I paid off my all dues anount but CIBIL score is not updated. This fraud from your side. You took processing fee for hassle free servises but not do so. So i deleted your apps and services.

              When I generated my credit score in Cibil it's showing that I have a Consumer Loan behalf of DMI FINANCE with loan No- DMI[protected], of Rs.1, 98, 000/- which is unaware about that. These Frauds are using my account and took loan. And it is showing that Overdue of Rs.210/- and current balance is Rs.3, 748/-. Resolve my issue ASAP otherwise I will take legal action against this.

              We would like to confirm that Account DMI[protected] is the parent ID for Zest Money from DMI (Lender). DMI has changed its reporting structure recently to credit line reporting. Hence, the eligible line of credit has been shown on your CIBIL report.

              Due to this, the current balance will show as Rs.1 which means the credit line is active but the loan is closed in parent ID. Please be assured that this will not affect your CIBIL score. However, we can close the credit line based on your request. Please note that once the credit line is closed, then you may not be able avail any loans in the future from DMI.

              And with reference to the overdue amount and current balance, we request you to share the latest CIBIL report along with the password if any so that our team may check and get the correction done by writing to us at [protected]@zestmoney.in

                  I had pre-closed the loan accounts, details of which are not updated in the CIBIL report. Moreover, they have charged for the amount past the due date. The accounts are 6 months and 12 months old after closing.
                  I have exchanged multiple emails with them, RBI, NBFC. All are putting the blame on each other and yet my credit report keeps decreasing.

                    On Dec 15th, I got an approved loan of 49k and for 15 days I made around 25 calls to zest money. Everytime, I was promised all the process is done and the loan amount will be credited with in 24 hours. For 15 days, I have submitted 7 Same NACH signed copy documents, everytime I was assured it will be credited. Suddenly, one day entire thing for disappeared.it was applied for a medical emergency and it was conned for 15 days and pressured to share the same document again and again. I demand an explanation.This type of scam and fake process should be stopped. I have copies of all the emails and all 25 call recordings in which the agents promised everytime it will be credited within 24 hours. I have also filed in the consumer case online registration.

                          I paid my EMI much before the due date, but zest money always tried to auto debit due to which bank has charged me ECS charges. I reached their customer care but they are so pathetic asking me to send the bank statement. Please I help me go get my money back. Worst zest money looting ppl.

                            Hi manish rai this side.
                            I have complaint against zest money and dmi finance scam.. i already paid my all loans before due date but when i check in my cibil score its showing pending amount then again i cleared all the amount still showing the same and now showing am taken 71000 rupee consumer loan. Which is not correct

                              I ordered mobileb in Xiaomi through zest money with EMI option and I paid whole amount which is 9999 rupees. But Mi cancelled the order and refund was processed. And amout was refunded.

                              Many working day was gone of which I have been waiting for my refund from your team.and finally I raised complaint against refund through zest customer care number #417293 for refund delay. And finally customer care number also starred holding my number to wait prolonged time and not attending. I have sent many mails but still saying wait patiently. Exhausted

                                Dear Sir/Madam i already complain about many times that i have paid for all my loan accounts but you didn't close my account.they are in active status till now.when i check my cibil they show active.in last complaint you give me a reply that current balance is 1 because, if you will do it zero then my zest money account will be Closed or unoperatable. then i says to proceed any close the account. after reaching to so many times to zest money on mails there is no solution

                                  I had account with Zest money long ago number [protected]. It deactivated long ago.no any deal with zest money now. But there is active account in my CIBIL report DMI[protected] As active.it is fraud activities from zest money. So close and remove all credit account from my Records, otherwise I shall file legal action against company. Ok

                                    I have no loans of this amount but in my CIBIL report this loans are showing active.I have never taken any loans of this amount.I don't know how this amount is not showing active in my CIBIL report.This is a wrong update.This loan account not mine. Four loans are showing active in my CIBIL report.
                                    For your wrong update my CIBIL report showing bad.and my loan application rejected.Please remove this loan account from CIBIL as soon as possible. Otherwise I have to take legal action against moneywish and zest money. Please remove loans from my CIBIL report.

                                      Completed two loans from zestmoney and they aren't reporting the same with the credit bureau's. even after reporting them they are not resolving.

                                      as a result they are showing as active loan in my cibil report and unable to get another loan from other lending providers.

                                        I am totally broken due to loss of my business (you can validate in CIBIL - regarding my debts and creditcard outstanding amount)

                                        I ordered mobileb in Xiaomi through zest money with EMI option and I paid whole amount which is 9999 rupees. But Mi cancelled the order and refund was processed. And amout was refunded.

                                        Many working day was gone of which I have been waiting for my refund from your team.and finally I raised complaint against refund through zest customer care number #417293 for refund delay. And finally customer care number also starred holding my number to wait prolonged time and not attending. I have sent many mails but still saying wait patiently. Exhausted
