    Its been 1hour they said we send the vouchers and pin shortly but i cant get any voucher and pin i want to buy something important please resolve thiss asap

      Hello all,
      I have raised an complaint on CIBIL report which i paid loan in December 2021 but still it showing overdues in CIBIL and i raised so many complaints on Zestmoney but still not giving solution on CIBIL issue

      Giving so many replies in mailbox but problem solving is zero from Zestmoney

      Can any one guide me how to give complaint in Cyber legal team because this is not a correct way to treat a person who is requesting and instantly begging for solution also but no response from Zestmoney

      So many loan app issues are coming now it is also like that only please understand my situation and help me out to give complaint in Cyber legal team and getting out from this issue

        I have done a Transaction in Mi.com on 5-April-22 Loan Id 5EF7F5F3F5F2

        But due to some error transaction was Failed. But The loan of Rs.13000 was created and downpayment of Rs17147 was deducted.
        I have informed the customer service the very next day and also forwarded the Merchant mail.

        but since then i have not yet received the resolution
        The customer service is just saying it will be resolved with next 1-2 day every time.

        Finally received the refund of down payment after 35 day and continuous calling to customer service. Till 4thMay there was no proper response from the team till I have to mail Both the co-founder and cxo. Then the very next day received a call from the team and the escalated the matter.

            Dear zest money team i have not apply this amazon voucher loan of amount Rs. 50000 and Rs.16201 these two loan i haven't applied but my zest money account shows these two loan EMI shown in my account(reflecting money).I haven't received a single rupee still active loan is showing. Pls cancel the loan on urgent basis.
            Please i requested to you cancelled my loan and do not debit emi from my account .It's a biggest request to you.

                    Horrible service. It’s been 3 months my credit balance has not been activated after submitting several documents several times. Everytime they come up with some new story but no solution.

                      I bought the mobile product at 55359 Rs and I was promised a 10% cashback on this. But when I see the emi schedule, I can see I am paying 56400 Rs even after cashback plus technology usage charge also, I am paying which is 900. So even after cashback I am paying more than 57000.

                      This is cheating in the name of cashback. They didn't mention these in Terms and conditions document. ZestMoney is complete fraud.

                                Loan Amount :- 3114rs which was paid long ago without any delay

                                Loan closed on 20/11/2020

                                I have bank statement as well from which I have paid my last emi of 565

                                Why no one from zestmoney is responding to my mails? Zestmoney has destroyed my credit score, resolve my issue on priority basis close account in my credit reports I have paid all dues without any delay yet you guys have updated account as written off, I'll ask my friends n family whoever using zestmoney to stop using it immediately as it's very harmful for credit score

                                      Zestmoney responded in mail but resolution is not given
                                      Very poor service by Zestmoney and harassing customer by not showing interest in solving problem to customer
                                      I paid debt to Zestmoney in December 2021 but still it was showing as Written off and overdue in CIBIL
                                      4 loans are showing as 5 loans and it was effecting my credit taking possibilities
                                      I kept so many mails to Zestmoney regarding this but still they are not solving the issue

                                      Unfair service by Zestmoney not at all happy ending and i suggest people to don't fall in trap of Zestmoney
