His is inform you that you have block my account before 3 month as per your suggestion i have continue mailing but still you have not proper responding, still i have lots of trouble of you, why are you trouble me . i have all the query resolved which you have told me, but still i have face same problem i request lots you time please enable my account.thats is too worry for zebpay servicing.please resolved my account..

Yesterday 17/05/2021 I was want to add money 10000/- rs in my Zepay account and today 18/05/2021 5000/- rs want to add money in zepay account but both transactions failed and amount debit from my account and not show in my zepay account and not credit in my account.

I started trying to deposite money to my zebpay wallet 10 hours earlier. First, a window pops out saying dont use UPI money transfer because it may be declined and can take up to 14 days to repay the funds, as soon as you click on deposite. Second, it says use RTGS, IMPS or NEFT money transfers from your bank, but as soon as I hit the got it button it instantly brings me back to the first step.

This is regarding complaint against www.zebpay.com as two of my friends who lived in USA sent me bitcoin 0.00423183 dated 19-December, 2020 and bitcoin 0.1075041 on 18-December 2020 and they put a fake entry in my wallet from backend that shows that I have transferred to fund to another person as shown in the screen shot as KHAN
I have sent several request to them to transfer the amount which my old wallet received on 19-December and 18-December they said why you choose old wallet which is not exists.
They sent me replies and every-time they said this wallet does not belong to zebpay and I was sent various screen shots of confirming that wallet belongs to you.
Now, they are not replying me.

The old wallet (33syDmXbgkuGSvhM677Ezweuh2JBqutQbg) that shows receipt of 0.00423183 dated 19-December, 2020 and bitcoin 0.1075041 but not shown in zebpay wallet (I have checked these entries in blockchain.com)

I want my money back as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that i have made a transfer from my blockchain to my zebpay wallet for approx 0.1 btc. Itse been more than 1 day. That i hvnt recieved it. Even after generating support tockets flr a couple of times. Still i m not getting any revert. It is not only today even my last 5 transaction took more than 15 hrs . So i request you as i am a regular uEr of zebpay please rectify this problem and make my transaction visible asap.

I transferred a amount or rs.20000 from bank account to zebpay on yesterday 5.22pm, but still now money has not been credited to zebpay account.Regarding this issue I raised a ticket but still now there is no reply from them. Twitter is full of these complaints so many users are facing this issue. Deeply regretted to choose zebpay account. It is a hard earned money and my entire saving. Please do the needful.

3 Days ago i have sent BNB coin from binance to zebway wallet. But still not received. I have raised 4 tickets against it but not a single response has been given to me. Ticket no. 418751.. Pls guys give response. I have also mailed you guys. Still no response.

I am writing to you 4 th time. My issue is not resolved. My 1100 inr have been with zebpay for almost a month now. No news. No reply. Nothing.. help me.. I am fed-up with their support.
