Money is debited from my bank account but is not reflecting in the app. Tried reaching out to the costumer service agents but they could not solve my issue.

    I have preclosed my loan amount of Rs. 21497 on 02/12/22.
    My first EMI payment was done on 17/05/2022 of amount 16900.88.
    The second EMI was done on 02/12/2022 of amount Rs. 8112.79.
    During the payment of second EMI the money got debited from my bank account but it did not reflect in the dashboard in the app. I tried to reach out to costumer service but in vain they have no idea how to solve the issue. I have been sending email after email with my bank statement attached but no solution has been offered so far. One of the costumer agent after checking my bank statement assured me the indeed money was debited from my account and its fault from their side that they did not update my account. He said it will be updated within 48 hours. But it never did.

        I have done a transaction with 0% interest pay EMI for an amount of 40, 999/- and this transaction is eligible for Rs.5000 Cashback as mentioned in zest money. Added screenshot as well. I have done all the EMIs within time but still I didn’t get promotional cashback.

        So I contacted customer care and every time customer care confirmed that I will receive cashback within 2 days. It happened like for around 10 customer care representatives in a span of 2 months. Finally after 2 months of struggle decided to file a complaint to get my cashback.

          I placed an order on Myntra through ZestMoney EMI on November 28, 2022 for amount Rs. 2172.0. The payment process failed multiple times at ZestMoney processing page and I received an error in the app. Only option was to retry the payment, so I retried the payment and finally the payment got approved. But now two loans of the same order are active in my ZestMoney account. The two active loan IDs are: [protected]E and A972601B4470. Myntra has only recieved a single order and they have made sure that there was no 2nd order placed.

          Kindly respond as it is unfair to pay twice for single purchase due to ZestMoney's faulty processing page.

            My registered mobile number is [protected]. I applied for personal loan on 5th Dec 2022 same was approved on that day only. They said loan will be credited within 3 working days . Today on 9th dec 2022 it's been 7 days but no single rupee is credited to my bank account. The app is showing emi due on 5th Jan with interest at 36% p.a. they are just repeating that we forwarded your query but no one is giving proper solution. Please help me I am in big trouble so i applied for this loan at 36% but I am not getting my funds. How I am suppose to pay interest without using their funds. Please help me . My registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                Poor service and worst experience in my life with zest money, double debit happened on 05.11.2022 till now i didnt got my refund and i made so many calls and mails since no one turnsup to resolve my issue.

                  I applied for personal loan in zest money for 18000 on 30nov 2022. I got the loan approved and email that the amount will be credited within 4working days. I got the emi details also but still the money was not credited. I called customer care many times they are telling everytime that i will get my money soon. Giving wrong commitments to me. They broke my trust on zest money. Please do some favour to get my money soon.

                        I have applied for personal loan with Zest Money on 30th Nov 2022 and it said the loan has been approved and for amount disbursal it will take 3 days. My Loan ID is 0BC1B19245FB when I checked with customer care they are mentioning as if it will today or tomorrow but the amount has not been disbursed! Help me resolve this problem!

                          I applied for loan on 30th nov for Rs 72000 it got approved but even after waiting for 3 days as communicated by zest amount was not credited.Every time I call customer care they inform that it will be credited by this time and everytime it gets failed .By doing so 3 days past and now yet amount is not credited.
                          Please look into this matter urgently and disburse asap.

                            I used to buy phone from Zest money credit card I was supposed to get cash back after paying 3 EMI but it's been 2 months now after paying 3 EMI still no cash back I have tried many times mailed We have also called but no resolution has been received

                              Zestmoney is continuously calling my sister, me and my relatives. They are informing my relatives that i took a loan. Zestmoney should kept this confidential. Their agent are pressurising me to pay right now and torturing me in abusive language. They are threating me to send recovery agent to my home to make my image down in society and to do drama and "gaali-galoch" .
                              I already requested zestmoney to provide me some time to repay or if it is not possible then make my EMI short. But they clearly refused.
                              ...Please Ban zestmoney 3rd class recovery technique.

                                I was booking flight tickets on 21st August 2022 which were for 15452/- out of which 12287 was through zest money loan and balance 3165 was from my bank account there was some technical error on the merchants site because of which transaction couldn't be completed but loan got raised and balance payment got deducted from My account, so have been continuously following up with the company for closure of loan and refund of my downpayment, as the transaction was not successful, after constant follow up the loan got closed but it's more than 4 months but still company is not returning my money, they have also got all money refunded from merchant still they are not returning me my money and they are saying that we will not return your downpayment as the loan got closed.but if there was no transaction how can this people do this please help me to get my refund back this zest money is a fraud company

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I would like to inform you that till last month I have a credit limit of 42000 Rs, and last month it was frozen now the credit limit is 0 really don't understand what's going on without any reason the credit limit has frozen, and now it's 0. Always I paid my EMI on time expect 1 or 2 times.

                                  I had made 270000 Lakhs rupees transaction during 4 years without any arrears, so this the service which you providing loyal customers. Kindly do thee needful to retrieve my credit balance.

                                        I applied for a personal loan on 26 Nov 2022. As per their policies the amount should get credited in the applicants account within 03 working days. As of today i.e. 30.12.2022 (11:30 Pm) the time limit has past and I'm not sure if I'm ever going to get this amount credited any sooner. The loan is in my purchase section with EMIs. Help me in this regard.
