This is truly frustrating! Seems your team is pretending but not acting to resolve my cashback issue
This is a serious matter of disappointment that every executive from zestmoney is pretending to understand the issue w. R. T my edu loan 41ut18q8as2u however action is totally deviated from the expected request.
Inspite of my 9th reminder and folowup from last 1.5 month and calls and explain the issue to your support and finance team or by calling to your customer care executive but all seems duck and incompetent with no brain of what i am asking, no one is able to understand and resolve the issue.
This is the again i am writing it to you that based on my discussion, your support/finance team was supposed to pay my cashback for previous 5 pending month starting from april till august 2019. However, i can only see the cashback amount which is credited this month (Cashback with reference number n[protected]is just for 2190 which is only for current month i. E. For aug2019).
Therefore, please confirm that when can i expect the rest pending cashback for previous month (April, may june and july 2019) amount of 2190*4=inr 8760?
Not sure how many times i have to say or explain it to you that transaction of ref. No: n[protected] is just amount of inr 2190/- which is just the cashback amount for current month i. E. Aug'19 month.
Its been the highest degree of ignorance from both customer care and finance team of zest money.
Could you please escalate the issue and give me a call back incase still my point of view and query is not clear to you/your team.
Please note if not resolve in next one week, i will log complain in consumer forum against you. Give me a call back if you have any queries.
