    Dear ZestMoney Team

    Loan ID: AW39Z9A11156

    I've manually paid the last EMI (3rd) of ₹ 5044 on 5th July 2022. But by evening the same amount is auto-debited through ECS mandate from my account. So ₹5044 is excess paid.

    Please do the needful to get refund of ₹5044 excess paid to my account.

      I, d take a loan in ZestMoney, with the account no. 92FC5C772566.

      It's been more than a month since I cleared the due amount of the loan I had taken. I paid the due in the month of MAY. But yet in the month of July, it neither showed in my CIBIL report nor I received NOC for the same. Now I require a loan, and I approached the bank for the same, and the bank manager asked me to either get the loan status cleared in my CIBIL report or get an NOC for the loan I cleared.

          Unfortunately, your application has not been approved by our system at this time, we are sorry to disappoint you.

          Credit limit approval depends upon several risk criteria: Credit report, timely re-payment of EMI, all the information provided by you, and many other factors.

          However, at ZestMoney, customers can re-apply after 90 days. Hopefully, we will be able to help you with your loan requirements in the future.

                      Autopay setup deletion

                      I had opened account in zest money app. And also submitted documents for autopay setup. It taken 2days but also it was not verified. When i contact to customer service, they said, your signature in NACH mandate is cross done by you, so please delete that mandate and submit new mandate with straight signature. And I had done that.
                      Today is 15th day, till now it was deleted .
                      So please solve my issue as early as possible.

                        Good day,

                        I Rohit Munjal, has done shopping from Nykaa fashion & Myntra
                        The refund was issued as follows
                        1. Nykaa fashion, 29th may, amount -Rs168.
                        2. Nykaa fashion, 06th june, amount -Rs198.
                        3.Myntra, Loan amount Rs.4765 has not been closed the refund was issued by the myntra about more than a week ago
                        You can see its almost more than a month to some of the refunds and the loan has not been closed yet .
                        The times i have mailed to the customer support I don't remember that now, the reply i recieved always is we are working on this on daily basis, just a copy and paste message. I am frequent buyer from online apps, but this type of things i am facing first time in my life.

                              I have zest money using more than six months, first three months working fine after I am facing ecs related issues last two months.amount detected from my a/c more than 5000 rupees. I have paid last emi June 6th and I got two ecs returns charges June 5 of rs 1500 something and June 6th 2900 something and last month 1500 something. I got some amount to my account for emergency purpose now that money has deducted for ecs return.customer care not responding properly and mail also. Still not getting resolution from zest money and iam the sales person in retail as sales person not suggest to customer buying products using zest money. It's is a worst compare to other finance.other finance ecs charge is low comparing zest money. I want my refund for second ecs return amount because this amount received for emergency purpose.

                                I have closed my loan on May 25th, 2022. Loan ID: C[protected].
                                Initially, when I contacted the customer support to issue my NOC they told me wait for 30 days. I have waited patiently and today (27th Jun, 2022), I tried contacting them again, now they are saying I want to wait another 30 days.

                                It's totally unfair. and am able to see many complaints regarding this. why an reputed company is cheating their customers with timeline.

                                @zestmoney- I need my NOC ASAP. I have already waited patiently. Please do the needful.

                                  I have paying my EMIs in time, but there is a shortfal rec-ach rtn ctrazorpay through which money is debiting from my account. But I want to know about this regards in details. How much money will be charge for shortfal charge.

                                    I always thought zest is very good and promising to their users but when I tried first time they show how bad and fraud they are. I bought a voucher code of worth 18000, which include Amazon voucher of worth 15000 and Flipkart voucher of worth 3000. But still i didn't receive any type of voucher from zest side. It's been more than a month i called customer care many time, everytime they promise me to send my voucher code on my registered mobile number and on my gmail id which is [protected]@gmail.com but customer support also made there promise. So it's a request please send my voucher code on my registered WhatsApp number which is [protected]. I am strictly saying pls send my voucher code on my what's app which I mentioned.
