I have deposited amount of ₹80000 but it is not reflected on my Zebpay account. Amount has been deducted from my bank account. It’s has been 4 days already. Please help.

    Amount of 35000 transferred to zebpay amount is not showing and it's been a couple of hours. Kindly resolve it. Asap.

        I have made a deposit of amount 26 thousand rupees on 10th of april, they say amount not received, banks both mine and theirs say amount credited to their account on 10th April itself. No response to support tickets, they wont send me their bank statement to confirm with bank too.

            I had deposited Rs. 12000 in my zebpay account on 13-Apr - but the amount is still not credited in my Zebpay wallet.

            Against this I raised a ticker the same day - https://help.zebpay.com/helpdesk/tickets/384059

            I did not get any response on the ticket - hence sent a mail to [protected]@zebpay.com but did not get any response on that too.

            Its been 7 days now - I have not got a single response from Zebpay - I want my money to be credited back to my account - and do not want to use Zebpay anymore. Please take care of this complaint at the earliest - and provide me with a contact number where I can reach out to someone from Zebpay who can help me with this.

            I have been patient and have sent multiple reminders now. I hope to hear from you soon.

                For last 3 days i am trying to withdraw amount from zebpay wallet, it's asking for pin. After entering valid pin getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. Then after resetting pin after 24hrs, if we try to withdraw, again getting notification that account is blocked and asking for pin reset. This is happening for last 3 days with everyday ending up resetting the password. Created many tickets still no response from them.I am really fed up with zebpay.Please help me solve this issue.My registered mobile number is [protected] in zebpay and my name in Zebpay is Nabeel S

                                I have raised a Ticket# - 393952 and its pending since long. At least Zebpay has to reply. If there are any issue they should inform.

                                I have already attached all the evidence with the ticket and looking for quick response. Deposited 10, 000 on 16th April in their ICICI account with IMPS reference# IMPS[protected]Awlencan innovations india limited-ICIC-xxxxxxxxxxxxx2623-deposit. which is not added to my Zebpay wallet.
