2 - Under the ‘Purchases’ tab, select the Loan you want to pre-close
3 - Use the ‘Pre-close/ Payoff option’ to close your loan through the payment option of your choice.

We will process your request once the amount is received.

      I'm using zestmoney since 1 year and so far there was no missed payment in the past. i repay all the emi tuners on the in time. I'm able to see an active credit limit which I'm not able to use then why are you showing the credit limit to the customer just to fake them and the customer support is very poor if the system has blocked my credit limit they should have informed me one the day 1 I called them they keep asking for screen shot screen recording and after 3 days they say the system has blocked your limit. very bad responce... please activate my credit limit, ,

        This is in regards to my ZestMoney Loan # 96E1F107595F for the amount Rs.92, 220/- disbursed on 27th April, 2022 at the merchant Yatra. This transaction didn't go through and payment failed, however the loan amount is showing as processed and disbursed.

        Yatra(merchant) claims that the transaction doesn’t even go through at their payment gateway and they can’t help on this. Screenshots of the confirmation received from Yatra are already shared.

        I have sent an email to [protected]@zestmoney.in with all the details and support received from Yatra & also raised a ticket # 310460 on 4th June, 2022 by Yuvraj Singh on which there is no update till date.

        The EMI amount for the month of June 2022 which I had in my account for the other loan #E0957EB91GX4 of ZestMoney got paid into this Loan #96E1F107595F which I didn’t use. Again, I had to adjust the EMI amount for the one I used as requested by customer care. I have also been charged interest of Rs.1, 648.57/- on 5th May, 2022 and also paid 2 EMI's.

        N Number of follow-up with customer care of ZestMoney and Mr. Tushar Choudary - Sr. Manger, Probal Acharyya-Manger etc, . Also, spoke to Sr. team members like Arjun Singh, Shubham, Menon Sharma etc., also couldn't help.

        Because of this I am paying the amount which is not used and also my CBIL will get impacted, request you to understand my concern and close this at the very earliest possible.

            i had also sent several copies of the same message as above to your officer, madam preeti behal at the rate zestmoney.in but never got any revert from them uptill now .

              I booked Yatra using ZestMoney. Canceled that ticket, yaatra refunded money to ZestMoney but they are sitting with for long time now. Only answer- relevant team is looking into it.

                              I took loan from zest money I paid before one month. And they mentioned as 2 months late. My cibil got reduced to 775 approximately 40 points got reduced due to only this zest money. Before I have 815 now it is 775. Give me back my cibil points back zest money.

                                On october 2021 i converted gift card from ZEST MONEY to purchase iphone in flipkart. but unfortunately i cancel my order i cant receive any product from flipkart. i just contact and inform to zestmoney to cancel my gift card voucher i mentioned all the related documents through mail. they replied me to cant cancel the gift card once activated and you can purchase any other product within year. But im not interest to buy any other products, then i told so please cancel all gift card voucher. i send lot of mails to zest money. one day they inform me to ask Flipkart. im also inform to flipkart they told ask zest money. every month minimum 5-6 times to put the cheque and charge 295/- for cheque return charge. from Nov 2021 to till now i pay minimum[protected]/- then they call repeatly and give torture. then this missing EMI was reflect in my CIBIL. It affect my future loan process and my carrier. so please kindly help me to cancel my gift card voucher and clear my CIBIL . I hope and received positive feedback from your side ASAP. thanking you

                                July 9th, 2022 I was give the complaint against zestmoney. They mentioned that complaint was resolved. But till the date they call me again and again, send the messages through message and WhatsApp to pay the amount immediately. Then put the cheque for clearance and that cheque. Again they debit 295/- amount on my account. Actually I applied the home loan 45lakhs. They stopped my application process for Zest money. Zest money only want to compensate that loan amount. Because this missing emi counts reflect my CIBIL and it's affect my future.

                                      I have an issue with auto debit, as they mentioned in the app, the will response within 1 minute but I tried an hour they not ready pick my call, if I have to mail i will get response on my next due date, all the issue will not explained via mail, need an immediate call response regarding my auto Debit issue this is very serious, I'm not going to lose even 1 rs extra in my account, I'm not an Richest man!
