I have been harrassed by your collections employees. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Your employees are calling me 30 to 40 times in a day continously. I am not even able to use my phone and I think you should hire employees who are educated and have manners.
They don't know how to speak. They are arguing and talk like as if I have taken money from them.
I want to raise a complaint against this female Shivani Singh from the collections team.
I have a recording too of her calls. She is the most mannerless female I have come in contact with.
I have been a loyal customer with zest. I have always paid my loans on time. It was just from past these 3 months I was facing problems Cox I lost my job and this female and your other collections employees have been harassing me and my family. They are calling my mother who is a cancer patient.

I will pray to God that this female Shivani Singh and your company suffer so many losses and your company gets shut down.
I want the RBI link to be sent. I want to file a complaint against your company.

Address my issue asap and send me the link. I am going to take this to the consumer court.

As per the agreement with Zest Money, i was supposed to get EMI Cashback within 7 days of EMI. I am not getting the EMI interest returns in the form of cashback for the last 2 Months.

Hence, as this is a regular issue from Zest Money, I will not be able to pay EMI from next month onwards.

Kindly take action on this fraud.

Hi my name is akshay hirani and i purchased mobile through reliance digital on july 2022 at that time 10 percent cashback offer through zestmoney, order amount is 28999 rs also emi closed in November 2022 and till this date already 5.5 months crossed but my offer cashback amount 2899 not received I already contacted customer care more then 50 times also raised 30 requests but zestmoney didn’t support to me or any customer. I have purchased an online course few years back through zest money finance but later I cancelled my subscription within cancellation period. Not a single EMI got generated.
But I have an overdue EMI of Rs 3750 and the same loan shows Overall Amount Overdue as Rs 22500. Please check the snapshot.

Its been 1.5 month i have done my emi payment. i dint get my cash back their customer executive will keep on giving false promises and dates but its been 1.5 months waiting for cashback.

My dues were paid off on 16th march 2023 with due amount plus interest levied but still my account was debited with 14000 Rs. My total due amount was around 40000 i paid around[protected] on interest and then my account is being charged for 14000 Rs after a month. And they are saying this is non refundable Amount .

I have bought a portronics projector for 29, 000/- from their site using 3 month EMI Zest money 10% cashback offer. As of March 5 2023, I have paid my dues and the EMI is closed. I have actually paid all the EMIs way before the due date. I still haven't received the 10% cashback from Zest as promised. I've been mailing to their support system, grievance mail, and they're not responding. Meanwhile i'm getting calls from zest employees to utilise more of their loans at an interest. But no one is caring about the cashback i'm supposed to get. It's been two months, and i still have no information regarding the cashback.

Loan ID FD6A747C736A which was closed in September 2022.
After numerous reminders to Zest Money the NACH mandate was not being closed after almost 6 months of clearing the loan amount.

Now, a hefty amount from my savings account got deducted for reasons unknown. When asked to
CAMDEN TOWN TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, they have replied that this is some old pending charges.
So when I cleared my loan, why wasn't this charge levied then. I have clearence mail from them saying that the amount is now clear .Total Rs 9300 got deducted from my account, now they are saying that this is not refundable.we can't do anything

I have not received cashback from last two months and I called the customer support and they are saying we will proceed within 7 working days but nothing such as of now

I already paid my EMI on 13th April 2023,
But same EMI amount auto debited from my account.
Please refund my money immediately and also provide me my cash-back amount for the Emi.

[protected]. my email ID - [protected]@gmail.com, I had booked a Headphone in Myntra App and Applied to Zest Money Loan, and Later cancelled the order and loan, product had not delivered to me and the loan has been cancelled in zest money app, but loan in showing as negtive in cibil and my cibil score has dropped 607, i have been writing emails and calling zest money customer care many times but they have not resolved this issue. Kindly request you to take action against this company.

After paying regularly Emi's on time, However haven't received the interest cashback yet of ₹ 1, 510 for the previous month after the Repayment ₹22, 447.00.

The interest cashback of ₹1, 510 is still pending even after more than 70 days now after the repayment. And again in this month again didn't receive receive the The interest cashback for the month of April for ₹ 1025.

Even after multiple calls to customer care number, and over Customer care chat bot, No action has been taken to address to my concern by the customer support.

Receiving the same verbiage again and again week after week.

Request you to look into this matter and help me out to resolve the issue.

I purchased a Iphone from zest money with no cost EMI, and according to zestmoney i have to pay the interest with the EMI but I will get the cashback for the same, I paid the EMI on first of March and today is april 11 and even today there is no resolution no cashback received till yet.

i will never pay any emi amount any i will take legal action from this company and policy also.

Worst experience so far. Zestmoney have a chat option but a reply takes hours and hours with no proper solution. when it comes to deduction from a customer’s account there is no technical error but to process a refund they will always have a technical error. The entire customer care support is sitting there to lie with no solution.

I was paid my emi on 5th March 2023 and the emi cashback is Rs.1003 but that cashback amount is still not received to my account, Please check and update the status.

Many time also ticket raise for this issue. And contact customer care number but still not clear this.

Applied for personal loan on 31 st March 2023. Loan approved on same day. But till now the amount is not credited to my bank account. But in the app still showing the loan purchased with emi and tenure details. So want to raise the consumer complaint here. They need to disburse the amount or they need to remove those from account. I didnt pushcase the loan yet. But still it is showing as purchased.

I used the No Cost EMI for doing a payment. I had done the payment for the first installment on time and it has been 70 days since the payment I have not got the no-cost emi interest amount back.
I contacted customer care more than 5 times and still, nothing has been done about it.

Loan account no. 2A50A1025888 i have paid all emi for these loan account and i have received cashback only for first emi still i haven't received cashback for 2 and 3 emi And i also want NOC for these accounts it was paid off on 2-3-2023 And ur lending partners piramal finance have reported overdue in my credit report after paying all emi before due date i mailed them for this overdue they ask we haven't received emi u have to talk with zestmoney i have taken loan from u and paid of[censored] have to correct this i m sending u my credit report and there reply in attachment.this is second time u have done wrong with me.
