    Hello,

    A loan account from zestmoney has been wrongly reported to CIBIL and is not being rectified instead of repeated followups. I took a loan from zestmoney for 39, 999 and cancelled it immediately. Even then there is an overdue of 833 marked on my cibil report.

    Loan ID: DXDEL[protected]Incred)

    I have also raised a dispute on Transunion CIBIL.

    Dispute ID: cds[protected]

    I have contacted the customer care numerous times via email regarding this same issue but it hasn't been resolved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and get it resolved as soon as possible. I will take legal help and send a notice to the company if my CIBIL report is not rectified within the next 30 days.

      Hi,

      I have purchased one Amazon voucher card worth of 4317 and I got confirmation mail but my voucher details not get till yet, no of times contacted with customer support team of them and they don't giving me a proper answer and asking me to wait another 48 hours, they guide me to put a mail and i did same but there is no reply of that .

          My name is Kiran Cherukuri. I have been paying zest money loan EMIs manually since 6 months as the ECS mandate with bank is not working. Also this june month i have made emi payments within due dates of 5th and 6th and after 10 days I have preclosed the 6 out of 7 loans tgrou manual process in the zest money app. But they charged ECS return charges by sending emi debit request to bank for completed payments. This is so stupid from banks end. Atleast they should inform about ECS process will begin this month and not to continue manual payments. I demand my ECS Charges of Rs. 4, 720/- collected in fraudulent manner.

            These loans are pre closed and i pay before due time
            I have requested zest money many times for NOC but zest money not provide NOC and not update my CBIL,
            these loans are shown active and high impact loan. Due to which my Qabil score is getting worse.

              I ordered a product on Myntra amount 2099 and made payment through zest money but order was not placed and declined by Myntra due to payment failure but zestmoney is saying they transferred the payment to Myntra and Myntra saying they didn't transfer the money they blaming each other zest money has started my emi and not cancelling it why should I pay emi that amount i not used

                Hi

                A closed loan is showing as active in my cibil report (attached screenshot). This loan was closed in the month of Jan 2022.

                This loan was issued by Cred in Dec 2022 via Zestmoney.

                I have already issued a complaint with Zestmoney regarding the same. But, there has been no resolution it has been a month already. Again and again zestmoney support keeps on saying that this will be resolved without a tat.

                This keeps on hitting my cibil score every month when score is refreshed. Also, it is showing 5 months delayed payment (screenshot attached).

                For Jan, Feb, March, April and May. Where as loan account was closed in the month of Jan 2022.

                Loan account number is mentioned in the attachment.

                I am looking for a fast resolution on this as this is effecting my CIBIL score every month.

                I need this to be corrected in my CIBIL score and shown that there is no delayed payment.

                Please help ASAP.

                  An error occurred when click on generate voucher that "your voucher is ready and will email shortly "
                  it's passes 7 days time but I have not received my voucher pin yet Rs 8351 is already deducted from my credit limit
                  I already contact customer support team it says that voucher pin will email within 24 hours but it passes more longer time than usual, I have urgent need of voucher

                      I purchased a product from Flipkart through Zest Money EMI payable for 12 months since October 2021 for Rs. 925.55/-. I have paid 925.55/- since December 06, 2021 till May 05, 2022.On May 27, 2022 as the product got some issues the item was refunded for full amount of Rs. 9940/- and the amount got settled with Zest money and the loan got closed. So I’m eligible to receive the refund of 925.55 x 6 (The EMI I paid to zest money since December 2021-May 2022) for Rs. 5553.3/-. Even though being a very good and valuable customer, zest money is doing a scam by not refunding the money.On May 27, 2022 I received an email from zest money that refund has been processed and will be credited back in 7-10 business days.So the 10 business days from May 27, 2022 ended on June 10. On June 13 after checking with my bank I contacted zest money and they were very rude that they disconnected my call. Then I called again and someone on the line told me that a ticket has been raised and will be resolved in 24-48 hours .So the 48 hours time ended on 15th and still didn’t hear from them.So I called them again and another girl on the line asked me to email [protected]@zest money about my greivance with screenshot of refund confirmation email.I did that and still I didn’t receive any replies.Then on 16th I called them again and someone on line told me that the ticket is under process and will be resolved in 24 hours. And again on 17th I contacted them and it was the same response again and then I asked for supervisor call back.The associate named Yash told me I have arranged the call back and you will receive in 24 hours.Today it’s 18th 9.00 P.M and still no one called me like that.So I called them again and I was transferred to a supervisor by some associate and the supervisor name is Dhileep Kumar and he is again asking me to wait for 3 days.So from May 27, 2022 it has been 22 days now I haven’t even received any response from any one from zest money.Still he has not called me and when I call them they’re disconnecting my call.

                                    Hi, I applied for zest money emi of 12500 and it's approve as 2 coupon code of Amazon voucher but when I tried to use it shows invalid why is this as I can see almost 50-60% of people are facing the same issue why they are not able to fix it rather than doing advetisment of TV and other platform why don't they focus on the issue they are just making us fool all the time please help me on this

                                        I tried to pay for my airlines ticket through zestmoney EMI offer from ICICI. When there was problem with the gateway and the transaction was not successful, but ICICI bank disbursed the amount 3 times as it is failed 3 times. And ICICI bank claims that they have disbursed this amount and I didn't used. So I request Zestmoney to refund the money to ICICI bank Amount: 11, 452 rupees (3 times) Please do the needful.
