I have applied for personal loan in zest money. they said amount will get credited in 3 business days. 10 business days over, in purchases I see the loan was disbursed but amount not credited and I see the emi schedule with due date coming soon. I want to cancel my loan, even the customer care is not doing that. Cusotmer care is forcing me to enable autopay. I have read several fraud complaints against ZestMoney debiting the loan amount even the emi has over as the autopay setup is enabled. So, I really wanted to cancel this loan.
