I am eligible for 5000 marketing cashback, after 3rd emi also cashback not given, raised complaint on 11 august, still they are saying to wait, don't they have any tim limit to solve it, always saying to wait. Always saying that within 24 to 48 hours it will be credited, but in reality they are saying lie

    I bought a flight on July and cancelled it on september meanwhile I paid two emi for zest money, after cancellation i received refund amount of 26265, my remaining emi was only about 14000, but zest money got the total money of 26265 and marked my loan as i paid off but didn't send me the remaining amount of about 12500, I wrote a mail to them they asked Different proofs to confirm this but it has been 1 month still didn't receive my refund, now when I call and ask they cut the call in middle, for the mail after getting proofs no replies from them regarding refund

        I have paid one EMI against the Loan. The difference amount against the Loan has not yet credited back to me since last month.

        After continuous follow up with customer care, they are not reverting me with proper response.
        I have shared all relevant documents to Zest Money, till date I have not received any response from them and I am now struggling to get back for my hard money.

              I paid using zestmoney for my order on Myntra a total amount of ₹6194 on 21 September 2022 to which the order was declined by Myntra but the loan is activated and even after so many complaint there’s been no Postive response keep on asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours since many days and keep on asking me to get a conformation from Myntra even after telling that the order wasn’t placed so Myntra cannot provide a confirmation and the money will reverse back to their account so why can’t zest money give me the confirmation.

              Since last month I have been calling u guys so irresponsible zest money team I am not gonna pay for what I haven’t use will keep my account empty for whole year so take how much u can you guys are fraud trying to cheat people
              Cheapest people even after so many complaints no response even ur associates can’t help hanging up the call so cheap behavior and now trying to scams trick out money form me which I haven’t used at all how cheap zest money is

                  I purchased a MacBook Air at Apple Store, Chennai for Rs. 99, 110.

                  12 months EMI payment was made using Zest. The first installment payment of Rs. 8973.59 was made using the HDFC Net banking through Zest Mobile App on 07-Oct. Screenshot of the Netbanking payment was sent already.

                  But the payment status is not updated on Zest App and keep on sending EMI reminders and late payment charges. Now it shows EMI Rs.9223.59 is overdue. The screenshot of the message is already sent.

                  Upon sending multiple reminders, The Support Team doesn't even care to fix the issue. Rather sending automated message "Your request (989791) has been updated". But the payment is not updated yet.

                  Extremely unhappy with the Zest App payment process and the Support Team. In the future i would refrain using Zest App for valuable purchases.

                    I mailed them chat with them.

                    Even they don't know about offer and asking me for proof.worst service.

                        I have a approved loan of 5700/- and requested amazone vouchers I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly".                                     Dear Team,
                                    Greetings of Peace..!!!
                                    I have taken loan from zest money since I wanna study with Upgrad and was unable to pay full amount.
                                    I'm maintaining sufficient balance for Auto debit of my EMI. But the same is not working at all. My EMI due date is 5th of every month.
                                    I can not pay bounce charges again and again kindly look into this ASAP and resolve it.
                                    There is sufficient balance in my account as well. I don't want to be a late payer and don't want to be charged with late fee as it's zestmoney's fault...
                                    Kindly do the needful on TOP MOST PRIORITY.

                                      They promised it would be interest free EMI repayment, the interest collected would be refunded. They dint inform about delay charges at the time i availed the loan in december. after which, the delay charges were levied and collected. But along with that the interest also was charged, which I was not informed about. to add on, their executives are very unprofessional and talk like hooligans with no respect to customers.
                                      they dont update themselves about calls being made on a day, and everyday a minimum of 10 people call up and harass the customer.
                                      ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        An amount of Rs.285 has been debited from my account 4 times on 7th October 2022 in the name of fail autodebit mandate by CAMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES even after paying my dues. May I know why the amount has been taken from my account and please refund it ASAP.if not, i swear I'll drag u to the consumer affairs.Enough is enough.You have long looted your customers.
