    Dear ZestMoney,

    How much time it takes for you to revert in 24-48 Hrs from 4 July 2022 & today is 28 July 2022 already 24 Days have passed from instead of 24 & 48 Hrs time 1 -2 Days time... overall Six months time is taken just to update cibil record, Infact your payment is pending to Incred of Rs.2630/- & where the hell my mistake is there in it. You people have eaten the lenders money & hiding yourself from borrowers & lenders too... If not than ? Atleast provide me with NOC Certificate that my all the EMI's are paid & Ontime, not even single day's delay. There in CIbil report it show's April, May, June & July'22 Month's EMI pending & Penalties are leveid with heavy interest on pending EMI's.

    Is this what's your "so called" Excellent service & Support team is all about... not even escalation team is bothered about escalation mails also. It means no one is responsible in ZestMoney, great experience.

        Zestmoney which is emerging as one of the biggest thief company in India and this scam has come to the fore today that these people commit theft and they are such big thieves.

        On 30th April 2022 I bought an Amazon voucher from Zestmoney of 18700 INR, before I called zestmoney care At That Time when I purchased voucher, I called to customercare and someone girl who was customer representative in zestmoney, I said that my query and asked her, mam if I will purchase a gift voucher of Amazon so can I eligible of this offer of marketing cashback of 600INR and she replied and said yes sir you are eligible in this offer again I repeat mam I will purchase voucher just for this offer, am I eligible for purchasing this voucher she replied yes sir you can easily purchase with freemindset you are eligible for this offer after voucher purchased you will get your 600 rupees, conversation end and after that I purchased voucher, but today after 3 months I called zestmoney why 600 cashback not yet credited in my account, new representative said today that offer was not eligible on voucher, very nice fraudsters, it's ok if I am telling lie so it will be clear proof because zestmoney have call recording on that day I want to listen that why she told you are eligible why why why I want to listen that recording which clearly proof that zestmoney is fraud zestmoney is cheater zestmoney have fraudsters, thieves fraudsters zestmoney poor service. I want my 600rupees, you will show and give play this recording if I will guilty in that recording I will offer you 5000INR FREE, IF YOU WILL GUILTY IN THAT recording you will give me a proper sorry and give my total rupees, I called zestmoney today in noon and said all matter what I am going through then your representative said new thing she said sir you was not eligible that time because that offer was only for direct purchase that was not eligible for voucher, sounds very good it means you are big fraudsters why 30th April other representative said me sir you are eligible for voucher and you will get marketing cashback after 600, just I wanted to know who are fraudster cheater zestmoney Or me, so thats I want that 30th April recording why she said you will get marketing cashback of 600-1200 if she didn't told I didnt purchased that time just because of offer I purchased that, I already paid all 3 emis I already paid all my dues before time, I am a time punctual, I am a law student in lloyd law college greater noida, I am connecting some lawyers just for this fraud I will file a case against your company you are fraud, I have right under right act, I want proof of that recording 30th April why she said you will get merchant cashback of 600-1200, I want proper explanation I want my money

          I purchased an item using zest money of amount 64000. The lender was IIFL.
          after paying all the EMIs on time, on my cibil report, 39 rupees of overdue amount is showing.
          It's been 3 months, and my cibil score is declined to 688 from 780.

          I have been in an email conversation with zest money since May 27, 2022, about this issue, every time I contacted them, they ask for another week, and so on.

                    July 9th, 2022 I was give the complaint against zestmoney. They mentioned that complaint was resolved. But till the date they call me again and again, send the messages through message and WhatsApp to pay the amount immediately. Then put the cheque for clearance and that cheque. Again they debit 295/- amount on my account. Actually I applied the home loan 45lakhs. They stopped my application process for Zest money. Zest money only want to compensate that loan amount. Because this missing emi counts reflect my CIBIL and it's affect my future.

                                Here every proof are there i closed my loan with a discount.And after that they provided me 60, 000 credit limit and when I’m gone for a purchase it was declined and then showing as blocked .After somany days they showing it as frozen.now they are telling me to pay .The loan is already closed on this date 26/05/2022.Already it was effective to my cibil and the loan is active .I need to close my account and remove the active loan.Every proof and documents are attached.When I’m calling customer 10 more times after blocked they said that it was closed in somedays it will be back you to purchase .Now they are saying these and all .please close my loan asap.
                                And please close my account .
                                Now they are saying they didn’t said it is like this and all.They cleared said me that if paying that loan it will be closed and you will 60, 000 and you can credit limit can use for future.Please close my account and please show the loan as paid .in the app also they didn’t showing loan is pending or pay dues.please do as soon as possible .it is effecting to my cibil.

                                  Hi Zestmoney Team,

                                  I have done all my timely payments and many times, even before time but still my credit limit has been frozen fir no reason.
                                  I want to make an urgent purchase within this week and I am not able to just because it is frozen and when contacted customer support support, they say that it will unfreeze by end of August.
                                  I do not blame the customer support. I am blaming the company itself. Please unfreeze it asap. Kindly assist and take action on this immediately.

                                        I buy a Amazon gift card of 20, 400 for 3 months EMI I paid all 3 emi's on time infact i enabled auto debit so all the emi's paid auto and my loan account was closed in March but in my cibil report the account was active since 3 months ago and it shows only 16 rupees overdue for that companies mistake my cibil getting low every month they didn't close my account as well as they show 16 rupees overdue

                                        Same issue,
                                        I also paid my all EMIs on time, still, 39 rupees of overdue amount is showing on my cibil report.
                                        cibil score declined to 688 from 780. Don't know what to do.
