I have booked rly. Ticket on 26.01.2018 through irctc. Portal i have paid through Mahabank debit card. Due to some reason my rly ticketc Not book on 26.01.2018. Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 29.01.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve...

not received on refund amount on account of irctc ticket cancellation

I have booked ticket from IRCTC in Tatkal Quota from Nagpur to Nasik on 20.01.2018 but due to non confirmation of ticket i have cancelled it. Even after lapse of 1 week i have not received refund amount in my bank account. You are requested to refund the amount at the earliest please.

about my refund

Sir/madam, i booked two tickets. Those two are waiting listed. So i cancel them. But still now i dont get my refund back. railway refund money

Paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 23rd January 2018. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 3020 rupees. The transaction id was [protected] . I want you to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible....

irctc failed transaction refund

I did an irctc transaction on 24.01.2018 and the transaction id: '[protected]', but it got failed and amount debited from my account. When i see the refund status in my irctc account it is showing as "refunded to zkpy" account and the same amount rs.770 not credited/refunded to my account. Please mail [protected]@veerendra. refund not made for failed transaction

not received the refund amount

I have booked a ticket on 18/01/2018 which got failed. But I have not received the refund amount.
In record it is showing amount refunded on 23/01/2018 but i don't have any record in mine Bank statement.
It is done my the internet Banking option.

I have cancelled a ticket from the irctc on 21st dec 2017. But till now i would not get any single amount into my bank account. But my irctc account says that the amount has been refunded.

irctc refund amount not received on 07/01/2018

I had cancelled ticket on irctc's website and i was supposed to get rs.600 refund. The refund was processed on 07/01/2018 with transaction id zp[protected]b11 by zkpy, and i was told that it would take about a week for the amount to get reflected in my bank account. However, it has been more than 3 weeks, and i still haven't received the refund.

cancel ticket not refund to my account
