I had myself made a payment of Rs. 2, 161.11 today (i.e.,[protected] morning at 11:40 A.M towards the pending loan amount Rs. 15, 024. And in the evening while checking the bank account my account was again debited with Rs. 2, 161.11 EMI amount for the month, and the same was not getting reflected in my Zest money Account. As payment was received twice by them the same should be acknowledged which they have not so far. I either want a refund of the amount debited. Or else I want an acknowledgement for the Zest Money Team stating that they have received the payment twice that is: Rs. 2, 161.11 + 2, 161.11 = Rs. 4322.22. I won't be making the payment for EMI to them for the next month that is for the month of March, as my account got debited twice and also I did not give any permission to auto-debit from my bank account, I would request them to cancel the auto-debit feature and do the needful.
I would like to attach the documents as an evidence to the aforementioned incident.
