because of Zestmoney and HeroFinCorp report, I am a defaulter nowadays.
they are showing in your report that I have not paid a loan for a Very long time.
and the outstanding amount is only 57 rupees.
the Point is, according to the report the Loan id they you mention in the report for HERO FINCORP is DELZPL[protected].

Because of this my SCORES are dropping very fast.

6th instalment EMI amount of Rs. 8973.59 was auto debited on March 5th, 2023. But the cashback interest amount of Rs. 772.21 is not credited to my account yet (as on 7th April, 2023).

Upon contacting customer service several times, I am getting only pre-loaded templates as replies. I am attaching the responses given by the representative.

I applied for a personal loan of 97000 on 1st April 2023. The loan was approved as per the app & the application was accepted. Also, I got the sanction letter the same day.
Now It is showing money has been credited, & I have got the EMI plan and schedule but till now I haven’t received any amount in my bank account....

For my educational fees, I have been using Zest money for EMI payment. On 31.01.2023, I have paid Rs.12382/- EMI amount and received the interest amount of Rs.1067/- as a cashback and after that I have paid Rs.12104/- on 28.02.2023 & 31.03.2023 but till now I didn't receive the cashback....

Hi, i have bought some items on nyka using zestmoney in Feb2023. Emi is for 3 months. And i have paid my emi in March2023 and April2023 way before time. I understand why the April2023 emi is still not updated. But why is the March 2023 month emi not updated. My current balance still shows full amount on my cibil report. I urge you to update it ASAP....

I call their customer care and they say they are working on this. All Time they say we will are working. They do fraud with me they are not providing my cashback....
