    Sir i am book a train ticket from bangalore cant to tiruchirapalli on 18/01/18 and journey date is 19/01/18 @ irctc from my yes bank net banking. My ticket is waiting list not confirmed, so i cancel my ticket on 19/01/18. My booking transaction id is [protected]. Cancel id is:[protected] on 19/01/18. The irctc showing refunded to zaakpay.com on 23/01/18 rupees 2030/-. But not credited to my account till date. So please see in this issue and help me to me sir.

        I tried to book train ticket IRCTC Mobile App.. while payment I use Zaakpay gateway, amount has been deduced from my account but the ticket is not booked, then it shows transaction failed.. I seen in IRCTC failed transaction, in that status as amount refunded to zaakpay. But i didn't get my money back.. I am waiting for my money for last 8 days. please do the need full..

          I had make a payment to irctc through zaakpay gateway, but after cancellation the ticket i have not received the amount in my bank account whereas irctc web showing status refunded on[protected] to zaakpay. And it is going to days but not any amount credit in bank account from where i have make payment for the ticket.

            I tried to book 2 tickets from karaikal to chennai using irctc mobile app. Amount debited from my bank account but ticket did not booked and then i got this message i got from irctc.

            (An amount of rs 660.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 11-jan-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.)

            It has been 2 weeks since, i got this message but no amount credited to my bank account.

                Dear sir, i booked the ticket on 17/01/2018 from katpadi to bengaluru and my transaction id: [protected] thru irctc mobile apps. The transaction has been failed and the ticket not issued but the amount 250 inr has been deducted from my account. When can i expect the deducted amount will be refund on my account.

                No response since 2 weeks. It will be refunded or not. The response to be always clear. I had done many online payment. This is Worst experience which i had ever.
                15/01/2017 i have irctc ticket is dropped but not refund amount transfer id -[protected]
                Why your payment banks are do such a worst thing. in irctc its showing the amount refunded but i am not received any amount. 10 days completed but not received any amount. what ur thinking about people.

                    Irctc is showing money have already been refunded to zkpy bank on[protected] but till now it has not been added to my account.

                      I booked a ticket to coimbatore from chennai on tatkal basis from irctc on[protected]. My transaction failed and an amount of 830 was deducted from my account. I received a message from irctc stating that i would receive a full refund but i have still not received the refund. As per irctc website the refund was settled on[protected] itself. But no money was credited in my account.

                        I booked a ticket on 11-01-18 through the irctc app throught the mobikwik payment option. But the transaction got failed and my account was debited. I got a message that it will be refunded. But when i saw my refund status it showed that the money is already refunded through zaakpay on 12-01-18. But my bank a/c is not credited. Kindly make the refund and solve this problem.

                            Dear irctc customer care,

                            I have booked a ticket to anakapalle (Akp) from secunderabad (Sec) on 31st dec 2017 with the travelling date 12th jan 2018. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 08-jan-2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number. They have told me to send an mail with the details. I am sending an email with the requested information along with the bank pdf statement, could you please check and try to refund my amount asap.

                                I had booked a railway ticket on 11/0102018 thru union bank of india debit card from irctc website the tranaction failed and the amount of rs 2200 was deducted the transaction id is [protected]
                                The status now showing is amount has been refunded to zkpay bank on 22/01/2018
                                But still that amount is not recived in my union bank account so kindly look into the matter and do the.needful
