This complain is regarding my emi that was due on 26th august for 282 on loan id 78dc2217077 which i was unable to pay due my phn broke down and i was out of my town which made me unable to pay it on time and when i saw after coming back there is a late fees applied on this which is very unfair to me.. Iam a punctual repayer of loan and this is unacceptable.. Request you to kindly remove the fees so that i can pay the amount.

    Sir,

    I have not taken any loan but showing in my cibil score. I went to icici bank and confirmed that one consumer loan is pending with (Camden town technologies pvt ltd) ghalla/zestmoney. I have never signed on any document for taking such a loan. I have not received any item/amount in my account. Even i have not received any mail/message communication. I think it happened by mistake from your side/galla/zestmoney.

    After several inquiries i had to file ecs mandate form at icici bank for stopping auto debit from my account.

    I wrote a mail to [protected]@zestmoney.in, [protected]@zestmoney.in & [protected]@zestmoney.in (Zestmoney/galla/camden technologies) for resolving this issue. They said there is a loan/voucher redemption pending with amazon.

    I have also forwarded the same mail to amazon ([protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com) and taken mail confirmation that there is no such loans taken/pending from amazon. Iam continuously raising disputes on cibil but closing by saying "no change-please get intouch with ghalla and[protected] for required correction" all images attached for your reference.

    I request you to please close my pending loans & clear my cibil score immediately.
    Else suggest me for alternate solution. Iam raising somany disputes on cibil websites but they are closing without resolving my issue.

    I have all proofs with me on mail but iam unable to attach the same here due to format not supporting.

    If you need more information please let me know immediately.

    Dear Team,

    Please close my issue immediately. I have been writing you mail from past 20 days. After your mail i have taken mail confirmation from amazon that there is no loans on my name. I have share the same to you also. even after giving complete information why you are not responding. I have received a call on 11-Sep-2019 from just money & shared everything in detailed. If you need more information better send your team to my home or office for speed inquiry. Simply you are escaping from your side but cibil team is showing everything.
    Please close my issue immediately.

        I have taken 2 loans from Zest money one in the month of August 2018 which i have cleared by Feb 2019. And other in the month of October 2018 which will be cleared by October 2019. I have paid all EMI's in time, In fact even before the due date but my repayment details with CIBIL are updated only up to the month of Dec-2018. Because of that while I am checking my CIBIL score outstanding amount is showing at higher value, even though 90% of the loan is cleared it is showing much lesser amount as paid. I have wrote many complaints to customer care from the past 3 months but the issue is not resolved yet.

            I booked a ticket from make my trip on emi through zest money. But at the time of booking the amount is stuck in payment gateway and then i never receive booking id or any type of message from make my trip. When i talk to make trip agent they tell they are unable to help me to talk to zest money. I daily talk to zest money agent they suggest wait for 48 hours 72 hours. But till now there is solution for this matter.

              We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan. We will forward your request and inform you of the status of the cancellation once we receive an update from Merchant.

              Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it cannot be canceled.

              I haven’t purchased any products.but one SMS came today that your emi loan amount is rs 2000 and above is due date is on 13/09/2019. This is my complaint. Please do the need full thing

                  I have made a no. of requests to change my bank account details in the portal so that I can pay my EMI and receive the cashback as my previous account has been closed and I do not have any bank account closure copy which I have already told them.
                  Everytime I have been asked to share the new bank details and was told by the customer care that it will be updated within 3 days but now it has been more than 2 months. I have already shared the latest bank details and payslips multiple times and you everytime give me some silly reasons that there is some technical issue, payslips of all the months should be in one consolidate pdf, account is not being accepted by the system, etc. etc.

                  If you are not able to change the bank account details at least tell me the procedure how can I get my cashback which I receive after paying the EMI.

                  Request you to address this asap as I need to pay my EMI.

                  Same thing happened to me they are not updating my accounts I’m trying since couple of months

                    I have taken the loan rs 38000 rs for 24 month emi rs 2009 and every month i was paying emi. Past 4 to 5 month i was facing financial problem. Till that i paid the emi with late payment interest. Now i requesting them to preclose my account by paying rs 10000 and requesting for wave off the rs 8024. But they are not agree. Because i can't able to pay full amount. I was facing lot problem. Please accept my request solve this issue.

                      I have applied for a Personal Loan of 20000/- on 22nd August. Loan was activated on 25th. But till date loan amount not credited in my bank account. Pathetic service from Zest Money. People need loan in urgency, but they are not taking care of their customer. No fruitful reply given by their customer care. If my problem will not solved within 24 hours, I will knock the door of consumer forum.

