In my CIBIL report I have a amount of 5, 00, 000 loan amount from incred financial services. When I called them, They said that it was requested through Zest money.
I never took this amount of loan from Zest money. I tried reaching out to the Zest cibil dept, but unable to reach.

In my Zest money account the amount available is only 1, 52, 000 which was less initially, it gradually increased.
This means that the Zest money took 5, 00, 000 from incred and provided me only 1, 52, 000.
When I have not received any loan amount of rs 5, 00, 000 then why is it showing in CIBIL report. Please help me with this.
