Dear sir
I already paid installment of due amount 990rs on 4th March and again rs 1240rs for the same due amount with 250 rs penalty.
But it is still showing due.
I am sending this complaint with the attached account statement kindly resolve my issue.

    For this month emi these guys have deducted double amount .

    After several mail and calls i am forced to complaint this.

    They stopped responding to my mails after a time.

    Please refund it back.

    You guys fine customers for delay.

    after seeing instagram and google i found that you have been looting lots of customers money through this way.

                Hello Team,

                I brought Air Tickets via Zest Money on Mar 9th 2022 (Loan ID : A6M97085222E) . Then in about 2 hours, I was scare and thought to pre close my loan. I clicked Loan Pre closure and used the UPI where it gave me a Scan code . I did the payment using Google Pay and payment was successful. The transaction timed out and My Money is not reflected in the Loan page and still says loan due of 15k .

                I reached your chat support 10 times and all you do is scam people by saying "Thank you for reaching us"

                            On 07th march 2022, my Zest money Account was hacked and vouchers worth 113862-- rupees was transferred to someone's Amazon account without my permission.
                            Immediately after the fraud happened I reported it to zest money. According to their customer care executive I reported it to cyber cell and near police station also and I shared the petition details with Zest money.

                            But still zest money is not cancelled the stolen vouchers from my account and I need to pay the EMI amount every month.

                            Today happened this cheating. So the person who stole my vouchers may be can't purchase anything that time.

                            But Zest money team is not interested to cancel the loan immediately. They said our internal cyber wing will investigate the issue and share the details with me soon.

                            I am requesting you to cancel the loan activated without my permission and find the person who stole my money.

                            can you share your mobile number. For me also happened same. 35600 converted into amazon voucher without my knowledge and not able to redeemed as someone already redeemed. Did you got any solution from zest or cyber crime?

                              This thread was updated on 5th March, 2022
                              Auto debit is not working and i am now about to be chargerd late fee.
                              My account has 30 times the amount needed to debit every month. That is very much sufficient balance.
                              The pay emi cannot ve used because it says auto debit in progress but nothing is happening and it is making me a late payer.
                              This is not my fault and is zestmoney's fault.
                              Please help

                                    Dear team bhavesh lukhi my register mobile number with zestmoney [protected] I hve received limit of 100000/- and I m creat amazon voucher of 50000/- then voucher received I was applied 2nd loan 50000/- loan is active but voucher not received.                                         I've manually paid the last EMI (3rd) of ₹ 6906.99 on 5th March 2022. But by evening the same amount is auto-debited through ECS mandate from my account. So ₹ 6906.99 is excess paid.

                                        Please do the needful to get refund of ₹6906.99 excess paid to my account.
