Had my 3 loans and loan amount due on 3rd fab and but as i was suffering from accident so i was in hospital and after that my grand father died so i was unable to pay the emi on time but currently i want to pay all the due amount but there are every loan is showing[protected] fine that is i was unable to pay because i have already dues so i am really not able to pay the over due fine..i want to pay my dues kindly help and remit my dues because i am not able to pay . understand my situation and please help,

I want cancel my flipkart voucher loans and my loans

During Jan 2020 I had paid for an airline ticket in Makemytrip using Zestmoney. The transaction was approved and was to be paid back in 3 EMI's which was set to auto debit from my Yes Bank account. I had received an online Loan agreement drawn between me & Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd.

Fast forward to May 2022, I noticed my Experian score is down by 88 points! In all my years my score has never dropped below 800 so I investigated the cause and found that Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd Ref LOAN AC No. [protected] has reported me for "Willful Default & written off" for not paying back the EMI's.

Ever since I have been running pillar to post to get it resolved. Despite paying back on time I have to face this. To make things worst Zest CIBIL department never picks up any call, neither do they respond to customer Emails. I have tried to call Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd but then again there is no response.

I have attached supporting documents for reference. Kindly help in getting it removed from my credit report ASAP.

I have already mailed my bank statements to Ghalla & Bhansali and also Zest but still waiting to hear any positive acknowledgement from either of the parties.

Mistakely generated the voucher codes for flipkart orders. & now it is showing I need to pay EMI on next month. please cancel these voucher codes. I dont want to buy anything right now.

Few loans which were closed 3 years back. Zestmoney failed to report this to credit agency EQUIFAX. These loans are still showing as active & write-off. I have been reaching out Zestmoney for these corrections. It's already been more than 6 months, but I do not see any progress, moreover I can see their negligence in handling these sort of requests. I tried reaching their grievance department & higher management of Zestmoney. All of them are behaving in the same way. Zestmoney doesn't even have any proper ethics.

Because of this delay one of My emergency (loan got rejected) & I have been suffering mentally. Zestmoney is harassing Me without updating the EQUIFAX report. I need proper justice regarding this pressure I had & having because of Zestmoney.

Have a approved loan of 6000/- and requested amazone vouchers on 2022 may 11. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from yesterday but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. Please fix this problem, i have to buy something really urgent
