Greetings from ZestMoney!
We can understand that your concern is regarding the voucher issue for the loan ID: [protected]A6
We would like to inform you that your loan is in approved status and the same is not activated yet, hence we request you to kindly activate the loan so that we can share the pin and code related to the same at the earliest.
Please follow the steps listed below to activate your loan:
1. Login into your ZestMoney account
2. Click on the 'Get Voucher' tab'
3. View the voucher
4. Once you view the voucher, your loan will be activated.
To view your voucher please follow the below steps:
1. Please log in to your account at the ZestMoney website.
2. Click on the EMIs option
3. Click on loan ID(Ongoing loan)
4. Click on View voucher(top corner of the page).
Note: The view voucher tab is not available in the mobile application, please use the below link to view the voucher on the desktop website:
