I purchased a product from Flipkart which cost is INR 3, 559.00 and I purchased through no cost emi through zest money for 3 month and at the end I have to pay INR 4, 141.24 .

This offer zestmoney giving to customer.

Initially zest money said all interest amount will be credited to my account, now they are saying we are sorry. They are here to loot customer with fake no cost emi.

As per your screenshot, we are unable to see that you are eligible for the cashback offer. If you are eligible for this, in your screenshot the cashback amount is properly mentioned in your statement.

We apologize for your trouble that you have faced. Please try and understand your loan is not under subvention cashback. As we checked in your screenshot 'No Cost EMI" only gave you a minimum discount of Rs. 126.

            I took a loan of 39000 and paid all MY EMI on the time. But my cibil report shows that some amount of 216 is unpaid by countinuous follow up they said they are contacting the lender. At last after 3 months I have to pay an extra amount of 216Rs directly to the lender i.e IIFL and get my loan closed in cibil report. They don't care about your cibil report. please never take loan from zest money

              I made a ticket booking in June from yatra under the zest money offer that allows for 0percent interest rate and uptors2500 cashback after paying the 3 emis. I have paid the emis and now when asked for cashback, call center says there is no cashback. Infant they says there is no offer with yatra. After sharing screenshot, no response from emails.
              Complete harassment and pathetic company.

                  At ZestMoney, we require the latest 3 months revised bank statements from 01/06/2022 till 31/08/2022, in PDF format where your Full Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code are clearly mentioned. Debit, Credit and Total balance columns should be different.

                  If your bank statement does not mention the IFSC code, please share a picture of a cancelled cheque. Also, If the statement is password protected, we would require the password too.

                  This can be downloaded from the net banking services available with your bank.

                  Please upload the same to the process by logging into your application, and if you face any error, please share the statement to the same mail.

                    I am calling them from June 15 2022 for my cashback but every time they are saying it will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days within 10 working days. But am not getting my cashback. Their senior executive (name- anoop) told me on August 6 that you need to renew your auto-pay so I done that. After that he told me that i will get my money within 2-3 working days but didn't get any single penny. And the cashback amount is approx 4.5k. 1k intrest cashback and 3.5k marketing cashback. Anoop confirmed me on call that i am eligible for additional cashback 10% upto 3.5k. and when I applied for the loan (on 9march 2022) their excutive confirmed me that if i apply for that i will surely get 10% upto 3.5k marketing cashback. After payment of my 3rd EMI i will get my marketing cashback. And now the loan was closed and am not getting intrest cashback or marketing cashback too. After successfully applied for loan i confirmed again from their excutive on call they are saying sure sir you will get your marketing cashback after your 3rd EMI payment. And now if am calling on zest money's customer care number their excutive telling me that am not eligible for marketing cashback. Is that a joke?? If you want then I can send you every single call recording of your agents and mails too.

                    My registered mobile number is [protected] and i want to know about my relience digital cashback (intrest cashback and additional cashback) and Amazon cashback (intrest cashback) go and check the details. I already mailed you many times but no resolution. Is this your service?? I want my cashback if i not get my cashback then m not going to pay any single EMI. And I'm going to post this on social media.

                    Since June m listening that i will get my cashback within 2-3 working days, within 7 working days n all. So it's final after getting my all cashback i will pay the EMI otherwise am not going to pay any single penny.

                    Let me tell you 1 thing you are talking about only 1 cashback there are 2 cashback s are pending. June and July cashback are pending so go and check properly and then reply here. You all are fraud since past 6 months i am only listening i will get my payment within 2-3 days 5-7 days where is my payment. And if you are adding late fees over EMI when customer paying it late then I also want late fees over my cashback. And your EMI collection department is calling me again and again. And harrassing me. This is not the way you are treating your customers.
                    The issue is not resolved yet and they are saying it's resolved how?? What the hell is this how you can marked it as resolved?? You are telling me about my August cashback what about June and July cashback and marketing cashback?? Are you insane?? And your EMI collection department calling me like hell. If you are not giving me my payment then why you asking for your payment??

                        This is in regards to my ZestMoney Loan # 87N2T2PF44B0 for the amount Rs. 63520/- disbursed on 7th of May, 2022 at the merchant Yatra. This transaction didn't go through and payment failed, however the loan amount is showing as processed and disbursed.

                        Yatra(merchant) claims that the transaction doesn’t even go through at their payment gateway and they confirmed the same over email with reference to the loan id and booking confirmation ID. Screenshots of the confirmation received from Yatra are already shared.

