I already support Te kit for the same Ref No. 9555930 dated 07 Aug 2022.
I give my full consent, in future it will be not reflected in my CIBIL Record

      I take 11, 000 amount on 02/06/2021 from zest money and close my account after full repayment on 05/06/2021. But they reported to cibil on 30/04/2022. And sanctioned amount is 55, 011 current balance is 15, 798. Account no. DXHYD[protected].

      Zest money team also same fake claims about 5 other accounts also.

        Dear Zest money
        Some fraud activated 2 loans from my zest money account first loan of ₹ 3000 on 12th April 2022 and second loan of ₹ 24841 activated on 20th April 2022.But I have not activated any loan not have I created any voucher, I had contacted Zest money on the same day. I was told by Zest money that I should complain in cybercrime And told me zest money that your loan will be cancelled in 45 days when you report in cybercrime Then I complained in cybercrime on 20th May 2022 and cyber report shared to zest money but now zest money is not cancelling my loan. Today 4 months are going to happen but my loan is not cancelled yet And I am being threatened by Zest Money and I am being intimidated to pay the loan I am also being harassed a lot by Zest Money to pay the EMI of the fraud loan or to settle it. My fraud loan should be cancelled as soon as possible or else I should complain against zest money to police or consumer court please cancelled my fraud loan.

          Order ID - OD[protected] I have contacted many times regarding this kindly please do needful. I want cancel this emi. Loan id - 6A276D1J3160 (Zest money) . I didn't receive any order. Order is still in payment pending but emi is generated. I contacted to Flipkart customer care but no response from your side they saying this order I'd is not showing but from payment partner they are asking for cancellation mail so that they can close the Emi.

              I had a consumer loan of Rs. 33299/- issued by ZestMoney lending partner DMIFinance taken on[protected], despite the loan having been cleared by[protected], DMI Finance reported the same to CIBIL as pending From Jan-2020 to April 2020, which made huge negative impact on my CIBIL score. Please correct the same ASAP

                A number called and said he is ZestMoney customer executive. N told us to share the otp to help us n then he transacted twice from my ZestMoney credit limit. Please block my ZestMoney account and refund the fraud amount. The ZestMoney account is on the registered number of [protected]. In the name of Jahnu Borah . Last two transactions of ZestMoney is not done by us, but by the fraudster. Please help . Number of the fraudster attached

                Please help me get back my ZestMoney credit limit for the last two transactions
                The same happened to me... Zestmoney is fraud they are taken money from your account by auto debit... If we call to them and complaint they will take the complaint as complaint... After some days they call us and speak with as zestmoney and then they ill try to help us and ask nd collect otp by their cheating techniques... I think zestmoney customer care bpo workers are doing this fraud activity...

                  On 6th August, i ordered a tv through ZestMoney in the flipkart platform. Till today i didn't got the product nor the refund. Whenever i call both the platforms, they simply say to wait for 24 hours. Will the scam be removed or should i escalate the matter to law. And my order ID is OD[protected] on Flipkart platform

                    Hi i purchased an iphone from relaince digital through ZestMoney money payment offer which was 10 percent cashback after 3 successful emi payments. I have paid full amount yet didnt recieve cashback, when i contacted. Zestmoney support they told me to wait but till now didnt recieve cashback

                        This in Reference to Loan Pine_RD_8916 Digital_15643

                        I have paid my 2 EMI as on date, however as per the offer the interest should be credited back to my Bank account within 7 Days. It has been more than 60 days that my interest has not been provided back to me for my First 2 EMI. I have contacted several times to customer care and have absolutely zero response from them. Every time they keep on registering new complaint and keep saying its in process.

                        Please let me know up to what time the interest will be credited back to my account. Also i have not yet received 10% Cashback reliance offer.

                          My zestmoney account is frozen by months i paid my emi all months.i only use zestmoney for one time when I make next time purchase I know that my account is frozen they told me their system is auto generate to unfrozen.i don't make any purchase in any paylater app because of zestmoney account please activate my account my 3 months is over

                              On 2nd feb 2022, my Zest money Account was hacked and vouchers worth 1 lakh 11 tbousand rupees voucher was created and i call on next day and complaint that please cancel voucher i have not applied. But zestmoney ignore my complaint and i didnt pay emi. Then they call me again and again our collection team will come to my home
                              I call fraud team they said u have to not pay but collection team calle again and again they harash me

                              I already in family problem

                              My wife already in depression

                                  Hi, I tried to apply loan but the bank account is closed long time ago, the bank account cannot receive any credit neither any debit transaction can happen on that bank account but your app still says the loan is disbursed and active, I have never received the credit so please look into this and close the active loan

                                    Hi, I have raised the complaint twice with Zest Money in regards to the same but Zest Money (case id:[protected] over an email (person name is Daljit) asking me to provide the screenshot of the offer details, which is literally funny and ironic. The Cashback is delayed by 30 days and now the agent over an call said please wait for another 15 working days.

                                    Also, they have not provided the interest cashback of the month of June
                                    I have all the call-recordings, they have specifically told me that yes you were eligible for the cashback we are noting down your complaint. However there is no call/email. They promised me to provide the cashback after 3 successful emis re-payment. which I have done but they failed to provide the cashback.

                                        I took a loan from Zestmoney back in 2017/2018, loan id: BUGW957256. I didnot know that my last 2 Emis did not go through so their team reachout to me in November 2021 and asked me to clear my balance (after adding all late fees and interest charges) became: Rs6, 403 which I paid on Nov 2nd, 2021. After clearing balance they sent me a No Due certificate email.

                                        After sometime when I checked my CIBIL it had been badly hit because the same loan amount and penidng EMI was showing under GHALLA. I never took a loan from GHALLA and when my loan was cleared was was there a duplicate entry?

                                        I have been reaching out to their team from 4-5 months now and my issue is not resolved and in my CIBIL my loan shows pending for over 900 days and it's badly impacting my CIBIL score.

                                        Their team asked me to give the Loan number which i shared with them and also asked for the payment proof which i have shared with them over email along with the No Due certificate.

                                        Now they their CIBIL team is telling me that the loan is still pending in backend which is causing issue and when I check with Zestmoney customer support they behave like like they are Stupid and don't understand what am saying.

                                        This is pathetic and mentally harassing a customer who made a mistake to take loan from zestmoney.
