Irctc portal says payment is refunded on 29.01.2018 through zkpy. But cash not receved in my bank a/ c. Please resolve this as soon as possible

I have booked tatkal train ticket on dt. 27/01/2018, PNR no-[protected] Amt-410, not confirmed and hence as per IRCTC portal shows amount is refunded on Zeekpay but till date not received in my bank account

      I have booked ticket from IRCTC in Tatkal Quota from Nagpur to Nasik on 20.01.2018 but due to non confirmation of ticket i have cancelled it. Even after lapse of 1 week i have not received refund amount in my bank account. You are requested to refund the amount at the earliest please.

          Sir/madam, i booked two tickets. Those two are waiting listed. So i cancel them. But still now i dont get my refund back. My transation id was [protected] and its refund id is [protected] dated 27.1.2018 amount rs 1125. The another transation id was [protected] and its refund id is [protected] dated 21.1.2018 amount 1190.
          Please solve my problem..

            Paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 23rd January 2018. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 3020 rupees. The transaction id was [protected] . I want you to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

              I did an irctc transaction on 24.01.2018 and the transaction id: '[protected]', but it got failed and amount debited from my account. When i see the refund status in my irctc account it is showing as "refunded to zkpy" account and the same amount rs.770 not credited/refunded to my account. Please mail [protected]@veerendra. [protected]@gmail.com for more details.

                I have booked tickets on irctc
                Amounting to rs 2730
                On 16th of january
                And i have cencelled it on 23rd
                Till now i have not received my refund amount

                Same day cencelled transaction from other payments company has been credited to my account but yours not

                  This is with reference to booking made on 25/1/18 from chennai to bangalore in brindavan express twice and both the transaction failed and reference no is.[protected] and [protected] both for rs.320/- each and as per railways it was already refunded back to zaakpay.

                  Please give the credit back to my bank account immediately.

                      I had make a payment to irctc through zaakpay gateway, but after cancellation the ticket i have not received the amount in my bank account whereas irctc web showing status refunded on to zaakpay. And it is going to days but not any amount credit in bank account from where i have make payment for the ticket.please kindly solve my problem

                          Its almost been a month but i havent received the refund yet.
                          I have contacted irctc they said they have refunded it.
                          Have checked my bank account its not yet credited.

                          I had cancelled a ticket on IRCTC for which RS 1200 were refunded to zkpy bank on 19 Jan 2018, but till now the amount has not been credited to my bank account from your end. Please look in to the matter and issue refund asap.

                                I had cancelled ticket on irctc's website and i was supposed to get rs.600 refund. The refund was processed on 07/01/2018 with transaction id zp[protected]b11 by zkpy, and i was told that it would take about a week for the amount to get reflected in my bank account. However, it has been more than 3 weeks, and i still haven't received the refund.

                                      Hello sir i am vinod nakrani and i have booked a ticket on 20th jan 2018 from sbc to spt via karur vysya bank debit card and i have cancelled it on 21st january 2018.
                                      My refund status in irctc is showing as 'refunded' but not yet received. When tried to contact irctc they said the money is credited to zaakpay and they haven't credited it to my account.
