                  During Jan 2020 I had paid for an airline ticket in Makemytrip using Zestmoney. The transaction was approved and was to be paid back in 3 EMI's which was set to auto debit from my Yes Bank account. I had received an online Loan agreement drawn between me & Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd.

                  Fast forward to May 2022, I noticed my Experian score is down by 88 points! In all my years my score has never dropped below 800 so I investigated the cause and found that Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd Ref LOAN AC No. [protected] has reported me for "Willful Default & written off" for not paying back the EMI's.

                  Ever since I have been running pillar to post to get it resolved. Despite paying back on time I have to face this. To make things worst Zest CIBIL department never picks up any call, neither do they respond to customer Emails. I have tried to call Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd but then again there is no response.

                  I have attached supporting documents for reference. Kindly help in getting it removed from my credit report ASAP.

                      Few loans which were closed 3 years back. Zestmoney failed to report this to credit agency EQUIFAX. These loans are still showing as active & write-off. I have been reaching out Zestmoney for these corrections. It's already been more than 6 months, but I do not see any progress, moreover I can see their negligence in handling these sort of requests. I tried reaching their grievance department & higher management of Zestmoney. All of them are behaving in the same way. Zestmoney doesn't even have any proper ethics.

                      Because of this delay one of My emergency (loan got rejected) & I have been suffering mentally. Zestmoney is harassing Me without updating the EQUIFAX report. I need proper justice regarding this pressure I had & having because of Zestmoney.

But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly".                                         Please cancel my voucher for amazon because now its waste I applied for it 4 days back till now it's not credited and now it's not required your service is too awfull...

                                        As we understand, your concern is regarding the voucher issue for the loan ID: 9024D4B66655.

                                        Please be informed that your loan is not in active status, hence we request you to kindly follow the steps mentioned below.

                                        Please follow the steps listed below to activate your loan:

                                        1. Login into your ZestMoney account

                                        2. Click on the 'Get Voucher' tab'

                                        3. View the voucher

                                        4. Once you view the voucher, your loan will be activated.

                                        To view your voucher please follow the below steps:

                                        1. Please log in to your account at the ZestMoney website.

                                        2. Click on the EMIs option

                                        3. Click on loan ID(Ongoing loan)

                                        4. Click on View voucher(top corner of the page).

                                        Note: The view voucher tab is not available in the mobile application, please use the below link to view the voucher on the desktop website:
