First of all I have not applied for loan on zest money still it is showing that the loan is disbursed of amount 16000/- with 6 Months EMI plan.
and the amount for first installment is Rs.2800/- and balance debited Rs3578/- and still 2800/- pending bill is showing in the account and want clear solution closure of the loan and still they are trying to debit more amount from my account.

      Hi, my registered mail id is kiran.s.[protected]@gmail.com, I am really fedup with zest money for my refund even after providing all requirements documents there is no response from there end.and when I called there customer care number then they always ask me to wait for 24 -48 hrs which will never come.

      Pls help as required all documents is attached

        My emi for 1552 is due on 5 Feb ...I have sufficient balance in my account but it's not deducted but bouncing charges are showing in my account ...
        Now on day 6 Feb it's showing your emi is overdue and pay now option is not available in application ...plzz resolve this issue bcoz cbil is important for me ...

            My EMI of 3150 was due on 29/01/2021, when I tried to pay it on the due date using the app it did not allow me to pay saying that auto debit is in progress. I had sufficient balance in my account. When I checked it the next day it was saying that my EMI is overdue but it was still not allowing me to pay as auto debit was in progress. I contacted zest through call and mail and they assured me that no late fine will be charged and my credit score will not be affected. They did not let me pay nor did they auto debit my EMI for the next few days. When I checked on 03/02/2021 I found that the EMI was not debited and auto debit was not in progress. I immediately tried to pay and found that they were levying 250 rupees late fine with the EMI. I paid the whole amount including the fine as I did not want to be more late. I am very disappointed with the service of ZestMoney and demand that they return my late fine back to my account as it was not my fault (I have paid all my previous EMIs before due date). I also want to know if my credit score is going to be affected for this and if there is anything that can be done to fix this.

              I am communicating the same since one month, even if all the loan amount was closed on time you are not issuing the requested NOC documents. I have no other way than going to consumer redressel forum for getting my closed loans NOCs. My housing Loan is on rejection stage because of not getting the 2 closed loans NOCs from your side. Please provide the same at the earliest.

              Even if the loans are marked as closed in my Zestmoney account what is the issue in providing my NOCs? If you are unable to provide me NOC specifically for closed loan accounts. PLEASE PROVIDE A LETTER STATING THAT I HAVE NO DUES WITH DMI FINANCE & INCED AND ALL MY LOAN ACCOUNTS ARE CLOSED.

              The same is also not updated as closed on cibil i have communicated the same several times to your end and now in cibil an additional loan account is being shown which i have not availed. After the last communication to you people i was expecting for proper update on cibil the cibil got updated today and my closed acoounts with other financial institutions are properly updated exept yours even now updates in cibil from your end are getting more worse.The details provide by zestmoney to cibil are completely wrong and not yet updated and resolved hence i am moving legally to consumer redressel forum with the copy of communications send to you and cibil report indicating wrong updates on cibil by DMI finance.

              If i did not get the NOCs for the same even after this communication, i am on a stage to move forward for the wrong cibil updates same legally, since yoir executives are telling petty issue that they cannot provide NOC because the loan closing details are not updated in cibil. Am i the person to report the loan as closed on time? Is it my fault?

                    I have had issues with the collection team at zest money on a public holiday such as 26th January I have received no less than 7 calls from them. I know I have been late in payments but even after telling them I will be making payments they have continued to harrass me with collection calls.

                      Mera 3 years se zestmoney me account he...or mene mera sara account close karvaye or 1 accout me ne preclose karva diya he or pending amount ko with intrest mene 30 day ago pay kar diya he 30 day se me regular mail or call pe bat kar raha hu ki mere cibil me update karie but vo her bar wrong information dete he update karne ki vaja vo mere overdue increase kar rahe he jab ki mera koi overdue nahi he.or mere cibil 77000 something ki loan show kar rahe he jab ki vo loan 11000 ki thi or ek 23000 ki show kar rahe ho vo loan only 3700 ki thi...mene home loan ke liye apply kiya he 1 month ago usme mere ko bahot problem aa rahi he ye cheez mene boli but abhi tak kus solution ahi mila.

                          I never applied for a voucher code of 17466
                          And now I got a message that your loan approved.
                          I immediately call to customer care that this loan is not taken by me they telling me that used voucher canoot be cancel.

                                      I had booked a flight ticket on yatra but booking failed and i didnt get any ticket but they start taking emi, every time i call they used to tell we genrat one complaint ticket u will solve ur problem from last 3 month
