Both are promotional offers and after completing 03EMIs and more I didn't received Rs 3500 for both loans.

I reached to customer care and seniors multiple times from last 03months however they didn't provide better resolutions.

They only suggest to wait and creating new request IDs on every call but amount is never credited to my bank.

I also sent email to Mr. Sudharshan Krishnamurthy Email ID: [protected]@zestmoney.[protected]@zestmoney.in however now I have to reach RBI for this NBFCs

ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Switch off the auto debit feature 1st
Then call and tell them you are not going to pay next emi.
Even then if they don't credit your cashback after 5th of month, just don't pay
They'll put your cash back after few days and will ask u to pay the Emi.😅
Take screenshot/record calls for future (if needed).
Did the same thing except 1st step resulted in 1000 rupees ECS return charges. I haven't paid them till today but I got back my cashback, still waiting for 1000 rupees loss to be repaid to me.

    I purchase mobile from mi.com and loan of 15999 is given to me by zest money on 25/7/2022 and i pay 2 installment on time and interest cashback is credited to my account on very next day of payment.
    But on 3rd installment payment, there is no interest cashback received till now. payment for this installment is done on 2/11/2022. and also customer care executive told me in the beginning that offer cashback is credit after 3rd emi but offer cashback is also not credited to my account till now. customer care always say it will credit in 7 days.
    this is not fair policy of zest money.
    ZEST MONEY IS FRAUD ONE.

      Hi this is Hariharan Raja i paied for redmi pad through zest no cost emi in mi.com and in the app it says "it was a no cost emi so intrest will be credited as cashback" but i haven't received my cashback yet it's been 14 days since I paid emi

        Hello,

        A loan account from zestmoney has been wrongly reported to CIBIL and is not being rectified instead of repeated followups. I applied for a loan from zestmoney for 10, 000 but never took as i cancelled it immediately . Even then there is an overdue of 149 marked on my cibil report.

        I have also raised a dispute on Transunion CIBIL.

        I have contacted the customer care numerous times via email regarding this same issue but it hasn't been resolved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and get it resolved as soon as possible. I will take legal help and send a notice to the company if my CIBIL report is not rectified within the next 10 days.

          I am calling them from June 15 2022 for my cashback but every time they are saying it will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days within 10 working days. But am not getting my cashback. Their senior executive (name- anoop) told me on August 6 that you need to renew your auto-pay so I done that. After that he told me that i will get my money within 2-3 working days but didn't get any single penny. And the cashback amount is approx 4.5k. 1k intrest cashback and 3.5k marketing cashback. Anoop confirmed me on call that i am eligible for additional cashback 10% upto 3.5k. and when I applied for the loan (on 9march 2022) their excutive confirmed me that if i apply for that i will surely get 10% upto 3.5k marketing cashback. After payment of my 3rd EMI i will get my marketing cashback. And now the loan was closed and am not getting intrest cashback or marketing cashback too. After successfully applied for loan i confirmed again from their excutive on call they are saying sure sir you will get your marketing cashback after your 3rd EMI payment. And now if am calling on zest money's customer care number their excutive telling me that am not eligible for marketing cashback. Is that a joke?? If you want then I can send you every single call recording of your agents and mails too.

          The issue is not resolved yet and they are saying it's resolved how?? What the hell is this how you can marked it as resolved?? You are telling me about my August cashback what about June and July cashback and marketing cashback?? Are you insane?? And your EMI collection department calling me like hell. If you are not giving me my payment then why you asking for your payment??

            Hi Zest team, There is no provision on Zest money app to download noc after loan closure. I have paid successfully three series of EMIs. These are my loan
            IDs E260A8426F7A, IFCPEEC7D71D and 624BI42I222F. Please do the needful. I have been trying to contact the customer care. But no use. Please issue noc for the above loan IDs.

              I booked tickets through Goibibo for Delhi to Pune and Goibibo gave me the option to make payment throught Zest money and so I did. Later, my flight got cancelled through airline's side and and airline refunded the money to Goibibo and and goibibo refunded the money to Zest money on 11 October 2022.

              I connected Zest money to release the amount to my account they gave me a time period of 7 days but I did not receive the money. After 7 days I called them and they informed that I need to send them a mail through Goibibo and I did that also and still my money was not released. I again called them they said I need to update auto pay made, I did, and then also my money was not refunded.

