I have cleared all the loans but these people are not providing NOC . And Customer service is pathetic, each individual taking the call knows only to say I understand n sorry .. but not the resolution. Worst experience. One person said he will provide me a mail confirmation of clearing all my loan but have not received any mail . They are cheating customers by putting unnecessary overdue n playing around with our CIBIL score as they want . Very worst company I have ever seen .
Never take any loan from this cheater company .

      There is an late fees applied of rs.350 on my loan account 78DC22170717 i was unable to pay the amount due to i lost my mobile and my mobile number got de activated due a lomg treatment in hospital for covid i can also submit proof if required being a very responsible emi payer from such long time this is not acceptable for me under this circumstance please remove my late fees so that i can preclose the loan

          I was booked ticket in December from MakeMyTrip and I was paid emi due to corona pandemic situation airline cancelled the ticket and they provided refund to zestmoney and zest money processed my refund before 2 month but still I didn't received my refund very bad customer service customer care executive only said you got Refund within 7 day when I'm asking for Refund now 2 month doned but still waiting for Refund.
          Pls provide me refund as soon as possible

          ZestMoney has unprofessional service and approach, customer care people are totally useless and there is no escalation matrix. I booked a hotel from MakeMyTrip on 3rd September 2022 using the pay later option from zest money opted for EMIs and later canceled the same. MakeMyTrip refunded the amount to ZestMoney on the 6th of September 2022. But then also they deducted EMI from my linked bank account and now I have been trying to get this resolved through emails, calls but they neither revert nor they are providing any help. MakeMyTrip is saying ZestMoney need to help and ZestMoney says they cannot help. Wanted to add here the bank has confirmed that it is ZestMoney who is taking the EMIs. Please beware.

            I had 8 loans from zest money my loan account number(CUSTOMER ID[protected] is, Loan Amount 8490 Order ID - C15902809CA9 Loan Amt 9000 Order ID-37133DEDOB85Loan Amount 10000 Order ID -315AAD5D9CB4
            Loan Amount 3999 Order ID-1019047E7431Loan Amount 6136 Order ID-E321DADAPT26Loan Amount 11315 Order ID-010137C33M34Loan Amount 3449 Order ID[protected]D714Loan Amount 6900 Order ID-CE[protected]D. I paid off ALL loan on time. Now Zest money is not providing the NOC after lots of requests through proper channel. There is not a single default or late payment. Please do the needful for my NOC at the earliest.

              Regarding improper response and settlement

              Hi All,

              I was in contact with the zest money team regarding my settlement of loan. I even received the link to pay on whatsapp but amount was mismatch. I emailed zest money to send me the right link. But I didn't received any response. I again emailed them, then I got a response that our team will get back to me but I didn't get one. I have received many links to pay and then I got a different link to pay for the same amount...

              Zest money tried to deduct extra EMI from my account and overcharged me. They have also added a fake moratorium in my loan which I have never applied. They are not following any RBI guidelines and having no ethics. Worst loan experience ever.

                Hello,

                I dont having any loans in zest money and i have cleared all payments on or before due dates.

                Recently when i checked my credit score and history, i was shocked to find my score got reduced due to wrong report given by the consumer loan, mentioned as dmifinance (1 account)

                From past 4 months i am written continuous emails to zestmoney.com & @zestmoney.com with complete details & i have zest &dmi finance many times but they are not able to solve the issue still in my cibil report the account is showing as active

                Requesting to resolve this matter at the earliest, as this impacts my crebil report is going down

I have no emi's are pending till now... but the loan account currently active in my cibil score report... this reports are affected cibil scores... so kindly take necessary action and closed the account immediately...                         I have closed my all loans with zestmoney on 4/11/2019. While doing my bank procedure I came to know that there are two active loans on my name from zestmoney.
                        One is of 5027 rs which is taken by me and also paid off. Still it's showing as due. It's affecting my cibil very badly and there is no any response from zestmoney on my complain.

                        One other loan of amount 20623 rs which is not even taken by me. Is also showing as due for payment. I have not even applied for such loan amount in zestmoney. Still it's showing on my name really cheap service.

                              I have not applied any loan from zest money actually i was asking them procedure and made account on zest money and they give me limit of 10000 mow i checked my cibil score its 1..
                              And showing s loan of ghalla consumer loan which is zest money kindly correct this error zest money is the worst company how loan is showing on zest money named ghalla consumer loan.                                 I have take a loan for Mar 2020 your zest money with Amazon on Rs14376. This 14376 amount i was converted in 12 months.But I have foreclosure in your zest money full amount in August 2020.zest money is not providing the (NOC) after lots of requests through proper channel.                                 We would like to confirm that Account DMI[protected] is the parent ID for Zest Money from DMI (Lender). DMI has changed its reporting structure recently to credit line reporting. Hence, the eligible line of credit has been shown on your CIBIL report.

                                Due to this, the current balance will show as Rs.1 which means the credit line is active but the loan is closed in parent ID. Please be assured that this will not affect your CIBIL score. However, we can close the credit line based on your request. Please note that once the credit line is closed, then you may not be able avail any loans in the future from DMI.

                                We have also reverted to you for the case id 05050167 on Jan 8, 2021 regarding the your NOC request.

                                  I have taken consumer loan (Account No.: DMI[protected]) from DMI Finance through Zest Money on[protected] for rupees 8924/- to check if this is real. Though everything is cleared with all outstanding amount yet till today they are not interested to provide NOC and haven’t updated / reported to CIBIL by which I have a major drop over the CIBIL Score. I have contacted and emailed to zest money numerous times since 3 months but no proper response even from a higher management. One of the worst experiences I have ever got from the Consumer point of view and I regret to trial this sort of Loan process.

                                    I have never taken any loan from Zest money /ghalla But I was checking my Cibil score and I see there is company name Ghalla registered a complaint about my profile saying I had taken loan but I didn't.

                                      I Ajitav Jena mistakely generated the voucher codes for flipkart orders on[protected]. & now it is showing I need to pay EMI on next month. please cancel these voucher codes. I dont want to buy anything right now and have not bought anything yet.
