I'm using zestmoney since 1 year and so far there was no missed payment in the past. i repay all the emi tuners on the in time. I'm able to see an active credit limit which I'm not able to use then why are you showing the credit limit to the customer just to fake them and the customer support is very poor if the system has blocked my credit limit they should have informed me one the day 1 I called them they keep asking for screen shot screen recording and after 3 days they say the system has blocked your limit. very bad responce... please activate my credit limit, ,

    I’ve generated Amazon voucher on 11 April worth ₹24000, Loan ID - #A082A4B8A406.
    I still haven’t received the voucher code on mail and WhatsApp I’ve checked all folders there is no code.
    I contacted customer care but they kept saying wait 24 hours from the day I purchased it and still I didn’t got the voucher code, now more than 2 days have been passed still no voucher code has been delivered but they have deducted money from my credit limit, please help. If I will not get then I will lodge a fir against the company also I will go consumer forum court for this .

        I had requested a gift card of amount 27000/- The loan has already been activated. But I haven’t received the gift voucher yet. The date I ordered was 22 April 2022. They have asked me to wait for 24 hours but it has been more than a day, and their reply is to wait for another 48 hours. Kindly resolve this issue. This is frustrating. Gift cards are meant to be delivered as gifts, what’s the point if the day of gifting has passed already??? Pathetic service from ZestMoney

                I have purchased Macbook from Flipkart on 2nd October 2021 using ZestMoney and it was a no cost EMI. My total loan amount was INR 75319, EMI cost for each month was INR 13522(approx). Tenure was for 6 months.
                I have paid all my EMI on time. It was a no cost EMI still they have charged interest from me every month and they said that they will send me interest as cashback after 7 days. They sent cashback for just one month which is INR 1423. I have ended up paying INR 81677(approx). Ihave emailed them but they didn't solve my problem. I just want my remaining money which is around INR 4700 from them. I have attached some photos for your reference.
                Please help me out.

                          I mistakely generated the voucher codes for flipkart o& now it is showing I need to pay EMI on next month. please cancel the voucher codes. I dont want to buy anything right now.

                          Zest money advertised of no processing fee but after creating a voucher it shows processing fee of 2000.i no longer interested in using zest money

                                      I used Zestmoney service for a purchase, after clearing all my dues I asked them to delete my account and cancel the eNACH linked with my bank account. I requested the same via mail. Did not get response from their side.

                                        I have placed an order for 3000rs amazon voucher last night. I didn't receive any email from the zest regarding my voucher and pin despite my continuos efforts to reach customer care they kept on telling a time frame of 24hours by the time which my desired item was sold out. I no longer needed the giftcard. And now they are refusing to cancel the card and want me to pay the EMI for the voucher that I don't need anymore. What kind of service is this.? Just a worst one.