                        I have sent an email to [protected]@zestmoney.in and neeraj.[protected]@zestmoney.in with all the details and support received from Yatra. I have also posted on Linked in tagging lizzie Chapman and Priya Sharma of Zestmoney.

                        The EMI amount for the month of June 2022 for amount Rs. 22094.4 was auto deducted on the pretext that the loan would be cancelled before the auto debit due date. Interest of Rs. 1330.39, Rs. 926.31 and Rs. 467.61 has been accrued for a loan, the amount of which has not been utilised either by the merchant of myself as a customer.

                        I have been following up through various channels, phone calls, Emails, social media posts however there has been no update instead I have been getting calls 4-5 time a day for payment of remainder of the EMI. Besides I have been notified by zest money team about the degradation of my CIBIL score.

                        Request you to understand my concern and close this at the very earliest possible.

                          A recovery agent comming house from some VGM company and saying he is from on behalf of zest money Employee Id E-9816.
                          My phone was hacked and its off mostly everytime from 6 months.For that local police complaint and cyber crime complaint also done.Agent says that i have not taken personal loan but a amazon coupon from zest money amount of Rs 18000 and i have not paid emi from 3 months.
                          So he was talking loud and asking for money.When we said we will tell this to cyber crime he was showing that he will come with me and complain to cyber crime branch.
                          This is the worst that someone comming to house asking money infront of family and making client image down in public.
                          Because of this my character assassination was done in public and this is not the way.If you cant reach by phone number to any customer i guess there are other ways to too contact by email .I will now make this company unethical behave to public and every social media platform and RBI also for using recovery agents in personal for character assassination.

                            My name is Nishant Kankal. I applied for a personal loan of 1.00.000 INR from Zest Money which was approved on 10th August 2022. My personal loan Reference ID is : 8CE0DF6C1635. I was informed that the loan amount will be credited within 3-4 working days. Today after 14 days I am yet to receive a single penny from Zest Money and daily I contact their Chat/Call customer service agents who ask me to wait for 24-48 hours from the last 14 days. In addition to that they have auto generated my EMI schedule which is due in next 11 days (i.e. 5th September 2022). The EMI shall be auto debited from my bank account, which I shall consider as MONEY LAUNDERING from Customers. Because without crediting the promised loan amount they cannot auto debit the EMI. Last 14 days I am fed up of contacting Zest Money and receiving the same false promises in return. Its nothing less than mental harassment. I have 2 Call recording of with Zest Customer care agent. Also I have attached the chat support video regarding as a proof of how they fool the customers. Please do the needful

                            I wanted to find out why does your app say the money is disbursed to the customer and yet I haven’t received the money yet, and your representative says it will take 3 business days. How can you guys charge interest without having the money sent to the customer. Feels like money laundering.

                              Took a loan from Zestmoney on 16dec, 2021. The loan ID is 67C40070DDE1. I paid it off at time every month and the last emi was paid on 1st April 2022 on time. But still it was wrongly reported to all the credit bureaus because of which my credit score has immensely dropped and I am in mental stress. I have contacted them several times regarding this and they just say that a complaint has been filed but it never gets resolved. They just say that they are not able to contact their lending partners. But is that the consumer's fault?

                              It shows outstanding amount in all of the reports and late payments even when I paid every month on time and I have all the proofs. This has been reported in Cibil, Experian and CRIF bureau. This is mental harassment to someone who has not done anything wrong. I request Consumer forum to help me out and make Zest responsible for their doing. I have been trying since months.

                                  I have not applied for any loan from zest money However it is showing as 2 loan delays and default under my account in CIBIL and showing s loan of ghalla consumer loan which is zest money kindly correct this error. It looks like zest money is the worst company how the loan is showing on zest money named ghalla consumer loan.                                       I registered on Zestmoney and got a limit of 37900 on approval and started two EMIs. After EMI they say my application didn’t pass. Customer Care did not had the exact answer to my problem. Can I please know what to do as it say log in after 90 days and apply again but I’m not sure about the going on EMIs that if My application check failed then how I was able to make these payments.

                                        Due to some fraud transactions, I blocked all my bank accounts. I couldn't pay EMI or any online transactions. Even then, zest money keep harassing for money when I have already given them a date. Now they are threatening me CIBIL score. Is this how service is provided? What’s the point of making payments when harassment keeps continuing. I am working woman and don't get time in week for banking work. If there’s a genuine problem, they must understand. It’s not that I am not paying. I have already shared a date and keep making payments.
