Yesterday on 6th October I generated Amazon gift vouchers and I got a mail where it was written that please click here to see the voucher and code and when I cliked it took me to zestmoney website although I have the app installed in my phone but there was message below that download app. I cliked to see the voucher that instantly I see a message there that you voucher code and pin will be mailed shortly. Even waiting for long when I didn't get any other mail like that I again repeated the mail process and this time I accidently generated another voucher and again got another same mail. After that I realised it was a mistake. Then connected to customer care. after waiting for 15 minutes they connected to me and after asking my name, mail, phone and pan for 4 times they were like repeatedly saying me to wait for a while and after 20 minutes I lost my patience and accidently cancelled the chat. After that till now I am blank what should I do... I had another bad experience with Aditya Birla finance that after getting a NOC against my some loan from Birla finance I tried to reach them that what kind of loan it was and who took it? Bocz I didn't applied for any loan. Birla Finance didn't responded the mail till date. They are becoming scammers.

    Dear Team

    Having a Zestmoney account since last 4years it's going well. But this month you are deducted 750 rupees (250rupees in 3 each )
    beacause of Overdue charges.

    But auto debit payment is issued and still now not a single payment overdue still now..

    So on what basis you are applied 750 rupees on my account??? Need my money back. And it's also effected my cibil score as well. Please correct my cibil score as well.

    Need your answer by today EOD.. otherwise I will do complaint against you.

      Hi,
      On June I used zest money for a train booking by makemytrip the loan amount is 4016 rs for 3 months emi . I paid the 1st emi 1st July amount of 1397 and 2nd emi same emi on 1st August the same amount . My train got cancelled and i requested for the loan closure on 26 July . Through mail and call also but they not close it till 23 September and on September 5th zest money auto pay hit my bank account twice and it got bounced for which i got penalty of 530 and 590 for the loan which should be closed by end of July as promised by the company and still now they not refunded the full amount of emi I have paid and as will as the false bounced amount which is same as the emi amount. Can you help with the refund of the emi and false bounced amount?

            I have ordered VU tv on Amazon for Rs.19990 on Amazon through zestmoney on 10th September... amount have been debited from zestmoney account but order has cancelled on Amazon...Till then I have called both Zestmoney and Amazon customer care...the Amazon customer care said we have not received the amount from them...so please contact zestmoney... when I contacted the zestmoney support team... they said share the cancellation mail...I have shared and calling themsince 15 days but no response from their side

                I had bill due on 5th octoberfor 5024.i paid through gpay and money was debited from my bank account. got confirmation from gpay as well.but in zest it didn't reflect.chatted with an unprofessional and rude agent parth karan. Asked me to pay again or it will affect my credit score. I asked for a manager and he just left the chat. Left me hanging after loss of money and insulted me on chat. And now from tomorrow they will start harassing me amd my family.

                        I had done transaction on MI Store and paid my order by using zest money for which I had to get 5000Rs cashback after 3 successful emi payment and after payment of emi i didn't get any cashback for that transaction i had contact customer service but no proper resolution from their end, only giving false hope and telling to have patience from 2 months.

                            Loan taken from zest money on 01/10/2022 of amt RS 31000/- having loan noLXN-J[protected] financed through Aditya birla capital but it is not credited into my account yet.

                            Kindly check as it showing active in zest money app and also I had recieved welcome letter from Aditya birla capital.

                            So, Request you to please disburse or cancel the same on immediate basis.

                                        This is utterly shameful, I have addressed the issue with too many NACH presented for my account and you guys incurring extra charges on my account hence I have not made the payment of emi till the issue is resolved.

                                        You have sent someone to my house who is harassing my old parents, I will now take legal action and also involve Police as this is not done and I will not be scared by such actions, I am also involving RBI to take strict action against ZEST money, sending below the message I just got on my Whatsapp from their collection agent.

                                        It is a harassing experience and truly illegal. Zest Money. stop sending recovery agents to places like home for the collection. There are senior citizens residing and is a humiliation as well. Plus, RBI does not encourage recovery mechanisms like such. Kindly look into the matter and stop these agents from visiting now and then.

                                        [protected] Mr Dahiya visited my house and spoke to my father. I want action to be taken here and I will lodge an FIR Today.
