        On 14/04/2021 i made a withdrawl transaction of 17500rs Of order id W2704264 and 800rs of order id W2704365 but till now it is not credited in my bank account no [protected] obc (pnb) already two days completed but there is no resolution of my complain . I am attaching all the proof please resolve it as soon as possible or reply me

                          Transaction NOT REFLECTED in Zebpay account

                          I made a tansaaction at 12:53 AM on 14/4/2021 of Rs. 10, 000 via my zebpay registered bank account through PAYTM.

                          But the amount is NOT REFLECTING in my zebpay wallet even though it has been debited from my bank account.

                          Raised a ticket regarding the same # 381543. NO RESPONSE from the team zebpay yet. Please resolve the issue ASAP. [ either refund the amount in my registered bank account or zebpay account ]br...

                          I had added 10000 inr from my zebpay unregistered bank account, it has been 24 hours but money is not reflecting in zebpay wallet. My ticket number is 385000. My email regsitered with them is [protected]@gmail.com
                          Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          There is no response from Zebpay support team. Can you help?

                                Hi Team,

                                I have done an IMPS transfer of 25000 INR from my icici bank to the registered account of Zebpay. My amount and transaction show success and money got deducted from the account but still the amount not showing in my wallet.

                                I have raised multiple tickets with customer service however no one is responding yet. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible otherwise I will go with legal action.

                                My mobile number associated with the account is [protected]. Please call me for all the details related to IMPS and I will share with you whatever is required.

                                I created support tickets and emailed them multiple times. At the same time raised a charge back request from my back to another bank. It put pressure overall and then they solved it after 10 days
