected]) dated - 24/01/2018, amount of 470/- and payment settled at irctc and same is refunded on 27/01/2018 according to irctc website by zaakpay by i didn't not get in my account.                                     I initiated a transaction on 04/02/2018 through irctc rail connect app for booking a reservation and while making the payment the session expired and my money got debited from my bank i received my notification text through my bank as amount debited and yet no ticket or pnr issued/generated as there are limited seats available so i urge to kindly either book my requested reservation or refund as early as possible so i can make a fresh transaction.

                                    No response from company not even an acknowledgement very ill behavior got to share on facebook
                                    I booked a train tkt on 19.01.2018 and transaction failed. Irctc refunded the among but zaakpay didn't refunded so far. Amount rs 250.

                                      Yesterday i had posted regarding refunded issue in irctc. Mistake ly i had posted my mobile no. Too. Within 24 hrs i had received 3 anonymous calls. They are asking my bank debit card details, i have not told so he got angry n scolded me in bad words. So please don't give any personal information in this forum and don't give any bank details to anyone. They are calling as like a customer care. I felt really bad. Requesting consumer complaints tram to block my request.