                        This is truly frustrating! Seems your team is pretending but not acting to resolve my cashback issue

                        This is a serious matter of disappointment that every executive from zestmoney is pretending to understand the issue w. R. T my edu loan 41ut18q8as2u however action is totally deviated from the expected request.

                        Inspite of my 9th reminder and folowup from last 1.5 month and calls and explain the issue to your support and finance team or by calling to your customer care executive but all seems duck and incompetent with no brain of what i am asking, no one is able to understand and resolve the issue.

                        This is the again i am writing it to you that based on my discussion, your support/finance team was supposed to pay my cashback for previous 5 pending month starting from april till august 2019. However, i can only see the cashback amount which is credited this month (Cashback with reference number n[protected]is just for 2190 which is only for current month i. E. For aug2019).

                        Therefore, please confirm that when can i expect the rest pending cashback for previous month (April, may june and july 2019) amount of 2190*4=inr 8760?

                        Not sure how many times i have to say or explain it to you that transaction of ref. No: n[protected] is just amount of inr 2190/- which is just the cashback amount for current month i. E. Aug'19 month.

                        Its been the highest degree of ignorance from both customer care and finance team of zest money.

                        Could you please escalate the issue and give me a call back incase still my point of view and query is not clear to you/your team.

                        Please note if not resolve in next one week, i will log complain in consumer forum against you. Give me a call back if you have any queries.

                          Hi, I tried ordering a laptop from flipkart using zest vouchers and my credit card. The amount was deducted but the order wasn't successful. Please cancel the vouchers if they have been redeemed. I wasn't able to redeem but I see the EMI has started. Does the voucher generation starts the EMI? Will i be able to use these vouchers when i reorder the laptop?

                            But, e-cs activated to my account.. Emi auto debit first emi

                            Pls consult revoucher send to me or loan was cancel them.9500₹ big amount me. Your customer care not responsible to me..

                                I had applied for rs 32000 loan due to some emergency and it was approved next day on 19 th aug 2019. Loan order no. Order id: e2b8fd214bb4, i got as message of approval in two hours and emi tab is also showing the same. Since then its been 4 days i have been tried to following up on daily for loan disbursement. Contact numbers are not working i am in urgent need, i want a final solution for this. My emi and interest has started 4 days back but loan has not even been disbursed. Do the needful.

                                I had taken an educational loan from Zest in december 2018. i repaid same in april 2019. but still in august 2019 it is showing active. this has affected my crisil score and banks are not offering me the loan as well as the credit cards. this has given me a loss finanically.
                                I have cleared all my due on and before my due without any late payments but i can see there is late payments on my equifax

                                which is impacting on my credit score because of your poor service

                                  im just signup and completed zest money app for loan purpose .but without buying anything it ask me to sign in nach form and uploded .
                                  then i checked in app it shows u got a voucher from urbanlader for 5000rs and
                                  for 1000rs u have to use it within one year. they given voucher of their own choice. then they started to deduct loan amount on my account 727 my emi for 9 months. they deducted my emi in my account. then i spoke with zest money customer care that i cant purchase anything of your own choice kindly close my loan account . but they doesn't respond properly. they said the generated voucher cannot be closed and it will be valid for 1 yr .
                                  they keep on calling me to pay next emi daily i get calls. then i cancelled my nach mandate from my bank. then they threatening me to pay emi every month and saying that we will send the police to ur home to solve this issue.
                                  then i spoke with zestmoney office and say that i have not purchased anything from zest money im not going to pay anything till im not used any voucher from ur company how can i pay emi for not purchasing any product.

                                  my question is without purchasing any product how can you guys debit emi from customers.

                                  then finally zestmoney updated 100% late payment and over due in my cibil.
                                  in my cibile score they updated.
                                  i have attached screen shoot of my cibile reflected by zest money in the name of dmi finance ltd emi of 727.

                                  i need to clear this issues soon because they affected my cibil score

                                    I have taken a mobile loan from zestmoney but my cibil has 3 active accounts:
                                    2 in the name of zestmoney & 1 in name of ghalla. Despite paying mothly installments the status on cibil website is showing "due past 180 days" which is totally incorrect & this has adverse effect on my cibil score & my financial reputation.
                                    Kindly take strict action against this at the earliest

                                        Hi, i requested zestmoney for cancelation of my loan. I haven't purchased any item, but amount is debited from my bank account. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I would like to move to consumer court regarding this issue. I haven't buyed any goods .
