As we understand, your concern is regarding the active personal loan cancellation. Please be assured, that we are here to help you.
We could not take an active personal loan cancellation request per your request.
If in case you receive the amount in your registered bank account, we request you to pre-close the loan.
Please follow the below steps in case you would like to pre-close/pay off your loan:
1 - Log into your ZestMoney account on the mobile application
2 - Under the ‘Purchases’ tab, select the Loan you want to pre-close
3 - Use the ‘Pre-close/ Payoff option’ to close your loan through the payment option of your choice.
We will process your request once the amount is received.

i had also sent several copies of the same message as above to your officer, madam preeti behal at the rate zestmoney.in but never got any revert from them uptill now .
