I have booked rly. Ticket on 26.01.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through Mahabank debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc Not book on 26.01.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 29.01.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve...

I have booked rly. Ticket on 26.01.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through sbi debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc not book on 27.01.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 29.01.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I have booked ticket from IRCTC in Tatkal Quota from Nagpur to Nasik on 20.01.2018 but due to non confirmation of ticket i have cancelled it. Even after lapse of 1 week i have not received refund amount in my bank account. You are requested to refund the amount at the earliest please.

I have booked a tatkal ticket through zaakpay by debit card. But due to waiting list, i have cancelled ticket. Now as per irctc refund status, amount has been refund to zaakpay, but i have not received amount yet in my bank account. Please solve my problem immediately

Sir/madam, i booked two tickets. Those two are waiting listed. So i cancel them. But still now i dont get my refund back. My transation id was [protected] and its refund id is [protected] dated 27.1.2018 amount rs 1125. The another transation id was [protected] and its refund id is [protected] dated 21.1.2018 amount 1190.

Paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 23rd January 2018. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 3020 rupees. The transaction id was [protected] . I want you to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible....

I did an irctc transaction on 24.01.2018 and the transaction id: '[protected]', but it got failed and amount debited from my account. When i see the refund status in my irctc account it is showing as "refunded to zkpy" account and the same amount rs.770 not credited/refunded to my account. Please mail [protected]@veerendra. This is with reference to booking made on 25/1/18 from chennai to bangalore in brindavan express twice and both the transaction failed and reference no is.[protected] and [protected] both for rs.320/- each and as per railways it was already refunded back to zaakpay.

Please give the credit back to my bank account immediately.

I have booked a ticket on 18/01/2018 which got failed. But I have not received the refund amount.
In record it is showing amount refunded on 23/01/2018 but i don't have any record in mine Bank statement.
It is done my the internet Banking option.

I have booked ticket in general quota on[protected] but I canceled the ticket I have paid through SBI net banking and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refund on[protected] in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank pls resolve this

Its almost been a month but i havent received the refund yet.
I have contacted irctc they said they have refunded it.
Have checked my bank account its not yet credited.
Refund amount is rs.1570
I have cancelled ticket for 15th february journey on 3rd january.

I have cancelled a ticket from the irctc on 21st dec 2017. But till now i would not get any single amount into my bank account. But my irctc account says that the amount has been refunded.

Nowsir my self himanshu and i booked tkt from bd to umd of rs 630 but ticket is not booked due to some reason but is deducted from my account and on 27th jan irctc shows money is refunded to zaakpay but till now i not received money in canara bank account. Please tell me the reason why i am i not received my money yet. Or zaakpay not refunded my money please inform me as soon as possible...

I had cancelled ticket on irctc's website and i was supposed to get rs.600 refund. The refund was processed on 07/01/2018 with transaction id zp[protected]b11 by zkpy, and i was told that it would take about a week for the amount to get reflected in my bank account. However, it has been more than 3 weeks, and i still haven't received the refund.

Dear sir, i cancel my railway ticket on last 28/01/2018, my transiction id is [protected]

My refund status in irctc is showing as 'refunded' but not yet received. When tried to contact irctc they said the money is credited to zaakpay and they haven't credited it to my account....
