    I have cancelled a ticket on irctc.co.in . But i haven't received my refund yet in my account. It has been more than ten days since i cancelled the ticket and when i checked the status it is showing that money has been refunded to zkpy bank. I am attaching all details here.please resolve this issue ASAP..THANK YOU.

      I have booked ticket by zaakpay and when i cancelled railway has refunded but money didn't come to my account

      The ticket was from coimbatore to jhansi and the refunded amount was 920 please refund as soon as possible..
      The amount was refunded by railway on 22nd feb 2018 but till now it did not return to my account i request u to resolve the problem as soon as possible
      And please mail a customer care number

          I booked ticket from irctc as the train cancelled on running date authority itself cancelled my ticket and said that amount will be refunded in 3-4 working days and now at the website status shows that money is refunded but i not recieved yet. I want my money back to my account by which i have paid the amount. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...

          I booked the through irctc app after next day i will cancel my ticket but it not come in my account i havw book the tickets through bank of boroda debit card.

The amount has deducted from my account and irctc also confirmed that the transaction has been settled. However the amount is yet to be received by me.                   I booked railway ticketing in IRCTC online transaction .I got a mail from IRCTC thay are refund amount of Rd.980 from zeekpay pg but I could not get the bank .

                        With all due respect, i cancelled a ticket from rbl-hpu, pnr-[protected] class 3ac, with cancellation id-[protected] on date - 16/2/2018. The amount that was to be refunded was 1550. Irctc status shows the amount have been refunded in bank zkpy bank. But i've still not received any amount. Please look into the matter asap. And please solve my problem. Irctc being a very reputed and most used in general public is not expected to make such trouble for their customers. Thank you

                        I booked tatkal ticket from ADI - NGP on 17/02/2018 in ADI Puri Exp - 12844. Amount of Rs. 1625/- was deducted from account. When I checked the settlement status on IRCTC it is showing as "payment settled" with Zaakpay PG. but amount is not refunded in my account. I did payment through SBI debit card. Please get the amount refunded soon.

                                      I have try to book my railway ticket by debit card from irctc via zaakpay. When i was fill all details for payment from my account, the application is unfortunately closed and 365 rs deducted from my bank account. But the ticket is not generated and there showing transaction is failed due to not responding.

                                        My name is samyvel and made a payment to bajaj finserv and the transaction i'd is ib/zaakpay/25472/zp8a1df61466cc on feb 14, 2018 through bajaj finserv portal. The amount was debited from andhra bank and would like to know if the amount is received at the bajaj finserv as i received error after the amount was debited. If the amount is not received at the bajaj finserver please refunf the amount back to andhra bank.