              I have been calling them on daily basis they have just been giving me false time lines and they have no reason as to why they are not refunding the money. I can name people like Urvashi, Satyendra, and Sanjay who have given me false timelines and they said they will call me back but nobody did. If this is not fraud then what is.

              They have stopped giving me timelines and they say that they don't know as to when will I receive my money back. I am no more receiving reply on e-mails now.

              Attaching the response from Goibibo where they confirmed that they have refunded the money to zestmoney and initial replies on mails from Riya Singh, Swapnin Chandra etc., who have stopped replying now,

                I took Bolt loan to buy an ecommerse product & paid it on time. There was some issues with the product so I returned it & the company refunded my money to zest money on 17th September 2022. The company sent me the proof of refund & on my zest money app it says they have credited the money in my bank account which is a lie.I have called them, emailed them & they just keep on lying. They said it's pending from the merchant & contacted them & got a proof that they did complete the transaction. I showed my bank account details to them but it's been over a month I haven't recived my money & there is no communication whatsoever.
                It seem's like a case of fraud from Zest money because they are lying about transfer of my money.

                  I have booked my flights and made payments from zestmoney. As the flights got cancelled the airlines refunded the complete payment back to zest money. Its been 25days I am daily calling and mailing zest money to transfer the amount to my bank account but till now they have not resolved this matter.
                  I am only getting responses like we are working on it and will do in 2-3 days but its nearly 1 month and nothing has moved.
                  Multiple tickets has been raised and there is no resolution.
                  ZestMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I have the same issue from ZestMoney, is it possible to loudge a fraud complaint against Zest Money ? They aren't techincally a bank but we can surely take up with RBI to check on this company

                    Im complaining about my registered zestmoney showing get credit limit 61320 But when i check my way in... Application under review for 10days went.its showing only takes 24 hours .please check this spoken to customer support daily basis they are telling wait for 24 hours limit will active multiple times send bank statement

                      I made a purchase of Rs 40489 from zestmoney, then the 10% cashback offer was on, the cashback was credited in 7 days, it has been 2 months and the cashback has not been credited yet, even after calling the customer care, they did not help.

                        I Booked A Ticket From Makemytrip Using Zestmoney Bolt On 29th Sept 2022 And I Paid The Zestmoney Right Away But One Of Train Ticket Was On Waiting So I Had To Cancel And Makemytrip Refunded My Money On The Same Day To Wallet And I Transferred It To Source Account Which Was Zestmoney And In App It Shows That Refund Recieved And Down To It Shows That Settles To Bank Account But They Never Refunded My Money Since 1.5 Month Almost. I Take Follow-Up Daily On Mail And In Call As Well. They Mail Me Same Copy-Paste Thing That They Don't Want To See Their Customer Unhappy And Working Their Best, Whatever I Write To Them They Just Copy-Paste The Same Thing Without Even Listening And Their Calling Centre Is Even Worse, They Admit They Received The Refund But Can't Help Because Refund Only Handles By Their Finance Team And They Always Say We Have Forwarded Your Issue And Refund Will Come In 2-3 Days, Same Talk Everytime. This Is My Money And I Have To Beg Every Day. HELP PLEASE

                          I have applied for a personal loan of Rs 50, 000 from zest money.I applied for this loan for an emergency financial requirement. I was promised the loan will be credited within 3 days. But even after a week I haven't received the money.I called the customer service several times and they all replied the same answer to wait for 24 hours.My loan number is F4C0F495D491

                            I took a loan on 03-Oct-2022 got the approval they sanction the amount of 33000 but not receive amount in account i also spoke several time to customer care and also mail but not got any resolution I want to bring this to your kind attention that the Zestmoney should refund my amount and cancel my loan. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to the same reason

                                    I've done a transaction of 1884 rupees through zestmoney on 28th September but later I cancelled that order. Merchant initiated the refund(on October 7th). But i didn't get that refund amount back in my bank account.

                                      My Repayment of Rs.2487 is debited successfully but it's not reflecting in ZestMoney app, it's been 9 days today and still not updated, the customer care executive is saying to wait 24-48 hours whenever i m calling them, i have provided proofs like Payment Screenshot and Bank Statement to them but i am not getting any proper resolution, that's why i am filing a complaint against ZestMoney.

                                        For the month of october, I have three refunds from zest money to my bank account. I used zest money to buy some stuffs from myntra but later I returned the product so the refund amount for those items are refunded to my Zest money account. Now the problem is that for all those three refunds, that status is shown as - "settled to bank account" but I have not received any refund in my linked bank account.
