I wanted to file a complaint against ZESTMONEY. I had a loan account with them for upgrad platform. My account is being auto debited every month for EMI payment. I never till this moment failed in repaying my dues.
Zestmoney debited my account for EMI payment for the month of March 2021 as usually on 5th March. Again on 6th March my account is debited for EMI payment for the second time. Which means If had to pay 13623 once a month for 6 months, my account is now debited twice i.e., 27, 246/- for the month of march 2021.
I have called their customer care and they said that they will check with their account and will credit my amount within 5 working days.
Till then, how am I going to pay for all other dues which will be auto debited from my account???? Please help me!

    Not received NOC and Transunion cibil is not updated

    I need NOC for this DMI finance consumer loan: DMI[protected] which is reflecting on my TransUnion CIBIL report. I have taken this loan through ZestMoney. They are not reachable at all. They have not updated even my CIBIL report too. I need you to do both....

      I don’t even remember how many times I have discussed this query over chat with customer care representative but now I am unable to connect with any of the agent even after waiting an hour.

      I have done the settlement via WhatsApp agent (proof attached). In the beginning, staff were saying that the settlement will show in zest money dashboard within 2-3 working days but now they are saying it will take 10 more days! And that too have passed now. Almost a month has passed but I am still facing issues even after doing settlement. And even WhatsApp agent is unresponsive.

      It is regarding my ZestMoney Loan ID: F26AD83809A0 which was supposed to be closed at the moment since I completed the settlement of this account on 1/29/2021 (proof attached). The customer service agent said that this will be done within 2 business days and it never happened.

      Even after the settlement, the EMI was processed and thus I had to pay the EMI NACH charges (proof attached), which shouldn’t have happened after 7 days of my settlement process.

      I did contact customer service agent via zestmoney dashboard chat feature 4 times in total and they all said it will be done within 2 days but still I am unable to see any change.

      All customer service representative assured me that my request of settlement was legit and it was indeed in process but still no action was taken as per the promised time.

      I am receiving reminder calls and messages for EMI payments and even nach is being deducted. (Proof attached) Do I have to get a negative impact on my cibil score even after the settlement of loan? This is Unacceptable!

      I am hoping that this mail finally allows me to get the settlement assurance. Waiting for your earliest response.

      I have received mail but all they are saying is that I have to wait for their next update.

      Also, I have been charged 4 NACH fees after my settlement was done. This is completely unacceptable and I would like to get the charges reimbursed.

        Even after mailing multiple times that my zest account is closed and even informing them over phone calls still i am getting regular calls from Zestmoney they are harrasing me

        While mail they always confirmed that your account is closed we have updated your cibil and you will no receive any further calls from us but on the other hand they still calls for collection.

          I contacted Zest money customer support team in Jan 21 for some overdue payment for a very old loan which i was unaware that it was due. I made the outstand payment of INR 1315 and share the snapshot of the same with the executive. I requested them to share the NOC as there was an incorrect and dual entry of the loan in my CIBIL which was impact my home loan processing. The executive said that once the balance amount is received the loan will be auto closed and and i will be provided with the NOC.

          I have followed up on mail and phone multiple times yet no person in your team has helped. In fact now from last 15-20 days there is no response from any one in the team. I have followed your escalation matrix and sent mails to Bhavya and also the nodal officer still no response. I am being harassed here and suffering at the hands of your organization

              I am really freaked out from this company. Their two loans of inr 200 and 100 are showing up as outstanding on behalf of Incred in my cibil which cause my cibil fropped atleast by 100 points and now having issues in getting home loan.

              Due to their carelessness I have to suffer a lot. I AM CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOWING UP WITH THEM AND THEY ARW NOT GIVING ANY RESOLUTION AND NOW EVEN STOPPED REPLYING MY EMAILS.
              HAVE ALREADY SHARED CIBIL REPORT IN JAN 01 ITSELF.
              AS a customer and consumer who shall be held responsible for all mental trauma and losses incurred due to their mistakes in my cibil.

                  Dear sir,

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I have availed the student loan from Zest Money on 21/09/20. Now I came to know that my daughter's classes are blocked by the Cuemath. After enquiry, I am informed by the Cuemath executive that as my EMI is not cleared for the current month, therefore it has blocked the classes. Whether the Zest Money has paid the full loan amount to Cuemath or not? if paid then how come the Cuemath has blocked my daughter's classes. On what capacity the Cuemath is asking me to pay the EMI to Zest Money as I have taken loan from the Zest Money. Only it is responsible for collecting the EMI from me. If I have failed to pay the EMI for any reason then I am also levied the penalties by the Zest Money and it is imposing some interest also.

                  Note:1. The Cuemath should clarify me whether Zest Money has paid my loan amount to Clue Math or not?

                  2. If paid, then how much amount was paid to Cuemath and on which date,

                  3. On which capacity the Cuemath is asking me to pay the EMI to Zest Money.

                  4. The loan agreement was signed between me and the Zest Money, then how come the Cuemath is interfering in the loan matter.

                  5. Has Zest Money authorized Cuemath to act on behalf of it and collect the EMI from customers

                  6. Kindly share the loan transaction details (paid to Cuemath)

                  The Cuemath should provide a reply on the above points in return mail as soon as possible, because I will be filing a Consumer Case against the Cue Math and Zest Money for cheating me in this regard.

                      I applied for a loan amount of Rs.3048 and I received the product in October, 2020. From when I took that loan for the products from XiaomilogisticsInLts, but no payment option is taking, amount showing 0.
                      This was mentally harassing me and taking me down. Before this problem, same problem arised in loan taken for the products in Flipkart and they resolved and I paid amount Rs.3070 with interest total Rs.3106. But now they aren't looking into this, which I took loan Rs. 3048.

                      I was asking every time for resolution and they always promise that they will call me back and they will not call and everytime when I call, they ask the problem and I should explain again and again and they ask for time for resolution. From about 4 months, this was repeating.
                      I just want to pay my Loan amount and clear the CIBIL score, but they are not giving option from the day I took loan.
                      I have the proofs of requesting them for the resolution of my problem. From first day of taking my loan and I mailed my problem many times. Those screenshots of emails and screenshots, screen recorded video of loan are attached.
                      In case, resolution was not given in next 1 month, definitely as per the guidance of my law friend I'll go for the compensation for mental harassment. Hope that would not happen.

                            They are calling me multiple times for the loan taken, before that i have told them that its taken for a course and i have not attended the course as i have multiple issues with the training company intellipaat, i have explained numerous times to zest team that there is a issue to be addressed with the training team but they only follow up on money payments, being a finance company its their job to do, but there is no process or set up where a user grievance can be addressed, they have a poor customer service who just call for money, the course that i enrolled is utterly a flop which i dint attend a single class and it was cancelled, both the parties are not in liaison on the changes happened in the course. and they end up torturing customers by just calling. i request and plead to support me to solve this case

                                    I am sumit singh from vapi gujarat. I had a loan from zest money in may 2019 & my pan GMVPS6689N. After foreclosure of my loan with zest money on DEC 2020, zest money is not providing the noc after lots of requests through proper channel. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my noc at the earliest.

                                      I applied for my NOC on 12 oct 2020.But zestmoney is not provided my NOC till. Just because of this issue I didn't get my home loan from another bank.and also the CIBIL of my closed loan is not updated yet.
