Affecting my cibil score after making payments and settled last year and showing twice in cibil report with 2 different loan providers with same loan account number and 1 shows closed and another pending and due. Where as cleared last year 07/08/2021 with id DELCAPIPL [protected], EVEN same id with Ghalla to. Worst service now. Regretting.

    There is sopmething wrong with aadhar card verification on the zestmoney website and on the app i tried over 15 times and the verification just fails everytime

      The total team is full of fake, mislead partner.Mr.Milan(senior of escalation team) is full aware how to make fool a customer..repeatedly he fooled me.Mr. Anup (senior of escalation team) he is a liar. Everyday he Told same thing to wait and watch.24 days over total team of zest money looted my fund and told me to wait to the name of merchant settlement pending.when I told the same thing in written they were vanished.inhuman culprits and fraud team is equal to zest money.
      The CEO maybe deaf and duff.Maybe he is also include with the fraud.
      Such a idiotic and chit fund named Zestmoney looting people.They stuck my 25000 rs still 25 days.

          Earlier I booked two air tickets on goibibo via Zest money app.Losn ids-E040M7661600, FA38FZ61F955.I cleared all the Emis on due date.Later I cancelled those tickets on Goibibo.They already took my refund money from Goibibo and looted my money.21days over Zest money still now refund my money.I called them 100 times but they misguide me for name of merchant settlement.Their customer care service always mislead me.Now I think to go to Consumer Forum and filed a petition for this harassment. Secondly the customer support senior team nothing to say except sorry, highlight, wait for some time etc.they act like professional cheater.they done their cheating task very carefully.The founder and CEO should be in custody.

                I am eligible for ₹4000 marketing cash back for purchasing iphone13 on august 30 2022. I already paid 3 emi s still I didn’t receive the marketing cashback as promised by them. I raised complaint in zestmoney support on Nov 10 but they are not responding well. Its Nov 20 today even after many mails they are nit giving my cash back as promised and no replies from them.
                ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                Switch off the auto debit feature 1st
                Then call and tell them you are not going to pay next emi.
                Even then if they don't credit your cashback after 5th of month, just don't pay
                They'll put your cash back after few days and will ask u to pay the Emi.😅
                Take screenshot/record calls for future (if needed).
                Did the same thing except 1st step resulted in 1000 rupees ECS return charges. I haven't paid them till today but I got back my cashback, still waiting for 1000 rupees loss to be repaid to me.

                    My mobile phones touch screen is broken, due to some accidental touch the personal Loan got applied. I already have EMI to pay on zest money. I cannot afford to pay the personal loan EMI. I kindly request you to cancel my persoanal loan application as it got applied due to accidental screen touch of my phone.

                      I have 2 emi with zestmoney and due to family emergency last month i was unable to pay it until last month i have always paid the emi on time since I am salaried person i requested zestmoney folks to allow sometime for me have this settled like once the salary will get credited i would pay the whole outstanding due.

                      However zestmoney folks started harrassing me by calling 100 times in a day and today I got a message saying they will send collection agents to my address as per RBI guidelines sending collection agents to place and harrassing customers is not a correct forum and i have elderly parents are my place so I don't want this this to happen as even this will go in neighbourhood too they are literally threatening and mentally harrassing me due to which i would end up taking some actions as it's wasn't the part of the deal if its going to work this way

                        Hi

                        I have accounts with zest money and i have always paid emi on time until last month
                        Due to some family emergency i was unable to pay the emi hence I requested and narrated the story to zest money folks i even promised them that i would take care of the arrears as soon as my salary gets credited as I am salaried person
                        However zestmoney folks are calling me and harrassing me like anything now they are even threatening me of sending collection agents to my address sending agents to the home address does not fall into RBI guidelines mechanism and there are senior citizens too at my place I don't want any such incidents to occur

                          I had taken a loan from ZestMoney which has been closed which has been more than a year and a couple of months for the rest. Instead of providing it within a 30 days period of the closure, they are asking to wait for 30 additional days wherein the other bank is obligating for the home loan as they have not updated in my CIBIL. They asked to initiate a chat and the chat rep asked to call as she can't help. I did receive the same response from the call rep saying can't provide it right now. Why the hell we should suffer if the lender does not update the information on CIBIL and why they are not being penalized for such unacceptable things? If I won't get the letter today, the builder would have it sold to someone else which I can not accept.

                              I've booked a flight ticket from Goibibo using zest which was canceled and the refund was credited back to my Zest money account by Goibibo (copies of the Tax Invoice for Booking and Cancelation is attached herewith) for which I've paid the original EMI of Rs.5044/- on 25th August 2022 (a screenshot of the SMS confirming the same by zest is attached).
                              I've not received my refund of Rs.4794/- in my bank account yet although the refund was processed on 28th September(screenshot attached herewith). In your zest money app it is showing 'settled to the bank account on 28th September' (a photo of the same is attached).
                              I've already talked with their chat person and also called Zest money customer care more than six times since then. Further, the app is not showing any Loan ID, upon inquiring with your chat representative they gave me the following BOLT Loan ID - 3312380CD363.

                                I have applied for personal loan in zest money. they said amount will get credited in 3 business days. 10 business days over, in purchases I see the loan was disbursed but amount not credited and I see the emi schedule with due date coming soon. I want to cancel my loan, even the customer care is not doing that. Cusotmer care is forcing me to enable autopay. I have read several fraud complaints against ZestMoney debiting the loan amount even the emi has over as the autopay setup is enabled. So, I really wanted to cancel this loan.

