I was constantly being sent link to pay my emi dated 05/03/2022 of 1785 rs.
It was supposed to be deducted automatically by e-mandate. Since it didnt happen, i payed the amount manually. Heres the link they keep sending.

After which the auto deduction also happened. Now, i have payed the amount twice. I want my refund but theres no way you can reach out to zestmoney executives. I tried calling on the helpline number but theres no response as music keeps ringing and the call eventually drops. I even mailed them but there is still no response. Zestmoney seems like a big fraud to me. Theres no customer care or anything of that sort. Highly disappointed and i am planning on lodging a complaint for that.

      While adding aadhar card number to verify the account I am getting an error which says that I am already link to another account how do I rectify this, and as far as I know this is the first time I am attempting to apply for zestmoney

        In my CIBIL report I have a amount of 5, 00, 000 loan amount from incred financial services. When I called them, They said that it was requested through Zest money.

        I never took this amount of loan from Zest money. I tried reaching out to the Zest cibil dept, but unable to reach.

        Zest Customer Id:[protected].

        In my Zest money account the amount available is only 1, 52, 000 which was less initially, it gradually increased.

        This means that the Zest money took 5, 00, 000 from incred and provided me only 1, 52, 000.

        When I have not received any loan amount of rs 5, 00, 000 then why is it showing in CIBIL report. Please help me with this.

            I am found that, last two months ZestMoney wrong reporting in CIBIL report. Rs. 276.00 showing outstanding in CIBIL in your Account No. xxxx2053. But I have no dues with Zestmoney. I have paid all the EMI before due date. My last EMI dues on 5th Nov 2021 but I paid on 1st Oct 2021. Now Zest Money shows in CIBIL that Rs. 276.00 late payment. This dues impact in my CIBIL Score. Please remove the account from my CIBIL as soon as possible.

                I want to loge a complaint against Zestmoney and to be honest they are the biggest fraudsters, scammers and cheaters in India. My credit limit was 23000rs and I ve taken two loans of Amazon gift card voucher and for which I was paying respective emi's as well and last year June 2021 I lost my sister due to Covid and the same as been notified after some time to Zest money as well and that was one of my most heartbreaking days. still when things become better for me I have cleared my loans even before time I have foreclose my loans so that I can re-use my credit limit again but these fraudsters blocked my credit limit and this is seriously pathetic and I want to appeal to everyone who all are using Zest money app please don't pay their outstanding loan because they will block your credit limit when you clear your loan and don't even download this app

                  For the merchant i.e. Abuggy.com:

                  I want to cancel my order #1429AY
                  which has been placed on your website but the product has not been shipped yet and now I don't want to buy that product anymore as I've already got the same product via a different channel.

                  For the Zest:

                  The merchant where i used zest i e. Abuggy.com
                  Is not willing to provide me with the cancellation order email and they've blocked/restricted me on their social accounts namely instagram and Facebook.
                  They're not replying in form i.e. facebook, whatsapp, emails, calls or sms.

                  I had ordered ny order on 12th of February
                  And it is still unfulfilled that's why i wanted to cancel the order but they are not Letting me contact them at any way.

                  And the due date is on 5th of March but the product has not even been shipped yet and now I don't wish to get this product.

                  Please check all this and please cancel this loan effective immediately.

                          It's been more than 40 days since I am following up with Zestmoney for cancellation of Fraud Amazon Gift cards issued on my name.I have not availed single coupon.all coupon was delivered to fake Email id by Zestmoney.Now they are saying I have to repay the outstanding amount which is around Rs.164000.I have mailed Zestmoney so many time but they are just not responding.I registered my complaint with cyber crime but no outcome as of now.I don't know how to deal with stubborn of Zestmoney.I am thinking to go conser court.Because Zestmoney knows it's fraud transaction.

                              I've raised a ticket with your customer support team on this issue and haven't heard back from them (Ticket No. 1148707). Because of this captcha error in the aadhar linking screen im unable to avail the credit limit. I've been trying to do the same from past 3 days and the captcha always fail. I was asked to send an email to the [protected]@zestmoney.in email id with the screen recording of the issue, but haven't heard back from the customer support with any solution. Also the on call customer support blamed it on the aadhar kyc and said it is not fixable from Zest Money! This issue is happening inside a page within zestmoney not in the kyc form but the customer support is trying to escape the responsibility by lying on the call!

                                On 01 Feb 2022 a loan is generated autometically without my knowledge in two parts 50, 000 & 21, 000 and that amount is converted in Amazon gift card.

                                2. Then, I call to customer care regarding this issue, they tell me once the voucher generated then it will not be cancel and you have to redeem it.

                                3. And when I try to redeem I got to know that the voucher is already redimed by any unknown person.

                                4. A complaint is lodge by me of this to cyber cell and zest money. I had called too many time to zestmoney to know the details of redeemer but after long time on 15 Feb 2022 they give only name and emailid of reedemer. How I search to Redeemer. No detail o[censored]RL I want to know how this loan is generated.

                                5. So, I requist you to immediately deactivate my account and close that loan account

                                  I purchased a voucher of Amazon of 5000 from zest money on[protected].At that time I got a message that I will receive voucher code via email.but I didn't receive any emails till today.i contacted the helpdesk several times but I didn't receive any positive response. Now I should pay the loan back with getting the voucher code.pls do needful.my loan id is 2E6628A96D64.

                                        On 14/02/22 8:21 PM a loan of Rs. 3000 -/- was approved by zest money to shop from lifestyle offline store. But I have not received voucher code and pin yet from Zestmoney. Please provide me my voucher code and pin so that I can shop from lifestyle and use my 3000 loan.
