I booked tickets through Goibibo for Delhi to Pune and Goibibo gave me the option to make payment throught Zest money and so I did. Later, my flight got cancelled through airline's side and and airline refunded the money to Goibibo and and goibibo refunded the money to Zest money on 11 October 2022.
I connected Zest money to release the amount to my account they gave me a time period of 7 days but I did not receive the money. After 7 days I called them and they informed that I need to send them a mail through Goibibo and I did that also and still my money was not released. I again called them they said I need to update auto pay made, I did, and then also my money was not refunded.
I have been calling them on daily basis they have just been giving me false time lines and they have no reason as to why they are not refunding the money. I can name people like Urvashi, Satyendra, and Sanjay who have given me false timelines and they said they will call me back but nobody did. If this is not fraud then what is.
They have stopped giving me timelines and they say that they don't know as to when will I receive my money back. I am no more receiving reply on e-mails now.
Attaching the response from Goibibo where they confirmed that they have refunded the money to zestmoney and initial replies on mails from Riya Singh, Swapnin Chandra etc., who have stopped replying now,
ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Then call and tell them you are not going to pay next emi.
Even then if they don't credit your cashback after 5th of month, just don't pay
They'll put your cash back after few days and will ask u to pay the Emi.😅
Take screenshot/record calls for future (if needed).
Did the same thing except 1st step resulted in 1000 rupees ECS return charges. I haven't paid them till today but I got back my cashback, still waiting for 1000 rupees loss to be repaid to me.