                                  I have been trying to get a response on my NOC for a couple of days now.
                                  A loan request with ID S6EBHE61YBE6 has been closed on Sept 26th 2022.
                                  I require a NOC for the closure, while I understand the process of 30 working days, the time has passed and I am not getting any response from their side. A response would have been better because i really need that NOC

                                    I booked a flight ticket using Zest money and then cancelled the same on 15 OCT 22. The message that i received was -

                                    14, 202 will be processed in TripMoney(Zest Money), refund with RRN number YZEM[protected] has been processed to your account.
                                    It takes 1-2 working days for refunds to reflect in TripMoney(Zest Money) account.

                                    However, ZEST Money have not given the refund to the bank and bank is behind me to pay the EMIs when i have already cancelled the ticket. This is really horrible and we should boycott Zest Money .

                                      I have took a loan of nearly 70000rs from money to shop in Flipkart on 29th September and when i was creating the account it was mandatory to activate auto-pay and they clearly mentioned my due date is 5th os November... I am a student not a salaried so I've paid my loans 1st emi on 5th November as it was mentioned i.e, 28320rs and my balance was 7679rs... Due to zest money reckless they activated auto-pay in my account even after paying my bills in time and due to low balance my bank has charged me 2315rs as ecs charge... When i contacted my bank they stated that zest money activated auto-pay and in order to that we proceeded and when we were trying to debit the 28320rs from your account due to low balance i.e, 7679rs we had to charge you 2315rs they mentioned... It was their duty i don't have any complains on my bank... Then I've contacted zest money helpline... They are blaming me now... They are saying like if the due date is 5th of the month then you've to pay on 4th evening ... Creating new terms and policies based on the situation... They didn't warned me or intimated me this before ... 5th of the month doesn't mean 4th evening... They are not sticking to their terms and when i again asked them ... They are more saying that I've activated auto-pay so the back charged me... It's so unfair that I'm suffering due to they reckless... They have to check and update it on time to time... I am a student it's so unfair like even after paying on time they tried to deduct the money for the 2nd time... I've attached the screenshots for reference... I hope as the mistake is committed by zest money they had to pay me...

                                        To whom so ever it may concern,

                                        Incident Date: 9 Nov 2022
                                        Amount Disbursed: 1, 42, 000 INR
                                        Loan ID: 55C6387FDC87
                                        Issue: Loan Disbursal even after saying no to that.

                                        I, Tanu Sharma am a regular user of Zest Money. A Few days back I saw instead of a gift card it's showing a personal loan application I can apply for, as I logged in to my Zest Money Account through the ios App. So the procedure was to check eligibility as follows:
                                        Enter your salary info and pan card number and then it will show the estimated eligible amount.

                                        After 4 days i.e. on 5th Nov 2022, I got an email for a 3-month statement from ZestMoney through [protected]@zestmoney.in, just to check the eligibility I emailed my 3-month statement.

                                        Then I got a call from[protected], around 11:56 AM on November 9, 2022, stating he was calling from the ZestMoney. He mentioned going ahead with the loan application, I was asked to share the canceled cheque or passbook's front page. On the same call, I declined to go ahead with the Loan with a clear NO. He agreed and mentioned If the loan is not required at the moment he can connect with me back on the same number, and he hung up the call. Call Duration: 1 minute.

                                        But, The same day Exactly at 7:40 PM on 9 Nov 2022, I got a message from the bank that 1, 42, 000 rupees has been credited to my account.

                                        I was shocked when I saw that amount and message the very next day on 10 Nov 2022, at the same moment I called on the same number above mentioned at 7:00 PM, but I couldn't connect. I dropped an email to [protected]@zestmoney.in from tanu.[protected]@gmail.com stating the case (Screenshot attached - email 1.png)

                                        I got multiple emails till 12 Nov 2022 that issue has been forwarded to the concerned team but no one connected.

                                        Finally, I decided to call on support i.e.[protected] on 11 Nov 2022 at 3:25 PM, Call duration: was 5 minutes and stated my complete concern she mentioned that she will transfer the call to the senior but never happened.

                                        Today i.e. 15 Nov 2022 I called multiple times finally when I was fade up with no solution I decided to close this loan by paying back the complete 1, 42000. even though I was ready to pay an INR 5, 680 processing fee, for which I was not liable even because no one took my consent before it, just because I got frustrated with no solution.

                                        But while I was transferring the amount It was showing an error I couldn't transfer more than 1 lac rupees in a single transaction.

                                        I did a payment of INR 85, 420 on 15 Nov 2022 at 3:38 PM through the ZestMoney app via UPI. Now remaining amount got increased because the system calculated the interest on it. Already I was born 5680 INR, the so-called processing fee ( which I don't want to pay at all, I want to be waved off first). Now I have to bear more interest in it, after splitting the amount for 6-6 months, amazing!!!

                                        I called back to support once again, and he mentioned you couldn't do the payment in one go because you have a saving account that has a limit of 1 lac rupees transfer in one transaction. now, whatever the 6-month amount is pending you have to bear the interest also on it.

                                        Wowwww!!! what a classy service.

                                        See, Take your money back, I am ready to transfer the remaining amount ( i.e. half of the principal amount, excluding processing, interest, etc.) Close the account Right now. I can't pay the processing fee, interest, or whatever single rupee over to it, because before the final disbursal, even after saying no to my loan application, I am not liable to pay a single penny extra.

                                        Take this on utmost priority. Thanks.

                                        Total Principal Amount: 1, 42, 000 INR
                                        Amount Paid back: 85, 420 INR
                                        The remaining amount at my end is 56, 580 INR ( which I can pay as I get assurance of closing the account ASAP ).
                                        ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
