Dear irctc customer care,
I have booked a ticket to anakapalle (Akp) from secunderabad (Sec) on 31st dec 2017 with the travelling date 12th jan 2018. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 08-jan-2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number. They have told me to send an mail with the details. I am sending an email with the requested information along with the bank pdf statement, could you please check and try to refund my amount asap.

Zaakpay.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried to book a tatkal ticket through rail connent by 11th of this month and failed. Bt money has been deducted. In my refund status it has been mentioned that money has been sent to bank. Kindly look into this problem
