Hi, I have raised the complaint twice with Zest Money in regards to the same but Zest Money (case id:[protected] over an email (person name is Daljit) asking me to provide the screenshot of the offer details, which is literally funny and ironic. The Cashback is delayed by 30 days and now the agent over an call said please wait for another 15 working days.
Also, they have not provided the interest cashback of the month of June
I have all the call-recordings, they have specifically told me that yes you were eligible for the cashback we are noting down your complaint. However there is no call/email. They promised me to provide the cashback after 3 successful emis re-payment. which I have done but they failed to provide the cashback.
