I have booked ticket on 17 Dec 2017 payment completed i have paid through SBI Internet Banking and payment gateway is mobikwik and due to some personal reason cancelled my ticket on 13-Feb-18 & IRCTC says payment refunded on 16 FEB 2018 in ZKPY(zaakpay) pg but not received in my bank account. Please Resolve my problem ASAP(as soon as possible). If I pay through Net Banking So why you refund Zaakpay. I dont know about that and i dont have any account on zaakpay. so please i request to you resolved my problem as soon as possible.

Need to speedup to refund to actual account once amount received to zkpy from source, a week stipulated time is not done.
