I, Pulkit Sharma mobile no. ([protected]) . I have checked my bank account statement this month and noticed that Igor double debited for emi this month with loan id- EA9495BEZ329. I have complaint about the same with ur department and ask them to refund my money but they ask me to share my bank statement .on doing so, they again ask me to send them my bank statement. This is so unprofessional on moneyzest company. By doing this, u r losing ur customers only .so I hereby asking to refund my money otherwise I will file a case in consumer court. I have attached my bank statement proof along with this complaint

    I've been paying my loans on time and never had any late payment. My next payment for loan id 63A6B5C2EE8E has a 373 INR late fee applied. this shouldn't be there as I haven't missed any payments. Please correct this.

      Hi, I had enrolled fro a clark university program from upgrad which started on December 31st, and in the first week of January I had some things at my family due to covid related issues due to which I had to cancel my plan of studying further, when I requested to not debit my EMI, the Upgrad says there isn't any policy of cancelling. The question at that time was why wasn't there a refund policy with upgrad if it's a recognised institution ? I urged and called up many times to upgrad to cancel my education with them but they are asking to either continue next time or take the course. I had then approached zestmoney but they are also not cancelling my EMI, and now I'm in a situation where I'm neither able to go to the course nor able to pay the EMI due to financial support which I have to give to my family. I would urge zestmoney to cancel my EMI.

        Hello. I paid all my dues on time. In Jan 2022, I unintentionally missed the due date and I got ECS charges deducted from my account on the very day of the due date. No grace period was provided. Also, I was charged heavily in the next coming weeks. I complaint about this to zestmoney care, and the response was very disappointing. My issue was not resolved at all. After that I got charged even more.

        I need that money to be refunded. As soon as possible, as I am highly stressed because of what happened to me. This is unfair and wrong.

          HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ZESTMONEY
          Used ZestMoney one time only and clear all the dues before due date (two months before) but from last two months (after clearing dues) daily I’m receiving text msgs and phone calls for payment reminders. I have sent lots of emails to zest money support team but they won’t stop this sms n calls, they are just ignoring by advised me to ignore this sms n phone calls, why should do that?

          Someone please look into this and do the needful asap.

                I had myself made a payment of Rs. 2, 161.11 today (i.e.,[protected] morning at 11:40 A.M towards the pending loan amount Rs. 15, 024. And in the evening while checking the bank account my account was again debited with Rs. 2, 161.11 EMI amount for the month, and the same was not getting reflected in my Zest money Account. As payment was received twice by them the same should be acknowledged which they have not so far. I either want a refund of the amount debited. Or else I want an acknowledgement for the Zest Money Team stating that they have received the payment twice that is: Rs. 2, 161.11 + 2, 161.11 = Rs. 4322.22. I won't be making the payment for EMI to them for the next month that is for the month of March, as my account got debited twice and also I did not give any permission to auto-debit from my bank account, I would request them to cancel the auto-debit feature and do the needful.

                I would like to attach the documents as an evidence to the aforementioned incident.

                  I already paid my EMI for this month. Which is about rs. 4217. But you also debited again the amount of 4217. So where I paid 4217, but instead you had taken 8434 for this month. I don't know why this was happening. Now I'm afraid about why gave you auto debit option. Pls clarify this as soon as possible.

                      I would like to report an issue with the payment of my EMI . My first EMI was due on 5th February . It was 8625 rupees. I made the payment yesterday i.e. on 4th February . So my first EMI was cleared. My second EMI was due on 5th March but I received an email from my bank that the amount which was due on 5th March was debited from my account . I would like you to look into this. The amount which I was supposed to pay on 5th March was auto debited on 5th February . I hope you will look into it and credit my account of the same amount .

                        Hi Zest Money Team,
                        For loan id 2CBB699A4824
                        However, i have not utilized/redeemed those vouchers and loan id is created for me by zest money.
                        I have contacted your team multiple times to cancel this loan as I m not purchasing anything from amazon right now but as per your team it will take 7 to 8 days for cancellation of this loan following loan vouchers are neither redeemed by me nor available as per amazon with them for redemption.
                        My customer id is[protected], [protected]@gmail.com. in my knowledge i have not requested for any amazon vouchers. If zest money is provided to me in my zest money account i am also not to utilize the right now.
                        So kindly check
                        1. vouchers are utilized by any person other than me.
                        2. Currently it is showing the date of EMI 5th Fe 2022 on what basis you are going to debit the amount from my account which is not even utilized/redeemed by me.
                        3. If the vouchers are utilized, where these are utilized for what purpose by whom?
                        4. If this is going to impact my cibil score than also you need to rectify this on urgent basis.
                        5. Please provide me the such details for moving to cyber crime cell.
                        6. Solve the queries at earliest as i am in afraid that I have to pursue this legally now.

                            Hello, I didn't took any loan from zestmoney but showing an outstanding balance of 39000 which I didn't even aware of. i approached for home loan and now it's on hold only because of this DMI finance(Zest Money) and I need NOC on an urgent basis as home loan is under hold and if it's get delayed will definitely approach Ncdrc against compensation for the extra interest levied for home loan because of low CIBIL score as per Zestmoney

                              I bought two products on flipkart using zestmoney with no cost emi. They are supposed to reimburse money cut as interest. On calling the customer care, they said you will not get the cashback and we will not be giving cashback in future either. They are literally marketing no cost emi as not adhering to it. We end up paying large amount of interest and zestmoney scams us by generating statements saying cashback paid, even though it doesn't reflect bank accounts.

                                  Want to report some kind of fraud is happening
                                  I took loan of amount 34000, my emi is 4198.73rs which is clearly mentioned in loan agreement i still have 7 days before due date
                                  But when last night I checked on zest app it shows more than 5000rs because due fees
