My name is Ashwini. I have two concerns with Zest Money, and after more than a month of follow-up, not a single inquiry has been handled. I wrote an email to the escalation team, but it appears that they are also asleep.

1) I need a NOC for the write-off entry to be removed from my CIBIL ( A/C No [protected]) - I have cleared the payment and it is above 45 days now.

2) Duplicate Entry to be removed ( Why did a duplicate entry was reported by ZEST money (A/C no DMI[protected]) - Who and why was it entered twice?

It's incredibly aggravating because I'm writing emails and get no responses, and the only answer I'm getting is to borrow time.

My loan has been delayed for so long because of your sluggish and careless individuals or is this a deliberate delay intended to annoy someone?

This is so frustrating that I have to follow up with Zest every day.

Until now, my CIBIL has not been updated, and I have received no response from Zest Money. I called customer service after losing patience, and i was told Zest Money has not updated the database, so I am suffering. I was told it would take 45 days after making a payment, but now customer service says it will take 50 days once their internal database is updated. Such a deviation in the statement. I waited 45 days and don't know when ZEST money will wake up and update their database, and now they're asking for more 50 days provided they update their Database. My emails and communications have all been ignored. Please do something about Zest Money. They are very terrible in the services.

    I paid my Emis regularly on Zestmoney app and it’s showed as loan as cleared . After a few months I came to know my CIBIL as reduced because of overdue of 2 loans which I have already paid of on time and because of this CIBIL problem my car loan as been Rejected And now I’m paying extra 2% on my Loan which was not my fault it was Zestmoneys fault .

      I have applied for personal loan on zest money app on[protected]. On the same day i got the loan sanctioned and got loan approval letter stating that i have to pay my first emi on[protected]. Even after calling costomer care executives for more than 10 times I am not able to get a satisfactory reply and till date i e,[protected] i didn't recieve the loan amount. If they are promising for an instant loan either they have to give or they can reject but this situation where u got loan approval and u have to pay emi in another 10 days but u didn't recieve the loan amount is quite condemnable. The pathetic replies by the customer care executives is disgusting. Can I go for a complaint on consumer court?

        I have opted a loan 6 months back and i have cleared all the emi with on time basis even aft paying without any delay in payments this fools made my cibil impact and not solving my complaints from past 3 months now such a pathetic service need to resolve asap or i will go legally this is fraud company.

          Fraud call made by me to the fake zest money customer care made me fall into this trouble, I had given otp to the person which he fraudently used for authorizing electric bill auto payment transaction. I had paid the first bill of 4073 in fear of CIBIL score fall. Complaint raised in zest money never solved the issue instead locked the account but of no use still received the auto pay reminder for the same and this time the amount is around 9424. Resolve me to completely close the zest money account and cancel the Nach mandate authorized by me for auto payments.

            On 16 Sep, 10 PM, i bought BookMyShow 5000 rs Voucher from ZestMoney. The loan has started but i haven't received those coupons. I have been waiting from last 36 hours. And All their helpline and customer care says is wait for 24 hours more. I haven't even received or seen them. I need them to be cancelled with my loan.

              It was frozen for almost 2 months when i tried to purchase a gift card using the limit. i have no late payments and my cibil score is good. I've repayed all emi.

              It was reactivated yesterday and i tried to purchase a gift card today. It is frozen again and i can't purchase the giftcard

              It is ok to froze my accout as they like. But it is not a decent thing that not saying the reason for the temporary freeze.
              They still have my personal details, financial details etc.. I think they're playing with the customers as they like for their own advantages.

              I want resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                  I have applied for a loan but i didn't get the amount credited to my bank account even after 3 days. I have contacted the agent but they said they don't know why it's delayed.                   Still i didn't get the amount of my loan of 40000. Every time I call customer support they give excuse. I need the money for the operation but the company is playing with me. Please help me
                  No response from customer support every time I call them they give different excuses. How can I pay the EMI if i didn't get the amount in my bank. These guys are doing fraudulent with the customers

                      While trying to create new account with my mobile number which is registered with PAN, showing PAN already attached to another account. I don't think whose number or account it is. Requesting team to delete those account details as I'm concerning about my privacy.
                      And help me to create account with my registered mobile number and PAN attached.

                        Loan has been activated on 3rd sep 2022.

                        But I still didnt receive my money.

                        I continuously calling the customer care about the status.
                        Every time they says with in 24hrs to 48hrs money will get credited in to account.

                          I had applied for a personal loan of 60k and it has been approved and the lending partner is Aditya Birla Finance. It was approved on 5th September 2022 and still the amount has not been credited . It's 12th September 2022 now. Even after multiple follow ups you have not been able to deliver the service as per the promised date.

                            I, Victor Biswas had applied for a Personal Loan of rupees 30, 000 on 28th of August.

                            Just like all the other complaints, I have not yet recieved the amount. It has been more than two weeks, honestly if you can not or do not have the capability to go through with the transaction. Please, let me know.

                            If you can then go through with the transaction as soon as possible or let us know of a solution.

                            Because, no one is going to pay back money which is not recieved.

                              My personal loan is processed 5 days ago and still the money is not credited in my account ... And the emi schedule and otherthings are already genereated ...                                 I Puja Mandal Dutta is using your product for last 1 year and they are really helpful but suddenly you have froze my account, I pay my dues on time, sometimes before due date so that I donot have to face any issues but then also after I have 50k approved amount my account get freezed by you.

                                I promote Zest money to all my colleague and my circle as there service are good but this time I am really sorry to say that they are downgrading there service.

                                This time I need help from zest money as we Bengali have festival called Durga Puja and need to buy few gifts for family members but unfortunately I cannot do so due to your bad assessing of my account.

                                    As I’m trying to reach on email and mobile number no response at all the mobile is not letting me to go ahead of language selection as I have to pay emi on 5 sep some were autodebited and 2 were not and when I was trying to open app it’s not working at all it’s in loading page itself and after day when I saw it showed me to pay 2 month emi on 1 month and not letting me to pay 1 month emi and you guys have charged the penalty fees for those emi this is not fair at all atleast reply here my num [protected]

                                        A amount was 16490
                                        Total amount was paid on 16 January 2021
                                        I have called several times and also mailed zest money,
                                        I have also complained three times on your complain box also, zest money has never notified or gave noc regarding this I'd.
                                        It almost over 20 months I have not get NOC.
                                        Please provide me NOC.
