I dont hve any late payment u may contact to prafull regarding my Loan Details . Umnot a fraud like zest money . Ghalla And Bhansali Securities Pvt Ltd not provided any loan to me . If provided i had cloased all loan on time . Dont make customer fool

      Hi, on May, 4 from account nearly 11000 change was auto debited and in March and April month the amount was auto debited. Now I cleared all EMI's now I want to refund my money which is auto debited. Kindly i request you people to refund my money and Deactivate my account

        I ordered laptop from mi store using zestmoney order got closed because the vendor didn't received payment but zestmoney has already activated my loan for the said order and even not replying to frequent mails on the first they told it will get refunded in 48 hrs it has been more than that now they even or not responding to any querie

            I haven't received the Flipkart voucher till now. It's been More than 24hrs . My system shows that "your loan approved"
            But till now I didn't get any voucher code and pin in my registered email id and phone number.

            Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
            Because I want to buy a product from "Flipkart saving days" offer. If the price changes, I may not buy that product because of your fault.
            I also try to cancel my loan but it shows "could not cancel your voucher".
            I didn't get the voucher nor allow to cancel the voucher. Whenever I called the customer care they said "sorry for your inconvenience, their is a technical issue".
            It's been more than 3 days. But my issue is not resolved. Please cancel my voucher loan, I don't want it now. Loan Id -[protected]A6

              I met with a fraud of 50000 on dated 03 April 2022 from my zest wallet and then it started showing me EMI for that amount in the app. I filed cyber complaint against the fraud and reported the matter to zest and they replied that they will not deduct emi till the cyber crime case solved and will earse my loan from CIBIL. But now they are increasing penalty to that emi every day. So i had to pay that EMI because I don't want my CIBIL to get affected. Zestmoney [protected]@zestmoney.in is not replying to my emails and [protected]@zestmoney.in too not replying. Every time their executive asks about fraud but not give a single solution. Once they put me on hold for 50 minutes and I had to disconnect the call. I told them that I want to talk with senior most person and they said he will call back in 4 hours but 4 days have passed and not a single call back came. They are saying on call that they will return my money but not writting this on email even I am continuously asking for it. I want my money back.

              Despite the stop of Auto Debit my account was showing 560rs penalty for one day which I paid along with the EMI. What is the point of stopping auto debit if you are raising penalty for non payment of EMI and you already told that it is not necessary to pay the EMI till investigation is in process. It has been more than one month passed but my loan is not cancelled till now. Every time you give same response that we will revert with update at the earliest.

              Date - 20 may 2022. Zestmoney executive declared that it was a fraud and they also named the person who had done this fraud. But zestmoney is not refunding my EMI and not cancelling the loan

ZESTMONEY PEOPLE TOLD ME THAT "YES IT WAS A FRAUD" BUT NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY AND ALWAYS HOLDING MY CALL FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES AND NOT REPLYING THAN I HAVE TO AGAIN CALL AND CONVEY THE WHOLE FRAUD HISTORY TO OTHER EXECUTIVE AND EVERYONE IS MAKING THEIR OWN STORY AND NO ONE IS REFUNDING MY MONEY.

                I'm relatively new to Zestmoney and I got an automated call on 4th May reminding me of my EMI. Since I'd already activated autopay, I was confused as to why this reminder. Nevertheless wanted to check up with customercare. Searched for Customercare and called the first number that was listed. They asked me for my registered mobile number and OTP for verification and unfortunately I shared it. To my horror I realised that I got conned. They bought a voucher via Amazon for 6000 something & 19669 respectively. I immediately called the actual customercare number and asked them to block all further transactions. To my horror the next day, I get yet another email saying that my loan of 50000 has been sanctioned! In spite of calling them the previous day and asking them to stop all Activity! I immediately filed an FIR at the Cyber cell and also tried calling customer care again, but in vain! I went to the bank asking them to stop payment for the transaction and they said that Zestmoney has to give me their approval for that! Kindly help!

                  I applied for zestmoney credit and got 39000 credit limit but after 3 days it says that my application didn't pass all checks.
                  I emailed zestmoney but no reply. Even I got a mail mentioning my limit . It is really unprofessional for a credit company.

                    I used zest money for the very 1st time and it was smooth I bought two products both are from myntra the amount was also not so big one loan 8024A7447727 has 3 emi and i paid 2 and yesterday was the last emi date and another is 7F02F28E5078 this also had the last emi yesterday but none of the emi was deducted from my bank account nor they gave me any permission to clear the loan with online payment, their website showing that auto payment method is on but no emi was deducted please help me beacuse of this they will charge me more money and their customer care number and email is fraud I emailed 3 times no reply from them

                      I had opened account in zest money app. And also submitted documents for autopay setup. It taken 2days but also it was not verified. When i contact to customer service, they said, your signature in NACH mandate is cross done by you, so please delete that mandate and submit new mandate with straight signature. And I had done that.
                      Today is 15th day, till now it was deleted .
                      So please solve my issue as early as possible.

                                Hai sir,
                                I placed an order in Flipkart on 14.4.2022 for an amount of Rs 4461 but in flipkart app the order has got failed due to technical error but in ZestMoney my loan got activated for 3 EMI, Due to no order placed, again I place the same order for Rs 4461 this time order got placed and now the ZestMoney activated the other loan for 9 EMI, But in flipkart only one order got placed on 14.4.22 by ZestMoney, no other notification or order ID has not been created on 14.04.22 in flipkart, due to technical issue in flipkart app ZestMoney loan got activated without order confirmation, I clearly verified with flipkart customer support team that there is only one order got placed for Rs 4461, so please kindly make sure to cancel the another loan which has not placed any order for Rs [protected]@ 3 EMI

                                  I want to order a watch so created a zestmoney voucher. I liked a different watch. I haven't redeemed the voucher So I want to cancel it. I have been tried to contact them for 4 days. They aren't even replying to mails.

                                    I had one study loan from zestmoney they have submitted completely wrong loan date start and closure date and this caused my cbil score reduced.
                                    I need help on this.
                                    Kindly correct this. I see a negative account in Leger which is wrong i had closed my loan on time.

                                      I was shopping from giva website. i went through check-out page and selected zest pay. the payment didn't went through and order was not successful still zest money is now showing a transaction of 1500 in my account

                                      its second time this guys are trying to cheat money.

                                      earlier they deducted twice money for one emi and returned the money after 15 days.

                                        I did not receive my Amazon voucher codes worth Rs.44000 after the EMI got approved and the amount got deducted from my credit balance.A zest support personnel in twitter told me that the issue would be resolved in 24 hours, which it hasn't.I wanted to purchase a smartphone on Amazon using this EMI.I cannot wait on this voucher codes anymore and I've asked the support person to cancel the application several times since I have not received the voucher codes yet.I have ordered the phone already using other means and I'm not in need of this EMI anymore.I don't want to pay EMI for Rs.44000 unnecessarily.Since they are unable to provide the voucher codes I need them to cancel the loan application ASAP and restore my credit balance.
