On 14/02/22 8:21 PM a loan of Rs. 3000 -/- was approved by zest money to shop from lifestyle offline store. But I have not received voucher code and pin yet from Zestmoney. Please provide me my voucher code and pin so that I can shop from lifestyle and use my 3000 loan.

    I tried to complete my kyc from 10days, daily I'm doing more than 10-15times, and I sent emails and screenshot and screen recording about the issues, but they are sending their link of kyc through message and mail, but nothing is working, if I call and complaint to the support team, they are keep telling it's a government portal problem, but another app I tried and I completed my kyc update, it's not a government programs, it's dhammm your technical support team problem, you should understand that and you resolve that problem zest money.

      Sir

      1. On 01 Feb 2022 a loan is generated autometically without my knowledge in two parts 50, 000 & 21, 000 and that amount is converted in Amazon gift card.

      2. Then, I call to customer care regarding this issue, they tell me once the voucher generated then it will not be cancel and you have to redeem it.

      3. And when I try to redeem I got to know that the voucher is already redimed by some one else

      4. A complaint is lodge by me of this to cyber cell and zest money. I had called too many time to zestmoney to know the details of redeemer but still they have no details of redeemer. Only they are giving more time 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Also requesting for senior call only one call is received on 7 Feb 22 but there is no solution received.

      5. So, I requist you to immediately deactivate my account and close that loan account.

        I have a approved loan of 18000 /- and requested amazone vouchers on 2022
        Feb 9. I got a email telling me that my voucher codes are ready. But when i log in into my zest money account and click that 'view voucher' option i'm getting a msg "your vouchers are ready. We will email the voucher codes and pin shortly". I'm trying from 5 days but i did not get email containing voucher codes yet. i have to buy something really urgent, it is been 5days I can't wait for zestmoney to give voucher code so I bought a product from Bajaj finance now, i want cancel loan application and I have contacted them via mail and call they are not even responding please do help

          They are not giving any update reagarding this update only reply wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs
          The same happened with me on 08/02/2022.
          I think, zest money is a fraud. They are generating loans fraudulently. We should boycott zestmoney

                    I was having a credit limit of 40, 000 rs, and I was offered personal loan of 60, 000 rs, when I accepted the personal loan offer, credit limit of 40, 000 rs was blocked and personal loan status been pending for more than 2 months now.

                    I tried to contact customer support several times and no response every time. If you are not approving personal loan, pls unblock credit limit of 40, 000 so that I can use them.

                    Pls look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                      Dear Team,

                      I am Roshan.N. My Registered Mobile number is [protected]. The thing is I'm paying all my dues genuinely without any late payment . I Have payed my Myntra loan ID (2320E63344A0) on 4th Feb 2022 . I have clicked on the payment link which you guys sent me on whatsapp named zest money collections. 724 rupees amount was deducted via razorpay but the thing is 0.78 paise amount is showing pending if I click to pay the amount it says error as please try again after some time. Now 250rs latepayment fee has been charged on my account which I shouldn't pay . I called to the customer care on the same day that is 4th Feb 2022 and reported the issue they said that they will wave off the amount and I kept following up for the same with your customer support but no one bothered to help me resolving the issue and provided me false commitments and information . Now today on 10th Feb 2022 I see my account is rejected and blocked more over I'm charged 250rs latepayment fee . I'm really pissed off right now with your pathetic services . Requesting you to remove my latepayment due and resume my account back. All the required screenshots I have attached with proof . Please resolve my issue

                        After activating Loan they will show repayment failure.
                        Loan is active but they never send amazon coupon
                        they will send only email.when we open the email it will show view vocuher.
                        if we click on voucher they will ask for setup repayment ..if we setup repayment method. it will decline all the time..
                        they cant even cancel the loan. we need to pay for doing nothing .
                        they are making better money by scamming common people like us

                              My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
                              My due date 5th for which i have given Rs 3996.34) of 2 Emis manually paid on 4th Feb 2022 and it shows successful credit has reflected to dash board on that time and on 5th Feb 2022 amount was auto debited of the rupees (3428.63 and 567.71)

                              If i approach Customer care, they are saying it is not updated in their system,
                              finally i submitted my bank statement, via email, They have not even responded to it yet,
                              Over phone, they said it will be adjusted for next month, even that has been happened since 5 days, also Refund status not yet replied

                                My Emi was Double Time Debited from my account
                                My emi for which i have given manually paid on 4th Feb 2022( Rs 3996.34) option then it shows successful and credit reflected to dash board, on 5th Feb 2022amount was auto debited again of two different emis of amounts 3428.63rs and 567.71rs.
                                If i approach Customer care, they are saying it is not updated in their system,
                                finally i submitted my bank statement, via email, They have not even responded to it yet,

                                      I had mailed you regarding my advance payment of two EMI amounting to Rs. 741.38 and Rs. 6225.44 against Loan Id: 43FFF9764F25 and 3439B9CE9464 respectively which were again auto-debited from my account on[protected] even after payment before due date. But, I didn't get any satisfactory assistance from your end.

                                      I was asked to reply to the mail if I want my EMI refund but it will only be processed after you receive confirmation from your bank. So, I asked to refund Rs. 6225.44 against Loan Id: 3439B9CE9464 as there is no pending amount left to be paid for adjustment of EMI against this particular Loan Id.

                                      I also asked to adjust EMI of Rs. 741.38 for Loan Id: 43FFF9764F25 to my next EMI.But, I haven't received any further reply from your end.

                                      Please look into the attached screenshots for any reference and initiate the refund of Rs. 6225.44 as early as possible.

                                        Worst app, it's totally fraud, worst customer service, I am already payed for 3 months EMI but it's not updated. It's too worst don't be download this app then this customer service give wrong commitments. So don't trust this app and customer service. This agents are collecte all details but no response.
